Before going to Livonia dental I had been to several dentists. I even drove all the way from Livonia to Auburn Hills to go to a dentist I heard about on the radio. The staff at Livonia dental is wonderful. They have always been very attentive and relational. I recently had a crown put on and was very satisfied with the work. I had to make an appointment to have them make new bleaching trays which were messed up when the crown was put in place and they made the new molds and no charge. My wife and I have very good insurance so there has never been an issue with services being covered. However I know they do have plans for those who cannot afford the services. They also give out the doctors cell phone numbers in case you have any issues and the doctor will normally call you the next day to make sure that you are doing okay. I have been a patient now for a couple of years. I’m one of those, that dental appointments make anxious. My hygienist that I have been with since being a new patient, retired. I started with a new hygienist today. Ash was amazing, super sweet, professional and immediately picked up on my apprehension…. She put me at ease immediately. Also saw Dr J., he’s so awesome. Needless to say, Ash will be my hygienist from now on, I’m also making a new patient appointment for my Dad with her!

First visit since my long time dentist retired. I was nervous……but very pleased with the atmosphere and friendly attention from the staff. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the atmosphere itself is very open and bright and soothing. They were extremely thorough in their exams, x-rays and cleaning of my teeth. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this dentist’s office to others. In fact I’ve convinced my boyfriend and cousin to go as they cater to those who are skiddish about going to the dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Jay since I was a young girl and could not imagine going anywhere else! He not only takes great care of your teeth but he cares about YOU! The entire staff is friendly and energetic as well, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but the hygienists are polite, caring, and courteous and always do their best to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit.

I was very impressed by the caring & professional manner of Dr. Jay and his staff.  From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces!  I never leave my appointments feeling rushed or confused on future treatment.  They always are up to date with the latest technologies in the office which brings such relief.  There is no other place comparable to Livonia Dental Care!

Always have the best experience at Livonia Dental Care! Everyone is kind, professional, and efficient. Ashe has been my dental hygienist a few times and she’s the best! She’s so friendly and makes sure I’m as comfortable as possible throughout my cleaning. She even cleaned my bite guard, gave me a new container for it, and gave me some helpful tips on cleaning it at home! I love this place so much I had my husband switch dentists and he loves it here too. Definitely recommend Livonia Dental Care!

My family has been there several times. We have just move to Livonia three years ago. We have reached the point where our old metal fillings are starting to crack and fall out.  My son is a hemophiliac and has major issues when it comes to dental care. LDC has been everything I look for in a dentist office, very professional, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The staff is friendly, helpful with insurance,there are multiple ways to make appointments (in person, phone, web). They have all the new diagnostic methodologies in place and are very thoughtful about cost for the patient. They will let you know if something has to be addressed right away or if you can wait until it is more convenient for you to have your work done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Jay  and Ambre were so sweet and welcoming! I was so nervous to go to the dentist, the last dentist I saw told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of cavity work and made me feel terrible about the condition of my teeth. I put off going to the dentist again for a long time because of that. When I had mouth pain I couldn’t ignore anymore, I made an appointment here based on yelp reviews. I am so glad I did. I was complemented on the care of my teeth, told that I needed only a few small fillings and that my pain was from something totally unrelated. I have never left the dentist with a smile on my face. I am so relieved. Thank you! You’ve just gained a whole family of new patients.

Favorite dental location. Everyone is friendly and communicates what is going on and answers questions. They do a great job making you feel comfortable. If you’re scared or don’t like certain dental techniques they have new alternatives to make the experience comfortable that will keep you calm. I love the rooms with ceilings with pictures of the beach. It’s so calming and the assistants and dentist are calm and respectful. I have been going here for years.

I really like it here. My husband has been a patient here for years and always raved about it so I made the switch when my dentist left the state. Comparatively speaking this place is cutting edge with the technology! The staff is very friendly and explains everything so you’re comfortable. This will be our family dentistry for the foreseeable future

Dr. Jay is amazing!! I have very bad dental anxiety and hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years. He didn’t make me feel bad it like I was being ridiculous. He understood my fears and made me comfortable. I needed to have some cavities filled so I chose the sedation for that, and it was amazing!!!! It was a little expensive, but if I need to get that much done again I would do it again hands down. I’m actually excited to go back! the only thing I could complain about was the woman at the front desk who was responsible for my sedation payment, she was rather rude all 3 times I worked with her, but I can get over one crabby person in Ann otherwise wonderful offic

