I am not an easy patient and have past trauma from some procedures at other dental offices. At Lifetime Smiles they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The technology is amazing and everything is explained to me and shown in pictures and xrays. Dr. Arzegar always calls and checks on me when I have had work done to make sure I am ok. I found my way to Lifetime Smiles when I was in pain over a weekend and I had not been to the dentist in years. I was not a patient yet but I filled out a form on their website about my issue and I actually got a call from Dr. Arzegar over the weekend and he told me to come in first thing on Monday. I know I am in good hands here and that they really care. They are now stuck with me and we are working to get my teeth as good as we can get them.

We have had the pleasure of working with this clinic for the last two years and I couldn’t be happier with the consistency and flexibility of the staff. All three of my children recieve services and Dr.Arzegar always displays genuine interest and offers easy plans and suggestions for optimal dental results. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and overly friendly. The efficiency is well maintained and the highest standards of hygiene are consistently displayed. We have shared such positive experiences that I even chose my insurance based on who they accept! Plus my little bugs rant and rave over their exceptional collection of “reward toys” they get to pick for good behavior! All of this being said, I must add how hard I am to please so if they can make me happy, they deserve the credit!!! Great job!!

For about 7 months now I have been going to Lifetime Smiles every two weeks for my invisalign braces.Its affordable for someone young like myself and the appointment reminders online help me out a great deal with my bad habit of forgetting appointments. I am always welcomed with warm and cheerful personalities, and every individual working there always take the time to see how ive been and make sure everything is perfect before I leave.My teeth are a complex case, and Dr. Arzagar and everyone working there get as excited as I do the more progress my braces show.It shows they honestly care about every person they take care of.I personally dislike any dental work, it freaks me out. But going to Lifetime every two weeks isnt a hassle or any amount of stress for me,its welcoming, professional and sincere.I would recommend anyone to go here if they want to not just get fantastic dental services but to be treated as more than just another patient.

They are great! Ashley was awesome at getting my teeth clean and making sure I was comfortable during my hour gum cleaning. She also gave me tips on how to help the sore gums which was great. They also nicely answered all of my questions and explained everything to me which I really enjoyed.

Dr. A is still the bomb! The office staff puts up with my billing nonsense (sometimes I pay, sometimes my parents pay, my dad has moved jobs which has resulted in multiple insurance changes, all without insurance cards… I’m a nightmare.) and they put up with my constantly changing my appointment around (full time student who works 30 hours a week- the schedule struggle is real.) I’ve read the reviews. And they are entirely inconsistent with the Dr.A I know. Although he gives me the friendly reminder that I’ve got some crowding going on (I agree man, I gotta get that handled… Eventually.) he has never made me feel uncomfortable when I’m like “I can’t hit my parents up for that, yo, and I got school to finish brutha” and has never pushed any kind of dental work on me, even when he easily could have. In fact, let’s go on a story adventure. I actually met Dr. A by a desperate plea to ~10 dentists to “pleeeease see me I am going to die for sure” I had 11 fillings done at one time by my last dentist, who was probably a part time jail warden on the side. A few months later, one of the teeth that had the filling hurt so bad when exposed to warm or cold, I basically stopped eating and drinking for a few days. Now, why would a college student subject starvation and avoid a dentist? $$$ of course, or a lack thereof. I eventually got desperate enough to throw my soul and whatever money I could gather at anyone who could fix my mouth, and Dr. A was the first to call me to come on over. After investigating, Dr. A found that basically my sinuses were so stuffed up that it was crowding up the roots of the painful tooth. I was convinced by Google that I needed a root canal. *If* Dr. A was some money hungry dentist, he could have taken me for a ride, absolutely. But he absolutely did not. He told me to take some mucinex and get hydrated and the pain will go away, and it did. He could have easily made up some type of invasive procedure I “needed” and I would have done it, no question. Additionally, he *did* recommend a night guard that I had needed for some time, to which I still use every night and do not regret in the least. It wasn’t related to my initial reason for the visit, and was a huge benefit. Two birds, one stone. TL;DR 10/10 would recommend, Dr. A wasn’t, and still isn’t, a crook. He’s actually a dentist baller who knows what’s up and will make your mouth hurt less and be healthier. Oh and the office staff are saintly humans who put up with even the worst kind of person, ie. Me.

Very Impressed. The people here are so darn friendly and prompt. You walk in and immediately they great you with a smile and offer you a beverage, and the wait time was next to nothing. The office inside is really top notch you kinda wish you could wait a little longer! They have the kind of hygienists that are thorough but very gentle and the Dr is really awesome too. He actually sits down with you after and shows you everything thats going on and explains what everything means, I have never seen such a more caring dentist…like ever! I’ve actually already told my sister to switch to this dentist and I’m looking forward to my next visit haha who says that?!

My 2 young children and myself recently had appointments at Lifetime Smiles.  Dr. Arzegar and his staff were wonderful with my kids.  My oldest, who is scared of most doctors, warmed up to everyone.  She was very nervous at the beginning, but Dr. Arzegar and the hygienist were patient and understanding. We all had a very good experience and would highly recommend this dentist!

Happened to stumble into the office as my insurance changed and needed to find one.  Was not too impressed with the view from the parking lot, but thrilled I didn’t let that stop me and my family from going in.  What a suprise.   The staff was so hlepful, and kind.  We scheduled appts. after meeting them and enjoying the beautiful office.  They sent us confimation emails (very handy) and treated all of us with care.  We were given a great cleaning, xrays and handly goody bags.  The Dr. met with each of us individually to exchange information and answer questions.  Words cannot describe how friendly the staff is!!  If you need a dentist, look no further.. just saying.

Have to say.. One of the NICEST MOST PROFESSIONAL and COST EFFECTIVE Dental visits I have EVER HAD Answered a Living Social deal $39 for xray and exam and cleaning and review of needed work. Would be cheap at 2x the price. The reception Professional , personable , attentive.. Offered me bottled water, even had a KURG coffee machine I used AFTER the exam LOL They have a back massage chair and that was VERY nice too. The Hygienist – Calm , informative, professional and very nice.. gave me a tour of the whole facility, went over the details of what I would expect in my visit and took easy quick xrays of my teeth. Dr. Shahram Is kind and professional and NOT pushy at all. He performed a wonderful cleaning.. I had not had one in 2 years and my teeth looked AWESOME.! He was gentle and concise and very fast. After the cleaning I was given a review of my findings after they reviewed my screening and xrays I was given a detailed itemization of my current dental needs broken down into details and cost for each need THIS WAS handy and appreciated. I was also given a copy of ALL the assessment and Services Performed .. Dr. Shahram also offed me a number of payment options and had NO HARD SELLING . UP SELLING to get the work done.. I appreciate this as I have NO insurance The overall experience was VERY VERY GOOD and REWARDING.. and INFORMATIVE.. I would go so far as to REFER MY OWN MOTHER to this Dental Group. My highest rating I am looking at some of the OTHER postings here and THIS MUST BE A NEW Dental PRACTICE OWNER.. As in HE must have taken OVER this practice.. because this DOES NOT Sound like the same office AT ALL Thank you DCC

My entire family goes to Lifetime Smiles for dental care! Everyone is so welcoming, and Dr. A. genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients. Brooke has consistently talked me down from anxious phone calls and patiently answered all of my questions! She is amazing, and there is no better place in Austin for quality dental care!
