I absolutely love everyone at london smiles. they make u feel special from the moment you walk through the door. They put so much effort in making sure you are satisfied in every way. I highly recommend going to them because not only is my teeth and gums happy .i am happy because they genuinely care about me and the well being of my dental hygiene.

Love these guys. Kelsey and Dr. Alan were incredibly memorable in their bedside manner and professionalism. I came across this practice last year after doing a bunch of research and really couldn’t be happier. They were out of network for my insurance but I was so impressed during a consultation that I didn’t hesitate to move forward. With that said, cost was still reasonable. They run a tight ship behind the scenes and it works. They’re meticulous, detailed, friendly, laidback, and not pushy.

I have been going to this practice for years. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel welcomed and valued here and the service quality exceeds my expectations for a dental practice. The doctors are wonderful and take time to explain to me what’s being done and why, and they have clear direction. I have been through alignment using braces here and loved my care, and my husband has had several root canals done here and he is also happy with the service provided. Regular cleanings are a time to catch up with the staff who feel like family to us. I recommend this practice to everyone.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to. It’s extremely clean and the staff is friendly. I recently took my 3yo for his first appointment. They were wonderful with him! They let him pretend to be a dentist and help with my cleaning prior to starting on him so that he felt comfortable and trusted they wouldn’t hurt him. He had a great experience and talked about being a dentist for days after.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The Kesslers are excellent dentists, among the best in the area. The office is very nice and relaxing. I no longer live in Virginia Beach, but come back to visit my family during the holidays. I needed a root canal which was somewhat of an emergency (I was in a lot of pain). I called their office as I was driving back to Virginia Beach, and they fit me in the very next day to take care of the root canal. I’ve also gotten cosmetic work done here in the past. This is a top-notch practice and you can rest assured you are in good hands with this team.

I just wanted to say thank you to Kelsey for her kindness and she has so much knowledge and she simply amazed me. I was one of those patients that did not like going to the dentist because of the needles. But Kelsey made sure I was really numb with the liquid gel first and then Dr Alan put the injection into my gums I never felt a thing and so to all of you out there trying to find a good dentist I know you will not be disappointed with your results. I want to thank all of you for a great experience.

I absolutely love coming here. I also live 110 miles away and it doesn’t bother me. I moved from about 30 miles away. I am always greeted when I come in and treated well. The office is cleaner than any place you could imagine. (the way a medical office should be). I would recommend to everyone thinking of making this their home for dentistry.

LBS is the BEST! The staff is super friendly and do a great job with all of their patients. And the dentists, Drs. Alan and Tiffany Kessler, are SUPER! They are talented and caring and truly want their patients to leave feeling happy with their experience. This is an outstanding dental practice, and I would recommend to all of my friends.

So I have what I like to call a severe healthy fear of dentists. I mean I have watched Little Shop of Horrors, Marathon Man and the not so tasteful horror film The Dentist all of the dentists in these films scared me to the point that my anxiety becomes almost palpable. Stepping into the office (which is beautiful and calming) I was hit by the overwhelming nausea from being so stressed. The receptionist was smiling and kind which took my heart from jack hammering in my chest to steady deep thumping. From the first phone call to walking out of the office I was treated like I mattered. Dr. Alan Kessler listened to all my incessant rambling of why I was afraid and promised me that, he and his staff would do everything they could to dissuade my fears. They definitely delivered! I have to go back in three weeks and while I may not be elated I am not dreading the return. And that speaks volumes! I highly recommend their practice and will definitely be making my regular visits as I should have been all these years, thanks to a delightfully sinful Almond Joy on Friday night I may have found the end to my severe dental anxiety! Thank you does not begin to cover how I felt leaving the office or the manner in which I was treated. The entire staff was wonderful and I never felt out of place

I love this practice. I love the fact that they are perfectionist and always make you feel comfortable and like part of the London Bridge family. They are the absolute best! Thanks to Dr. Tiffany for working with me always making me feel comfortable. Oh…and thank you for taking care of my mother. We will see you all soon.
