I’ve never met a dentist that I liked – until now. I am someone who is very loyal to my community service providers. I have been with my veterinarian, physician optometrist, hairstylist and eyebrow technician for over 10 years. When I receive good service, I always return. This has not been the case for my dentist, which I have changed every year since becoming an adult. Dentist are usually unkind condescending and ooze of untrustworthiness, but not Dr. Bui. Dr. Bui is nice, warm and funny. The entire office felt very comfortable. My daughter (9) and I had an appointment on the same day. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist due to past experiences, but she enjoyed having her work done here. She requested that the staff inform her of all of the next steps before they continued their work and they agreed. She didn’t feel any pain when receiving her shot ( she begged for laughing gas, but this mama said no way!). And when I had a follow up appointment, she even asked if she could come along to spend time with the staff. I said no to this of course, but it’s a good testimony about how they made her feel during a scary time for her. Dr. Bui completed my work both times, just days apart. She constantly checked in with me, asking me if I were okay and comfortable. I always was and appreciated her investment in my comfort. She even asked me about my daughter during my 2nd visit. When I told her she wanted to come and hang out she smiled and said, “You should’ve brought her!” The office is very clean and very high tech. They are so heavily covered in PPE that you can barely see their faces, so I wouldn’t worry if you’re a little apprehensive during these pandemic times. They are definitely taking things seriously. Between my 1st and 2nd visit, a television was installed on the ceiling, so you are entertained while having work completed. How thoughtful! It looks like my search for a dentist is finally over 10+ years later. I’m ecstatic to finally have dentist that I can actually look forward to visiting.

I’m happy with service. The doctor take time to give advise what to do when go home. They also do dental implant The office look pretty You got free drinks while waiting Location is next to the mall. You can do shopping and dental service.

The whole office was awesome! Took my daughter(5) to get a check up since her permanent teeth were growing in. Dr Ngo is super sweet and takes her time with the kids so they feel comfortable and under what she is doing. My daughters exam went so smoothly!

A combination of great and professional Doctors, amazing assistant/staff and a state of the art facilities make any patient feels comfortable and secured for every visit. Every one at the office is practicing proper hygiene and following the rules and regulations as mandated during this pandemic. With Dr. Bui explaining the procedures thoroughly prior to the start of the procedure, any patient receiving the care will feel comfortable.

Super happy to have found a new dentist! Dr. Tiffany Ngo is super friendly and skilled. She was upfront and honest about the work I needed to get done along with the options I had and gave me her recommendations of what she would do if she were in my situation which I appreciated. She was gentle during my cleaning and did a great job. I do have permanent retainers on my bottom teeth and she got all the gross plaque off. Dr. Ngo even told me the pricing for out of pocket since I don’t have dental insurance and even when I told her I wanted to check prices with other dental offices she was totally fine with that since I need a few things taken care of. I’ll be coming back here though since I have trust issues with other dentists and have even recommended her to my friends! Also the office has a super cool kids room with a tv mounted to the ceiling to distract your kids while they get work done

Best place to go!!! Very clean and neat, everyone is very professional they took the time to explain to me all my options and answer my questions patiently. They know exactly what they are doing. They are all very nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole stay. Definitely recommend coming here!

Delighted with my experience here. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She gave me shoe covers and took my temp as soon as I got in. My tooth was very sensitive and doctor Ngo helped me right away. She put some desensitizer on it and the pain was gone!!!! Wow! And I thought i would have to redo the crown or something to fix the pain. Great service and highly recommend this office to everyone!

Was I going to the dentist…or the SPA?! Such a beautiful office with a very calming and tranquil vibe. They have a kids play area that’s super fun and perfect for the little ones to ease them in. The office was so clean and I felt safe even through COVID. They did their due diligence and made sure everything was spotless and sanitized. Not only that, but I was also examined in a specific room to ensure that it was entirely sterilized and scrubbed down afterward. Their state-of-the-art office has new and updated equipment. I felt so spoiled as Dr.Ngo reclined me back and I was just able to admire the little fishies floating around on the GIANT tv screen. Dr.Tiffany Ngo is extremely personable, kind, and skillful. She made me feel safe and comfortable, all the while giving my teeth the sparkly cleaning it needed. She didn’t make me feel self-conscious even though I definitely don’t floss as much as I should of. But gently reminded me how flossing will help prevent future trips back..Such honest, yet compassionate feedback. After my first cleaning, I came back for my 2nd appointment with Dr.Bui to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was very hesitant, as I never had any major dental work done before. I was very nervous and scared. Nevertheless, Dr.Bui was SO comforting and made me feel at ease. She made sure that it was painless and quick. My worries were gone before I knew it, and she pulled out my wisdom tooth in what seemed like less than 5 minutes! I NEVER would have thought I would have such a PLEASURABLE and EASY time at the dentist. Dr.Ngo, Dr. Bui. and the Los Cerritos team should be your dentist of choice! I am so thankful to have found them and their beautiful new office. I’m at ease in knowing my smile will always be shining, because of them 🙂

I brought my daughter to this office because she was having intense tooth pain.  The doctor preformed a root canal treatment, and now my daughter is pain free! All the staff was vey friendly,knowledgeable and welcoming.  The office decor is very nice and clean.  We booked an appointment and they blocked out the office just for us for a couple hours so the whole team was very attentive.  Definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to get great service.

I give Dr. Tiffany Gno glowing recommendations! I have had bad dental experiences in the past with practices trying to recommend unnecessary dental treatment. Dr. Gno only treated what was necessary and I totally trust her recommendations. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind
