Dr. Burnett is a fantastic dentist and a very charismatic man. First, he makes you feel at home, very relaxed which is not normal in a dentist chair. He thoroughly explains each procedure, the time frame for completion, and the total amount you will be billed. After each treatment, he escorts you to the receptionist and gives you the next appointment date. We talk like we’re old friends, and that makes me feel very special. Other than my uncle in North Carolina, he is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

DentalPhobes, Horray!  I found a great dentist for us.  Dr. Theodore Burnett and his well-trained staff are patient and understanding and will work with whatever problems you have.  It took me a few visits, but I was finally able to get through an entire procedure (including all that drilling!) without needing a break every minute.  Dr. Burnett does what it takes, including singing songs and telling funny stories,  Although I couldn’t laugh out loud during my last visit (not wth a drill in my mouth!), I was smiling broadly. First let me start off by saying I’m terrified of the dentist; so much so it’s near high anxiety levels of terror. It’s been about 6-8 months since my last visit. I went in for my exam and was greeted with a smile. There wasn’t a long wait and Rob explained to me everything he was going to do before he did and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to go to another room for my X-rays which I thought was cool and the X-rays weren’t unbearable. I then saw Dr. Burnett who was very reassuring and also explained to me how my visit was going to go and that he’d talked to me at the end of my visit. The next person I saw was Roman and just like Dr B. and Rob, he explained to me what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. After he was done he gave me my options and Dr. Burnett went over everything at the end of my visit. What I liked most was them not dismissing me being scared of the dentist. They were not frustrated or annoyed that a grown person was scared. They made sure I understood what was going on, the treatment options and what they thought the best course of treatment was and why. And it was clean which is the most important! There was no dust on the window, no build up in the corners or dust on my chair and I looked! I would have left immediately lol. Needless to say I booked my treatment visit and have found a dentist office I can home. Even tho they won’t put me to sleep like I want them to do & Roman photobombed my picture (lol) everything else outweighed that. I’m definitely happy and had very very little anxiety by the time I left. If you’re looking for a home for your teeth I’d recommend Dr. B

Theodore Burnett and his staff at Los Angeles Dental Arts are an phenomenal bunch of dentists. I went in for a normal teeth cleaning but after Theodore Burnett’s recommendations, I received a deep teeth cleaning and laser treatment that had my teeth looking whiter and brighter than ever have. They are also always very kind and courteous, and I always feel that much better after every visit. Highly Recommended.

I found Doctor Burnett by searching Google. As a transplant to Los Angeles from Ohio finding quality and convenient medical care has been frustrating, challenging and disappointing…even with referrals. With indifferent expectations I booked an appointment online (just 3 days before) was confirmed and went in. Without getting into too many details and despite the amount of work I had ahead of me, the entire experience was caring, informative and professional living up to the amazing reviews I read online. The care team (Maria, Gabe, Cynthia, Roman and Doctor Burnett) were all warm and on point in their approach and service. The quality of expertise, tools and technology were none that I’d seen before and having the Doc walk through each component was to say the least, impressive. We even shared a number of laughs throughout the visit and I was able to watch the 3D creation of my new porcelain sealant in office, which took only 6 minutes (as opposed to multiple separate visits and lab time in between). If you’re looking for quality, advanced and premium dental care please check out Dr. Burnett and his team. It’s such a relief to have ‘stumbled’ upon such a gem. Ps. If you’re driving and plan on using the garage bring $6 for parking.

I’ve been going to Dr. Burnett since he was over on Santa Rosalia and near Stocker in a small office that he clearly outgrew.  I love Dr. Burnett and his team.  They are awesome.  Some how, some way, a bunch of people with great attitudes, personalities and knowledge of their craft came together and became the team they are.  Although, I hate going to the dentist, (who doesn’t) I really and truly enjoy the staff, from Dr. Burnett to his entire team.  Yeah, I might be drooling on my bib and slur when I talk while being treated, but I’m dying laughing while I’m there.  Thank you Dr. B and Staff.

Okay first off we would have never come across Dr.Burnett had my husband not broke his tooth recently and needed to see an emergency dentist ASAP out of normal working hours. So happy I found a service that was able to connect me with this office and got us an appointment way early in the morning the next day. Everyone here is great! Very professional, friendly and above all very CLEAR with setting expectations. Aside from the staff and the awesome Dr.Burnett, they have this crazy cool “witchcraft machine” that takes a porcelain cube the size of a sugar cube and can make you a new tooth that’s designed on the computer by the doctor right in the office. In less than 15 minutes! See! Witchcraft machine! For those who are familiar with replacing a tooth, you may remember having to bite down into a clay piece to make a molding of your mouth that has to be sent off for a week or two for them to design you a new tooth. The dentist takes 3D images inside your mouth and designs a new tooth or a missing piece and fits it right there in the office. The process took about 2.5 hours and you are done. You don’t need to come back to get fitted or readjust anything. Amazing! This office is great for working professionals who don’t have a lot of time. By the way, my husband had a flight to be on in the afternoon that day and Dr.Burnett promised to get him in and out and in time for him to get home and pack- and he did. The Mr is so impressed he had asked me to switch his dentist that he has now to Dr.Burnett. Smile!

Believe me when I say I’d rather get hit by a bus than go to the dentist – any dentist. However, the friendly faces of the caring staff and professionalism I’ve grown accustomed to at this place make it a lot easier to come in to keep my grill up to par. The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming to me and my young son. Cynthia in the back office is so sweet and comforting especially when I see my dental bills ;-). She’s willing to work with me and I appreciate that. Roman is an awesome dental hygienist. He’s professional and cool. He helped to ease my anxiety of getting a deep cleaning by talking me through the process. He also distracted me with the jams he had playing in the background. And last, but not least, Dr. Burnett – the BEST dentist I’ve ever had. He’s not only great because he uses the latest dental technology. He’s great because he makes you laugh and ALMOST forget what you’re really there for. I highly recommend Los Angeles Dental Arts to anyone looking for a dentist who sees you as more than just a set of teeth. At this place, they treat you like family.