Definitely a 10/10 and I’m really happy I found this place. The staff especially the hygienist who did my teeth cleaning was extremely friendly and welcoming. The waiting time wasn’t long at all, they saw me as soon as I finished my new patient paperwork. There are a few things I really appreciated about this dental office…The Doctor was very friendly and took the time to ask me questions and find out what I was looking for in terms of my teeth. Also I’ve experienced a lot of dental/orthogonal offices who are very pushy in terms of getting fillings or extra unnecessary work done and they did just the opposite. The doctor actually Said that he didn’t see anything serious that needed immediate attention.  Also – they gave me a really cute welcome kit with a mug. I highly, highly recommend this office!

So many people have had bad experiences with going to the dentist. I am one of them. I finally gained the courage to go back to the dentist to get a cleaning and check up. I found this place had great reviews and they definitely lived up to those reviews! Very comfortable waiting area, though you probably won’t be waiting long. I did see one guy that waited a few minutes longer than expected and they offered him a gift card, which he refused because he did not feel he waited that long. Then you get into the room and the dental hygienist walks you through everything she is going to do and stops to see if I have any questions. They assessed my anxiety with receiving dental care, and when I told them my history, they offered laughing gas and other options, which I was never offered before anywhere else. After the X-rays and cleaning, the dentist Dr. Jay came in and explained to me how they check for cavities, how the tool works, explaining that I was experiencing pain on a tooth that had previous workup because that work up was not done correctly, and showed me the X-ray on a big screen TV what was done wrong and exactly how he was going to fix it for me. Make it pain free. And anxiety free. Stopped many times to make sure I understood and if I had questions. Which I did, and he answered them honestly. I can also respect that he sat in a chair across from me, as opposed to standing near the door, ready to move on to the next patient. I can tell you right now, you do not get that anywhere else, so thank you!

Livonia Dental Care is a clean and positive environment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel calm and relaxed during services. I have a positive experience every six months. I would recommend this office to anyone, but especially to those who tend to have some anxiety about visiting the dentist.

I love this office. They utilize technology to make sure your teeth are as healthy as they can be. I was very impressed coming here and Rana was great. She made sure that I was comfortable and explained why she was doing everything before she started. Very informative and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and they always treat me great! I haven’t had anything more than regular checkups and a few cavities drilled and filled but they are always nice, good spirited, and professional. It seems that every time I go back, twice a year, they have some new tool or device that makes checkups go quicker and easier. All of the staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait more than five minutes past the scheduled time for my appointment, and that is a huge improvement from the previous places I went to. As long as I’m living in the area I will keep my business with Livonia Dental Care.

I absolutely love the Livonia Dental Care. My family has been patients of Dr. Jay’s for over 15 years, i would not dream of going anywhere else. He is so professional, his staff follow by example. They are always bright and friendly. After any dental work vist I get afollow up call from Dr. Jay personally to see if I am experiencing any disconfront. Though I have never been scared of the dentist, I was scared of getting a root canal. I had never had one before. When I was a little girl I fell and hit my front teeth pretty hard. I was fortunate not to lose them or discolor them right away. As I got older, my one front tooth kept getting darker over time. I began to notice and felt some tingling/pain as well. Dr. Jay and his team evaluated it and told me that I would need a root canal and internal bleaching to fix it. I was scared at first but the staff made me feel so comfortable and they did the best job! My tooth now looks the same color as the rest and I have never felt more confident with my smile :). The best part is…NO PAIN! Thank you Livonia Dental Care for changing my smile.

I was referred to Livonia Dental Care by a co worker. And at first I was sceptical with his claims of them being no less than fantastic. We all have our stories and we all know of experiences that cause the fear in dental. I have two children that I have taken there. Even though they have only had one visit both children and myself as a parent, the fear has been just short of eliminated. They give you the information you need and choices. Thus far, the team at Livonia Dental Care has been nothing short of AMAZING. We will see what else they can surprise us with.

I have been a patient at this office for 25 years now. I can say that I will never go anywhere else! The staff is always so kind, they even sent me flowers to the hospital when I was sick. When I need work I always feel confident that I won’t feel any pain which is important to me because I am a baby. 🙂 I would and do tell everyone to go to this dental office because they truly care about their patients and always go the extra mile 🙂 Thank you Dr. Jay and staff 🙂
