I have never had a bad experience at Livonia Family Dental. Diane is an excellent hygienist. She does a very thorough job. I like the way she explains what’s going on and the procedure she will be using. As for Dr. Grunberger…she is the best. So glad I found a dentist that I like and trust. Even though I am fully vaccinated I appreciated the protocols set up for Covid. Felt safe and secure.

Dr.Zuzanna, Is an exceptional dentist her work is excellent! I love the fact that this office has their own dental plan that saves you up to 50% if you do not have dental insurance. Plus X-rays and two free cleanings no waiting period for $295 per person per year affordable. I was referred to Dr. Z by my Peridontist. How lucky am I to have a dentists’ dentist! The staff is so patient and kind, the ladies that clean my teeth are all so sweet and gentle.

I looove this family…. It was more than a wonderful an pleasant first visit for me an my children…. I just wanna say thank you to my new family we will be coming back for years to come an will definitely refer many ! Thank you doctor for your knowledge an wise words for my children an hopefully long lasting impression on them. To all that havent been here before, you gotta come get your best dental care ever! .

My far the BEST dental experience ever! I staff is warm and friendly! I even received a welcome bag. Great technology that allowed me to see all areas of my teeth. The Doctor spent extensive time explaining areas of concerns in regards to my gums. I absolutely love this Dentist and her staff! I recently moved to Michigan and I picked her practice based on reviews, I will stay because of the way I was treated!

Livonia Family Dental is fantastic.  Dr. Grenberger and her staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and thorough.  The office is lovely and very welcoming.  Wait times are minimal, and they always work with you to accomodate your schedule.  They are great with kids and adults alike for all types of procedures.  I give them my highest recommendation.

I would highly highly recommend Livonia Family Dental!! From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted by a friendly face! The person that operates the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. You definitely don’t feel like your part of an assembly line as compared to other dentistries. The hygienist’s take their time and are more than willing to answer any questions/concerns you may have. My previous dentist was intimidating and I always felt rushed during the final check up at my annual cleanings, this is definitely not the case with Dr. G!! Dr. G is friendly, personable and easy to talk to, I feel I could ask her anything! If I could give Livonia Family Dental 10 stars I would 🙂

I am one of those people who are terrified of the dentist. In the past I have had some bad experiences. Dr. Grunberger and her staff are awesone .Everyone is kind and helpful. Dr Grunberger takes her time in explaining everything and they all.work to calm my fears. I broke a tooth the other day and she took my call after hours and got me in first thing this morning. I simply can’t say enough good things about the Dr and her staff.

My kids have been patients for a few years; my husband and I just became patients after not having a dentist for a few years. We finally got around to do new patient cleaning, and everyone was great. Staff was informative and helpful. We also had to bring our two youngest kids with us and the office staff was friendly and kept them entertained when they wondered out of our exam rooms. Dr. G is the best! Editing: We just had our 4 older kids cleaning, since being rescheduled due to the pandemic. We had to spread our 4 kids over 3 appointments. Staff was great! We felt very safe with health precautions taking place, temperature taking, separate entry and exit and distancing in the wait room.

I’ve been going to this dentist for about 3 years.  And having my teeth cleaned they’ve been using water type cleaning tools and it doesn’t hurt to have my teeth cleaned I love it. The gentle,concerned and caring.  They do a lot of educating on how to preserve your teeth. I’m older and I definitely need to make sure my teeth stay in good shape.  I would recommend to anyone.

WOW!! That’s all i have to say, but i will expand. First, new patients are welcomed with a sign at the front door. They get a tour of the practice and an amazing goodie bag. I have never felt so welcome. They have free coffee and water available for patients. Also a small kid corner that seemed to be a big hit! The employees were all smiling and helpful. You could tell they like where they work and what they do. The decor is stunning as well which tied into the welcoming atmosphere.

My favorite part of Livonia Family Dental Center is the staff. You can always tell that they care about you and your health. Another plus is they give you tips and tricks to improve and take better care of your dental needs. I would recommend Livonia Family Dental Center to anyone looking for great dental care in the area.

I’ve been going to Livonia Family Dental for a very long time.  Today was my first visit since covid-19 because I have been reluctant to go to indoors.  I have to say that as always Livonia Family Dental handled all steps in procedures in the most professional way, exceeding guidelines and making the experience comfortable and safe.  It was great to crack some jokes with great team at Livonia Family Dental.

