I hated going to the dentist until I found Clark. He is so personable and makes you feel comfortable with any procedure you are having from teeth cleaning to root canals. All the technicians have been great as well. They accept most insurances and work with you if you need extra assistance. I’ll never go to another dentist.

I’ve had several procedures done here since the office opened in The Colony a few years ago. The office is beautiful, but the care I’ve received is even better. The front office staff has always worked with me on complex insurance and billing changes from employment & coverage changes, and the dental assistants are patient and skilled. Dr. Steffens is knowledgeable and his positive nature goes a long way. Dr. Cooke is a great addition to the practice and has been really caring and capable in my treatments, as well. I have full confidence in both providers, and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! I’ve never felt any anxiety or judgement here and really feel like Liv Dentistry is responsible for helping me establish better dental health overall.

My elderly dad was having a tooth ache and was nervous about going to a dentist in this Covid era. Steps were taken to limit people in waiting area. His temperature was taken upon entry into the office, and everyone had face masks. All these and many other steps were taken, and very quickly we were at ease about our decision to come to LIV dentistry. He has limited english, and they had A Spanish speaking technicians do his cleaning. They fixed the tooth, and the crown will be ready for install in two weeks. He was very, very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff. We Highly recommend this location for your worry free dental needs.

One word..AMAZING! From the moment you walk-in you are greeted as family and the staff is very inviting. They explain everything that they are doing which helps to reassure you (hey, the dentist can be scary sometimes) and I felt comfortable with everything they were saying. Dr. Clark is the BEST dentist in the DFW area. He listens and truly cares for his patients. I also love all the new technology they use! (Not to mention the dental chairs are massage chairs and free teeth whitening!!) I finally found a place that I feel comfortable with everything from start to finish! Thanks LIV team!

I’m a little behind in posting this as we received treatment during the holiday. I can’t recommend this practice enough and even in the short time since our first visit I’ve suggested this practice to at least three people in need of dental treatment. The Doctor and all his staff made my husband ( and myself, though I did not get work done) feel welcome and at home, comfortable, and like good friends. They were also very clear and helpful in explaining the plan ahead and what possible scenarios we have for how we could approach treatment. I feel like the team also displayed excellent teamwork which is important to me. I also liked how they interacted with the specialist they referred us to and their staff in setting up future appointments.

Had a great experience with Dr. Steffens and Dr. Cook!  Clean facility with cutting edge technology to provide an ideal dentistry experience.  I appreciated the thorough consult and would highly recommend visiting their facility for a simple cleaning or more advanced work…these guys are pros!  Thank you LIV Dentistry Team.

Who Enjoys the dentist? Not me! But hey, I have to give credit where credit is due: this isn’t your average dentist office. From the time you walk in, to the time in the chair, and the front desk reception, this is a smooth experience that keeps me coming back. I followed Dr. Steffens from Uptown, Dallas, where I live. It’s well worth the drive to see him because he’s the best. He is very clear about what he is doing, and makes sure I’m as comfortable as possible throughout each visit. Everyone at the office is professional, genuinely friendly, and takes great care of me when I’m there. The massage chairs are pretty awesome. I’ve never been to a dentist where I’m getting a massage while they’re grinding away at my teeth! 🙂 🙂 There is also a TV in the rooms where they allow you to operate the TV and find whatever you want to watch during your visit. Then, to top it off they give you an (amazing smelling) warm towel and lotion to send you off all fresh and clean. They definitely go the extra mile. Try this Dentist, you won’t regret it.

MOST AMAZING DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER ! My first visit here I was amazed at how genuine Dr. Clark and his staff were . He told me everything I needed to know and was very informative ! All the equipment is top notch and state of the art . The cleaning was only 10 minutes . My entire visit was a hour including screening for Invisalign and X-rays … All that good stuff . I even got a goodie bag at the end , I happen to love goodie bags . Lol I’m super excited also about the free whitening I can schedule ! I believe it’s for first time patients . Not sure but I can’t wait ! LOVE this place , I left extremely happy and most importantly with a smile from ear to ear !

I have been to a lot of Dentist before, but this is the only one I will use from now on. The Dr is very personable and detailed. The entire staff you can tell takes pride in their work and working for Dr. Steffens. Then to top things off the equipment and rooms are VERY nice. I was surprised when I sat down and the chair had a massage built in, which made the visit that much better! I would recommend anyone in the area who needs a dentist to go here.

I have been going to Dr. Steffens for about two and a half years now and although I have moved out of the area, I will not change dental offices. Dr. Steffens and his staff are so wonderful. I can honestly say that they are the best dental office I have been to thus far and I am 32. They are super friendly and get you in and out in a very timely manner. If you’re looking to find a dentist that is super sweet and honest, come to LIV Dentistry. The whole office is hands down, THE BEST!
