Man, where do I start?? Well, I feel personally very blessed to be a patient at this office. I’m a recovering alcoholic and in years past I missed and no showed on several appointments to the point that I was no longer a patient here. I recently got out of prison and have been sober now for a few years. First thing I did was call this office and pour my heart out in honesty of my previous addiction problems as to why I pulled all my no shows. Not expecting it AT ALL, they heard me out and cared enough to give me another chance. Since this I have reastablished care with them and they have been soooo incredibly kind to me. They are helping me get my oral surgery and my teeth fixed and have not made me feel bad at all for my previous misshapes. I am so incredibly grateful because with my insurance (OHP) I have had nothing but negative experiences at every other dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Millers office has shown me they TRULY CARE about all of us as their patients!! And they are AMAZING! I recommend them to anyone like myself that has a fear of going to the dentist as they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and not rushed and they are thorough in explaining everything. From the bottom of my heart a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire staff for taking care of a pain in the butt like me, lol. Sincerely Rian

Yowza!! These people are fantastic!! Especially if you have a fear or anxiety surrounding the dentist. From the second you call or step in, Michelle makes sure to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. Miller and Dr. Bikki are exceptional the entire staff, especially Holly, Jennifer, Kayla and Dusty are professional, knowledgeable, accommodating compassionate and understanding. I am not sure about the lab they use, the jury is still out on that part but Dr. Miller assured me everything will look good after the healing process and if not, he would make sure it would. I believe him, too! This place is pretty special as far as dentists go. I am giving my highest recommendation to this group. You will be so grateful you went, no matter what your dental needs.

I have been very pleased with this office. I have never met Dr. Miller, but Dr. Bikki is there now and she is wonderful, kind, personable, and explains procedures clearly and matter-of-factly. She and the staff there made an effort to create space for my daughter today at the last-minute, and on a very busy Thursday squeezed her in and even did a procedure to ease her gum pain! They are friendly, professional, and accommodating. THANK you for squeezing us in and for meeting us at a human level. I would recommend Dr. Bikki and this team without hesitation.

Dr. Miller and his staff are all courteous and professional. The hygienist Kayla is always delightful and makes trips to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. Miller does not push for unnecessary procedures while advocating for his patient’s best possible health. I actually look forward to coming here twice a year whereas previously I would put off dentist appointments for years.

Hands down the best. These people care. All of them. Both dentists I have seen treated me with kindness and were extremely gentle. I used to take an anxiety medication to be able to go to the dentist and since coming here I no longer need one. I am so grateful for this office and wish I had found them sooner. I can’t say how appreciative of them I am enough.

I cannot praise this place highly enough… not least by way of comparison to two other places in town: – A certain other Eugene location – initials G.D. – looked at me for a tooth that was half gone (many years of neglect & Mountain Dew, to be perfectly honest). First was the lecture, second was the announcement that they wouldn’t remove/repair the tooth until I had had a full cleaning. Which had nothing to do with the urgency of the tooth… but here’s the best part: it was a three-month wait just to get the cleaning! And then *another* three-month wait to actually address the tooth. Yes, really. A fine example of efficiency & “caring” if I’ve ever seen it. Might as well just bust out the pliers, right? – Another Eugene location – initials O.D.G. – told me that I was “on the brink of losing all my teeth”… six years ago. Which seemed understandable at the time: I was doing what I could to preserve my teeth by then, but it did seem too little, too late. (They also told me that they “don’t do fillings anymore, only crowns”, and one might guess what a spectacular bill one might expect as a result) BUT… fast forward to 2015, to Dr Miller’s office, where I was told right off the bat that I wouldn’t be losing much of *any* of my teeth… half a decade after that prior doomsday pronouncement! And sure enough, only 3 (not 20 or 30) ended up being extracted. The rest were fixed up over the course of several visits, especially that first half-gone tooth previously mentioned. Almost as good as new, and not even with a crown! Dr Miller goes *very* far above & beyond in his work, and his staff does too. No long waits, no overt feeling like you’re just irritating grist for an expensive (and frequently painful) mill… just people who are competent and seem to actually enjoy their work. How rare is that? As long as this guy stays un-retired, I’ll be recommending him to anyone & everyone. It’s just too bad I couldn’t have done this a decade or two ago!

I just can’t recommend them enough! In fact my mother and father go there now as well because they are the only place that gives you real honest options that don’t cost an arm and a leg. also everyone they’re just wonderful from the receptionist to the doctors just fantastic I can’t say enough good things been going for about 4 years and I have yet to have a negative experience whatsoever

I’ve had some teeth removed from previous dental place’s! I have severe anxiety problems from past dentists!. From the first appointment at lohring millers to the time I had my most recent tooth extraction from there was the far most amazing experience I’ve had with dentists HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the staff and Dr made me feel human and was compassionate with me THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I can not recommend this dentist enough. I just started coming here to get long overdue fillings and cleaning. They went to work right away to get the pain gone! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, like I’ve been coming there for years. I truly appreciate the time and detail they go through to make it a pleasant visit and have a relaxed nature to their office. There was hardly any wait time to get seen and they were able to schedule reasonably quick! 10/10 would recommend!

First dentist I’ve been to in long time that i enjoy going to. He’s great with his staff which is huge always willing to help them and asking if they need anything. All the staff here is great very helpful. I’ve been in to see him couple times, last time was for a tooth that was seriously making me want to crawl outta my own skin. He pin pointed the bad tooth and got it pulled in 5 min. I did have to go to urgent care initially to get antibiotics because the tooth flair up was right before holidays and was during when the dentist wasn’t open but his office was able to get me in right away. Great place to go 🙂
