Dr. Longo is an excellent orthodontist. He’s very professional but personable and I didn’t mind so much coming here to get my braces tightened although it’s a painful experience. He’ll give you detailed instructions on how to care for your braces. My appointments were always on time and I never had to wait. The only bad experience I had was when one of his techs/assistants removed my braces and cracked my teeth…yup, not just one. She was using all her weight to remove my braces and scrape off the glue and I could hear my teeth crunching and cracking. They’ll provide you with toothbrush, a small brush to go underneath the brackets, wax so the inside of your cheeks don’t get raw from the braces, bottles of flouride in several flavors, elastics in different colors and a threader for your dental floss. I only had my braces for 2 years then moved on to retainers…which I lost a long time ago.

So happy with my daughter’s beautiful smile after getting her braces off. She is always getting compliments. Dr. Longo is really the best. His office staff are the nicest. They really work with you regarding scheduling to accommodate you. Just the absolute best doctors and nicest staff. It was sad to be finished, we miss them and visit occasionally. You could not pick a better orthodontist office in the Omaha area!!!

I see him at the Bellevue location. Very good, highly regarded orthodontist and nice and friendly guy. He makes adjustments as fun and as pleasant as possible. My teeth took longer than we expected. But he saw it through and spent some extra time on my mouth to get things right. Takes pride in his work. Very thankful and pleased. Performed miracles on my mouth. Highly recommend!

This place for the past three and a half (give or take) years has been an absolute delight without fail! There is always a friendly face to greet when you come inside, and the entire staff is extremely pleasant and easy-going! Dr. Longo and his staff are just fantastic. I’ve had my braces on for about 4 years and had a lot of stuff to do with my teeth and they did everything to make me feel happy about my teeth again. I cannot speak highly enough about the doctors and staff at Longo Orthodontics. We took my son to a couple other offices when he needed to get braces and we were less than impressed. Our son had a severe overbite, also his jaw was set too far back. We were initially told that a surgery to break the jaw and reset it was our only option, but Dr. Longo gave us a much better treatment plan and it is working wonderfully! I can’t believe the difference in just a couple years. Unfortunately now our family is moving out of state and I am praying that we find an office like theirs. I highly, highly recommend!

I am an adult patient that is seeing Dr. Longo. I ended up having a baby tooth and my adult tooth was up in the roof of my mouth. He has been awesome with pulling my tooth out of my gums and into place where it should be! He has been there to talk me through my decision of going through the whole process as an adult. Soon I will have all of my adult teeth and be ready to smile big in two of my best friends’ weddings next fall!

Dr. Longo is a professional, honest and personable orthodontist. He was the second orthodontist we visited when looking for a good fit for my daughter. The first visit was to an office that had said her jaw was not aligned correctly and it would take 3 years to correct and would cost $5400.00. This is for a kid just had some gaps between her teeth. They were perfectly straight. Dr. Longo took a look at her and said she does not need braces- He said her bite is perfect and he showed me how you determine if the bite is correct or if it is off. He told us he could slide her teeth together and remove her gaps but that he liked gaps and that her teeth were perfect. it would take 12-18 months at a cost of $3200.00 significantly less that other orthodontist who came up with all of these other issues that were not really an issue. Beware and get a second opinion. *I do have to say some of the techs that work there are not the nicest. One tech got mad at my daughter because one of her back braces had come loose. But when Dr. Longo repaired we were told they were trying some new/different glues and had seen a lot of this happening.

Dr. Meghann Dietz and the staff of Longo office are super! After moving we had some challenges finding an orthodontist who cared for the patient not just the money, so we traveled back to NE to continue treatment with Dr. Meghann because that’s how great and professional they are.
