Please read all of the reviews before you base your opinion on lotus dental. A majority are in favor of the office for a reason. If you notice most of the bad reviews are due to individual problems that don’t occur to everyone nor does it reflect this office’s capabilities. Ive always experienced positive encounters each time I came in. Dr. Son is incredibly knowledgable and is always very factual as to what his plan at the moment is and how it will benefit me. Not only that but he offers the best deal around, so expect others to jump on the offer. This could explain why others think the wait long to be super long but the office has done really well lately as to booking within limits and I have not needed to wait more than 10 minutes at the most. Which is understandable because sometimes other appointments go on longer than normally planned. The staff is all super friendly too! They remember me each time I come in and are all super personable to talk to. I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and have already seen a significant difference in my teeth. I couldn’t have imagined going anywhere else. Thanks Lotus Dental!

If I would have known Sunday they would be so professional then I would wouldn’t have needed to suffer through excruciating pain coming back and slowly subsiding to attack fiercly. Missed two appointments Sunday so made very patient Monday at 2 and by 4:30 I was stunned 3 extractions, cleaning of teeth and consultation were completely professional and quick.

I just had my braces taken off and I’m grateful with Dr Son Nguyen and staff. It was the best decision I made at Lotus dental specialist I was treated  like family and not a dollar sign like at other places. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a smile and are welcomed. Everyone at Lotus Dental really care  and want you to meet your goals of a constructive and beautiful smile. I wish I could name all the staff that look the time to take care of my smile but everyone had a role in taking care of my teeth. I will be recommending new candidates and achieve that beautiful smile. It’s never to late to have perfect teeth. Thank you Lotus Dental Specialist!!

This place is so amazing! You can tell that the staff really cares about you. They are very nice and always take care of me. I love it here and I want to come back and visit! This is the place where I got my braces done. I love the results of my teeth. I would highly recommend anyone to get their braces done here! This is because I value the service and kindness of all the employees that work there. Also, I just wanted to point out that everytime you check in you get a free toothbrush! I’m honestly so satisfied with my teeth they look so perfect. I wanted to do braces for a long time now. I’m so happy that I finally made the decision to do it. Also, I’m glad I chose this place to take care of me and my teeth. They answered all of my questions and concerns before we started with any of the procedures. Overall I would rate the service and kindness 5/5. I would also rate the results as 5/5. The interior of the place is also very nice and just gives off a very professional vibe. This is the place to go to for braces if you’re in the area! Highly recommend.

First talk about the registration and waiting for service: I would give it a 3 star due to wait time. But to be fair, when you go to a good restaurant without reservation (my case) you will expecting wait time. With a lot of patients with appointments it shows they are doing something right. Second: talk about the actual services, I have my teeth cleaned. After the service done, I ask the lady did the cleaning for her name, so I can specifically ask for next time. Yes. It’s five star excellent service. I did have breaching. I enjoy my relaxing music on my phone while waiting for the procedure done. It’s over one hour required. I feel it like a breeze. By the way, it will be sensitive for over 24 hours. And when getting home, make sure use a straw to drink your wine so your pristine bright white teeth does not get stained (This trick I learn from my wife). It’s a five star service. Then I have my crown done. Yes, it’s sensitive. You will feel it. But the dentist and his helper get me thru easily. And another dentist gave me a temporary crown. It fits perfectly. The following 2 weeks, I came back for the permanent crown. It’s also a pleasant experience. It fits just right, another five star service. Third, talking about price. I’m new patient. They charge 39 for cleaning, x-ray, and examining. For breaching, they charge 99, and for the Crown, 600+ something…. It so reasonable for the service they have done. For the price, they also get my five star review.

If you are searching for an Orthodontist, search no more ! Dr Son Nguyen is one of the most patients and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and his staff  is just amazing. From the second I walked in the door for the first time until well after my braces came off , I was always greeted warmly and felt very comfortable in the office. Dr Son Nguyen spent a lot of time explaining everything is asked of him ( and I ask a LOT of question ) My teeth look awesome and Ian ecstatic with the result I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Son Nguyen and his team to anyone and everyone looking to improve their smile. Dr Son Nguyen  and his staff are awesome ! Since the first day when I called to inquire and ask about consultation ( YES , it’s free) everyone in the office is courteous and Amanda  , Jenny, Theresa the cheesiest . Dr Son Nguyen is humble , patient, attentive, super sweet and explains everything so well. I don’t ever regret finding this place. Appointments here in Westminster location are NEVER a long wait. Facility is clean and definitely love the big screen tv on the reception area. Affordable plan , affordable price for Invisalign. Dr Son does a great job and really looks out for us to have that beautiful smile. He’s simply the best! I will highly continue to recommend  Lotus dental specialist to my family n friend

Lotus Dental has a clean and friendly environment. The orthodontists are very kind and gentle when handling teeth. Everything is very organized and done at a fast pace. I have had not only good experiences, but great experiences with my braces and how my teeth look now. I’m very satisfied with the work that has been done here. I highly recommend Lotus Dental not only for braces but for cleaning as well.

I have been to many dental places and this has to be the absolute best. Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming, especially Vicky and Erika who aee so kind and wants the process to be as painless as possible. The place is so clean and is so quick without forcing one to get extra things they don’t need. They want you to have a beautiful smile and I wouldn’t recommend any other dental place other than this one! I have been to so many places and none of them were as friendly and as easy as Lotus!

We were recommended Lotus Dental by word of mouth to have a braces consultation for our grandkids. We were concerned, not only about skilled care, but compassionate service. The kids have visited a few dental offices over the years, and they usually come home feeling stressed from their harsh experiences with the assistants, who spend the most time with them. Now, months after having their braces applied, the kids are actually excited to have their braces adjusted, due to the gentle and attentive care they receive from their dental assistant, Martina. It’s nearly a 50 mile drive to Lotus Dental, but we find it well worthwhile.

I give lotus dental a five star because they are very nice people I love everyone here. They are the reason I have a perfect smile on my face now. I have straight teeth. they always do their job correctly.  never have they messed up on my braces or anything. always so careful when they put my Ruber bands and wire they make sure everything is perfectly fine and that my mouth feels perfectly fine I have been going here for a year now and I love it they do their jobs well everyone is so friendly very glad I chose this dental to go to .
