The staff was very friendly and got me in right away to look at a broken crown. I felt quite safe concerning the COVID-19 threat due to the safe practices being used by the staff. When I came in to the office I had a pair of poorly fitting rubber safety gloves and Clayton gave me a box of the gloves his staff were using to take with me. He fixed the sharp broken edges of my tooth and since I was in no pain we are rescheduling when it is ok for his practice to resume normal treatments. How very nice since my wife and I just moved to this area from northern cal and we look forward to having Clayton as our family dentist

I will start this review off by saying OMG!! I have found the BEST dentist office in all of SCV!!! I hate going to the dentist & haven’t been to one in more than 15yrs!! I know, I know, I know, don’t say it don’t judge me…lol!! I’ve had a cracked tooth that was giving me the worst pain in life that I’d prefer to give birth than having another day dealing w/this toothache. I’ve been popping Excedrin Migraine for a month too afraid to see a dentist until it no longer worked and I had no other choice since my luck ran out! Honestly, it was for the greater good otherwise I would not have met the best staff in any office setting! Brenda & Melissa work the front desk they are super duper friendly, courteous & professional! Susie took my X-rays poor thing she was the 1st person who was brave enough to enter the dreaded tunnel lmao!! She’s sweet, reassuring, calming and extremely patient! Jeanine, the greatest & most popular Hygienist was knowledgeable, I felt embarrassed @ times and she was so incredibly non-judgmental and taught me a lot of what was going on with my teeth I love her to pieces! Dr. Clark I know this may sound silly but you’re handwriting is legible & very neat you know what they say about doctors handwriting lol! I can’t say enough about how gentle & smart he is plus I asked him a million questions and he wasn’t annoyed not one bit!! Thanks so much everyone for all of your hospitality, professionalism and dealing with my silliness and potty mouth ( no pun intended) 🙂 For the first time in my life I look forward to going back to the dentist!

I cannot fully express how wonderful this office is. I was a tad nervous to start with because it has been a little while since my last dental visit. My first time here and I couldn’t have ask for a better experience!!! The entire staff was welcoming and professional and answered all my quirky questions. I left at ease knowing I can trust this office and I am actually excited about going back for another cleaning!! Thank you ladies and Dr. Clark!

This office provides a warm, welcoming environment and makes time for even last minute needs. Building longterm relationships with one’s caregivers is always a good idea, and I’ve been going to Lost Canyon for over 5 years. I am now interviewing for jobs again, and since my last routine visit to Lost Canyon a few months ago I found that a couple of teeth had developed small imperfections that were dark and I was afraid were signs of decay. Dr. Clark’s office took me in the next day, he polished out one spot and replaced a filling on the other. Their prompt availability to care for my teeth gave me confidence in interviewing. Dr. Clark and his entire staff at Lost Canyon Family Dental are incredible. My treatment from Dr. Clark has made my life a lot easier. He explains everything he is doing, does quality work, and genuinely cares about you as a person. All of my appointment times have been on time, I never feel like I’m waiting for anything, and everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy to be a patient here!

When most people have Invisalign it takes a few months to a year and a half to complete. For me, however, it took three and a half years. This was because I have a lot of jaw pain and trigeminal nerve pain. If I changed trays too soon my jaw would pop, get stuck and cause pain. Dr Clark understood this and told me to go at my own pace. When I had completed all the trays Dr Clark examined me and said I needed more trays. When I finished those he examined my bite and said I still needed more trays, he wasn’t satisfied. Mind you, I was sick of wearing apparatus and I was ready to end the treatment. But I went with Dr Clark’s recommendation. What really impressed me was Dr Clark didn’t charge anything extra for the additional series of trays. Nor did he charge for the many extra examinations I needed over the three and a half year period. It was his standard, not mine, that required extra care and visits. To have an honest dentist that is reasonably priced is wonderful, but to have one that is competent, professional, kind and who has a great staff is the bomb! Dr Clark is also good with kids and with special needs children. His in-house dental plan has allowed my family to keep up on our dental care. I have great respect and appreciation for Dr Clark and his wonderful staff!

I have been to so many dentists and Dr. Clark is the only one I trust. He fixed my chipped tooth today. Believe it or not, it’s quite easy to walk into a window or a door. I now know how birds feel. I have a great deal of dental work to complete, but I know that when I can do it, he will do great work as he always does. His staff is also top notch. You will not be disappointed if you trust this place for your dental needs. I finally enjoy going to the dentist

I walked into an office that was lovely and felt homey. The young woman at the front desk was kind and patient. Susie, who took my xrays, got to know me like a friend while doing her job perfectly. The lady who cleaned my teeth was charming and personable, she gave my teeth the time and attention they deserved. I appreciated that she asked if I was ok. Dr. Clark had a wonderful vibe about him. He was smart and easy to talk to. He also took the time to get to know me and explained things beautifully. I felt that I was around genuinely good people who work hard at their job.