We have been patients of Dr. Grunberger for over 15 yrs & would never consider going to another dentist (even when we moved an hour away from her office)!! Talk about a fabulous person- friendly & personable, honest & straightforward about your overall dental health. She is a Dr that truly cares about her patients & it shows. Love that she takes the time to talk with you & answers any questions you have. Her staff are great! They really make you feel at ease, which I personally greatly appreciate! Whether you live close or not Dr G is the one you want caring for your teeth.

Outstanding service and the people are very knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry. They explained to me in great details the issues I have with my teeth. They not only talked but showed me real time pictures of my teeth and everything explains the different issues. We talked about a plan to go forward to ensure I keep my teeth in my mouth for a long time. They providers my hand out with great information.

Livonia Family Dental is a great place! I haven’t been to the dentist in five plus years, mostly out of fear. The friendly staff made me feel right at home and did a great job of taking care of my teeth as well taking care of me as a person. The office opens early at 7am, which is great for myself and hubby before work. When we arrived I was greeted with a smile and a free gift (coffee mug, candy, chap stick, pen, and a back scratcher). The new patient paperwork was not tedious at all. The offered us tea, coffee, and water too. As a new patient they had to do exams before cleaning. Their technology is incredible. In years prior, I always had to stand and wait for the doctor to come in. At Livonia Family Dental they took all the images while sitting in the dental chair. Then the images appeared on the computer screen right next you. The nurse went over everything with me and then briefed the doctor when she came in. The nurse was extremely accommodating. They want to make their patients comfortable, so I got a blanket, pillow, and iPod to use. I also have really sensitive teeth and gums. Everyone was pretty gentle. The dentist was personable and knowledgeable. Knowing of my sentitive mouth, she didn’t touch my gums when she checked my mouth. She also informed me how my gluten allergy affected my teeth. My cleaning went well too. I did opt for the numming gel, but also had the option for laughing gas. My husband and I both got free toothbrushes, toothpastes, and coupons for Closys, a mouthwash brand they recommend. I will be a lifetime patient because they treated me like family.

I love you guys so much! I’ve been with Livonia Family Dental since I was a young man. Diane’s been my hygienist throughout it all. She is seriously a wizard, she is a master at her craft. Dr. Grunberger is super honest and will be frank with you, but she is also a master, and doesn’t make you feel like a fool. Thank you so much

From making an appointment , a 5 minute wait time to get in to the hygenist, an exam from Dr G to checking out. Every facet of my appointment was flawless. The staff is very professional. The office is very clean and also utilizing social distancing guidelines to help keep you safe during the visit. I like that Dr.Grunberger is very Thorough with her exam. She makes sure she explains the plan of treatment as well as listens to your concerns as a patient.

Thorough, helpful, and friendly!  When I to Detroit from Saginaw years ago, I kept going back to Saginaw because I didn’t want to change from my superb dentist there.  Finally I knew I had to find a local dentist.  I went to 2 and didn’t feel comfortable with either practice.  Livonia Family Dental is a terrific staff with a well-run office.  I recommend them without hesitation.

Dr. Grunberger and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The facility is very nice. The wait is never long. I feel confident that I am getting the best dental care here. Plus they do so many nice extra things here. You always leave with some samples of toothpaste, floss, etc. Bottled water is always available. I have been seeing Dr. Grunberger for several years now on the recommendation of a friend (thank you Linda!!) and have had everything from fillings and crowns to extractions.  In each instance I was treated professionally and with great care.  I’ve received both follow up instructions and phone calls to make sure I was doing well. Everyone goes the extra mile and as a result I no longer dread going to the Dentist!!

I really loved this dental clinic!! The dentist..she was so informational and very polite… And I wanted to cry when I saw how bad plaque was on my teeth…things I never noticed…and I was smiling when I left. She cleaned the hell out my teeth!!! Thank you so much Livonia Family Dental. I really wish you all took Medicaid for adults because you all do a great job! And I know plenty adults that would love your service.

I have been a very satisfied patient at Livonia Family Dental for almost 10 years. Dr. Grunberger and her team members are always so organized, attentive and professional. The dental office is also extremely clean and immaculate. In addition, there are always several patients receiving care when I am there (which is a good sign of many happy clients) and the office is very well staffed in order to meet everyone’s needs. I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room past my appointment time as they are consistently on time to meet their appointments. Finally a dental care office I can recommend; and not only recommend but urge you to give them a try. At 64 years old I have seen the best and the worst. I have had such bad experiences some years ago I had to go through the University of Washington Dental Fears program just to have my teeth cleaned. These guys treated me with the same care and concern. My comfort was their priority and I left smiling again. I met Dr. Grunberger and she knows her stuff. Emma cleaned my teeth and was great and caring. If you have any family member that is flat out scared to go to the dentist as I was, give these guys a try. I am confident you will be glad you did. It feels so good to finally have a dental office I can trust to make me the priority! Bev and I have found a real professional office and hope if you are in need you give them your business. Please!

