My 11 year old needs a palate expander and braces. The doctor was very patient and informative about everything he will need. He showed us a video so that we could understand it better. The staff was very friendly and kind. At the end, I was explained what we will need to do, they scheduled our future appointments for us and she explained the fees to us. We don’t have the best dental insurance so I was worried but this will not break the bank!

If you are looking for an over qualified Orthodontist look no further !!! From the awesome staff to the doctor himself it was a pleasure to have been his patient. Everyone is accommodating and patient and so nice. They work with you to the best of their abilities and once your done you will be so happy with your results. 5 stars isn’t good enough the office and doctor is amazing !!!! Everyone treats you like family so warm and inviting . I’m an adult patient and if my kids need braces they will be his patient as well !!!

Dr. Matthew Nissembaum is hands down one of the best Orthodontists in dentistry. His demeanor and bedside manner is excellent. Dr. Nissembaum is an extremely compassionate and caring person. It is my pleasure to write about my experience of having braces for two years while being in the care of Dr. Nissenbaum and his entire team! I can’t say enough about how their level of care made both my daughter and I feel comfortable and safe! Safe because, I being a 51 year old woman, was very reluctant to begin the whole process and I wasn’t exactly sure how I’d hold up to the whole process!! Was it going to hurt? Will I be able to stand it? Will this actually work? What if my scraggly tooth on the bottom doesn’t move? All of these uncertainties filled my head but Dr. Nissenbaum reassured me from day one that all would be ok and he kept reassuring me every visit then on! And until the very day that he took my braces off – he was there to gently remind me that this will all be worth it in the end! And He was right!! It WAS!! I can’t believe what he did to my teeth!! And to my daughters teeth!! I told him I was going to cry and I did!! They looked even better than I could ever have imagined!! I’m no so grateful to him and his staff!! I feel 35 again!! If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is caring, calm, timely, sincere, honest, dependable and a TRUE professional go see Dr. Nissenbaum! We’ve been seeing Dr. Matt for years and always look forward to visiting the office! My two younger children are in braces now and my older daughter went there as well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We never have trouble getting an appointment even when it’s last minute. The kids love playing the arcade games in the waiting room and submitting “Flat Dr. Matt” pictures all summer!

Dr. Matt and his staff are fantastic. From the moment we stepped into the office, he and his staff were warm, accommodating, and treated us like family. He’s ontime for his appointments (as opposed to making you wait forever), and was both gentle and honest with my daughter regarding what he needed to do AND what she needed to do in order to get the best results. He sets up reasonable payment terms as well to make it easy and worry free. My daughter just got her braces off, and she looks amazing! Will definitely be using him again for my son.

Lindenhurst orthodontist is a great place Dr. Nissenbaum is a wonderful doctor. My son has been a patient of Dr. Nissenbaum for the past 5 yrs. They always take great care of their patients. I’ve been coming here for a year and a half now for my orthodontic treatment. The whole staff is so friendly and answers my questions and makes me feel comfortable. There is also never a long wait time. If anything is ever wrong with my braces (a poking wire, a broken bracket) I never have an issue getting an emergency appointment. I am already happy with the results I see and I dont even have my braces off. I might even miss them a little bit when I finish treatment. 10/10 would reccomend this office.
