My family has had the privledge of having Lindsey Schlepp as their dentist for over 15 years. She takes time with her patients and always has a warm friendly demeanor. The staff if professional and you never sit in the waiting room past your appointment time. They accept most insurances (as ours has changed many times through the years).

I must first say that if the office staff looked at me “funny” when I asked about my billing, I would have immediately grabbed my phone, then my dental insurance card, and called the 1-800 number, speak to the billing department, hand over my cell to office staff, and inform him/her, “My insurance company just verified verbally, my co payment is $45.00. Can you speak to her, please. Maybe she will give you a special code to annotate at your end.” Now, about her daughter’s filling coming loose I would have gone back to the dentist and made sure they correct this, “With no charge to you”. “You get more bees with honey than vinegar”. Now, for MY experience with the office staff and Dr. Schlepp I never had any issues (period; dot). 1 April 2020

My family and I have been going to Dr. Schlepp’s office for over 16 years. I absolutely love her integrity and her caring nature towards everyone, not just us. I personally am the worst at going to the dentist but because of their understanding of my fears, I have been able to get all required services with a very gentle hand but at the same time with fabulous results. Best Dental office anywhere!

Dr. Schlepp is a fantastic dentist, and all around great person. Dr. Schlepp, and her staff, have always treated me in a professional manner, caring for me personally, as well all my dental needs. Dr. Schlepp and her staff have a great chairside manner, have always addressed all my questions and concerns, regarding my health and dental concerns. Dr. Schlepp takes the time to explain my treatment plan, provide options for my care and her staff explains billing perfectly. Important to me is how she remembers to ask about my family and allows me the time to share my “old man” stories with her. On my most recent visit, I would also love to commend the care and compassionate treatment provided to me my Ms Ferrell, RDH. She too is a fantastic provider of dental care and reflect great credit on Dr. Schlepp’s practice and on her own standards of caring, and ethical practice of dentistry. Best Dentist office! I love going to my dentist’s office, they are like my family. They treat everyone great and never do any unnecessary procedures. We have been going here for about 10 years. My kids have grown up going here and love it. We moved 30 miles but still make the drive because this kind of dentist can’t be found just anywhere.

I just relocated to San Antonio , Texas from California so I was looking for a dentist in the area. I looked at my coverage and what dentist took my insurance and comparing yelp reviews . My daughter has been coming to this practice for a year now and I’ve always thought Dr. Schlepp and her staff were very nice and professional. Yesterday was the first time my daughter needed more than a teeth cleaning. My 9 year old had to have 2 baby teeth extracted (orthodontic reasons). My daughter was beyond nervous. Dr. Schlepp and her staff were so patient and kind to my daughter. They were AMAZING! The procedure went smoothly because of Dr. Schlepp and her technician’s vast knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. I don’t normally write reviews, but after this experience I wanted to tell everyone how impressed I was with Dr. Schlepp and her staff. Thank you Dr. Schlepp!!
