I had an absolutely great experience at Dr. Neff’s office. His dental assistant was so friendly during my xrays and Dr. Neff gave me such a great understanding of how our teeth work and what I have to do take care of them better. My Family and I have been under Dr. Neff’s care for over two years now. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled recently which was a great concern. What I experienced during the procedure was exactly as what Dr, Neff has described, pain less and quickly done. I was also pleased to see a big cut in the cost since I didn’t have this done by a specialist. Going to the dentist, let alone getting your wisdom tooth pulled is never something I would look forward to, but Dr. Neff and his incredible staff at Los Coches dentistry made it a pleasurable experience. I’ve had a fear of dentists for many years…(all the way back to childhood) …hadn’t been to a dentist in a while soooo time to hit the pavement and find one.I was first impressed by the staff, friendly and courteous. Then I met Dr.Mudgett his firm hand shake and pleasant smile was reassuring but I was still nervous. To make this short I had several filling done and have to go back for a crown… NO white knuckles grabbing the chair ………NO PAIN…NO discomfort…teeth look good..looking forward to getting the crown done and will be back for the regular checkups…p.s.never wrote a review for a Dr. before …that impressed :o)

I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Neff has gentle hands and is a total perfectionist. His front office team are the best- super sweet and extremely organized and stay on top of me for my appointments. The place is technologically advanced all the gadgets, tvs on the ceilings etc. My smile never looked better. Dr Neff even fixed a front filing perfectly that 4 dentists couldn’t get right. My entire family- husband, sister, brother they all go to this office and so should you and your family!

If most people are like me they dread having to find a new dentist but boy did I get lucky with Dr Neff. He was recommended to me by a friend who had the same dental insurance and I was impressed from day one! First everyone on his staff was friendly and I want to give a special shout out to Gilda who on several occasions was able to get me in for an emergency visit. Second Dr Neff has a friendly demeanor and took his time to throughly review my dental history and recommendations with me. On 2 teeth when others had given no recommendations he didn’t and made several that can potentially extend the life of these 2 teeth! In addition Dr Neff personally called to follow up on more than one occasion after I saw 2 other specialists regarding an issue I was experiencing and that also impressed. He seems to have a busy practice yet not too busy to care about his patients. In todays word, THAT really impresses me. Thank You Dr Neff and staff.

Dr Neff and team are the best I’ve encountered. To wit, Dr. Neff was able to immediately tell me suspected cause of painful tongue issue. This was after two ENT Drs couldn’t diagnose. After I went back to ENT follwoing Dr. Neff 6 month visit ENT confirmed it was indeed what Dr. Neff suspected. Dr. Neff is the most mindful dentist I’ve been to in 45 years across San Diego county, Chicago, and Seattle. His positive attitutde, dental expertise, professionalism, and all that he does is a credit to his craft. Most recently I went in for cleaning with braces for first time. The hygenist was brilliant and fixed a problem with a wire sticking out. Her cleaning is always thorough and she has great insights. Many who have cleaned my teeth in the past leave a lot ot be desired. At Dr. Neff’s my cleanings have always been spot on.

Dr. Neff is outstanding. I took my mother here based on the previous reviews and I was very glad that I did. My mother is here visiting from out of town and she got a severe tooth ache and was debating on whether on not to go. My mother has been afraid of the dentist and has had some pretty bad previous experiences. I explained all this to Dr. Neff and he was extremely kind, patient and understanding of her fears. He explained to her what needed to be done in a highly professional manner and even showed videos!!! I appreciated how he did not treat her like a child or talk down to her because her teeth were not picture perfect. She had multiple appointments and he even called her at home to check on her and reminded her of her up coming appointments. I am so grateful to have found someone so nice and caring as Dr. Neff. I’m just upset that they aren’t apart of the BCBS PPO. I hope they join soon! Overall GREAT place GREAT staff GREAT Dr.!