Dr. Grunberger is a caring and amazingly skilled dentist. She is up to date with the latest dentistry. Her office is equipped with modern dental facilities. Office staff and dental hygienist are also helpful and excellent. I have problem grinding teeth at night which put tremendous stress on my tooth. Dr. Grunberger has been extremely patient when adjusting the bite for me when filling tooth decay and putting in crown, so that I will have perfect bite, thus reducing tooth grinding. Thank you Dr. Grunberger!

What a wonderful experience today!  Dr. Grunberger and her staff ( including Cece, Lindsay and Emma) were outstanding. Everyone was very professional and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.  The examination was very thorough and I received information to improve the health of my teeth and mouth. I am very pleased to have found such a great dentist and office staff. They made me feel welcomed on the first phone call to the office and the minute I stepped in the door. Everything was explained to me before they did it. I felt very comfortable and confident while under their care. The patient education and information provided was excellent. I walked out of the office with information for a good self management plan.

I have been going to this dentist for somewhere around 25 years and there is a reason for that. They treat my family like their family. Yesterday we took our 1 year old son in to start getting him familiar with them and had him sit in the chair and take a picture of his teeth. They were so nice to him, he literally was checking out every room and even trying to sweep the floor. Luckily there weren’t many other patients that he could disturb. But they were so nice to him, he was not scared at all.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The office is beautiful and the staff are all courteous. Dr. G is great at what she does. She is efficient and will not beat around the bush. She talks to you like an adult which is a different experience for me when it comes to talking to dentists about my teeth. They usually talk down to you. Dr. G served in the Navy as an officer and dentist. This is the first and only dentist I actually enjoy going to. Thanks Dr. G!!

Over 30 years of going to see Dr. G and her team. I’m never disappointed. If you’ve tried others and they’re ok, get out of that rut and go for the best!!  You too will be a believer. Took my 3 year old here for her very first visit! I think I was more nervous than she was. We were greeted with her name on the welcome sign right when we walked in (a very thoughtful personal touch). My daughter was able to locate her name right away. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist. She gave us a full tour of the facility and directed us back to the waiting room, which was super smart because my kid was able to see the “behind the scenes” before being placed directly into the chair. The office was clean and calming. I sat with my daughter in the dentist chair and they made it fun for her while they used a little wand to take pictures of her teeth. They had my daughter laughing during all of this. I was expecting a full cleaning and dentist appointment, instead they will see her again in November for the cleaning. I learned a lot and some key takeaways to help my kiddo take better care of her teeth. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter had an excellent time and joined the “cavity free club”. She walked away with a ton of trinkets and overall we were pleased with the visit. She kept talking about her visit all evening. I even scheduled an appointment for myself. Highly recommended especially for little ones! Thanks for making our morning memorable!

Having had a really bad experience 20 some odd years ago with wisdom teeth extraction I’ve avoided dentists like the plague since. Then recently, I had a problem with one tooth and decided it was time to suck it up and find a dentist to look at it. After some searching for an in plan dentist, and reading reviews I decided to give Dr. Grunberger and her staff a try. I’m glad I did, from the very first visit I felt very comfortable there. The care and the welcoming I recieved have erased my fears of the dentist and I plan to keep going back as long as I’m around. Like a family doctor, good dentists are worth keeping when you find them. Dr Grunberger and her staff are some of the good ones.

Fantastic experience today with my daughter for her first dental visit. Everyone took their time and made her comfortable. Dr.G explained a lot to me about kids health when it comes to dental and I walked away with just a great visit. My mom and I have seen Dr.G for years and I’m happy that my daughter is in great hands !

My son will be 3 in two days and this was his first dentist visit. They had a sign in front of the door welcoming him, he was so excited to see his name. The waiting area has a large touchscreen display to play games on which he loved. He got a goodie bag before even going back to a room! Everyone was so sweet and kind, an amazing experience for a toddler! I’m so glad he will know going to the dentist isn’t a bad thing! I also love the no cavities club. It was so cute seeing him hold his certificate while getting his picture taken for the display. And he got another prize for that. Such a well-run office, highly recommend it!!
