I’ve never been so impressed with a doctor, or any kind of a health care interaction…until now. I have dreaded – stick a fork in my eye type of dread – of going to the dentist. A new type of experience awaited me at the Luth & Heideman Center for Dental Care, impeccably clean atmosphere, calming, people doing their jobs and were happy to be doing what they were doing, all while being professional. Dr. Heideman was so caring, he took the time to explain exactly what issues my teeth had and offered a couple different options for management. You won’t find a better dentist, not in this town, state, or country. I actually will be returning to my dentist when I am supposed to be and for the first time, without the dread & anxiety; finally, I’ll be leaving that at home for once :). HIGHLY recommend.

I broke a molar Thursday evening, and of course my regular dentist’s office is closed on Fridays. I was terrified of having to wait all weekend with this huge hole in my tooth. A friend recommended Luth & Heideman. I called at 9:00 and was in their office by 10:30 having x-rays and coming up with a plan of action. They miraculously fit me in their very busy schedule that morning to work their magic with their same-day crown-making robot, and I left with my tooth fixed. The entire staff was wonderful, and Dr. Heideman did an amazing job of keeping me calm and fixing my tooth with a crown the same day. I didn’t have to go back two weeks later to have the crown placed; it was immediate. Also, to make things even better, they quoted the cost of the crown before we proceeded, and the final bill was less than the initial quote! The technology used by Luth & Heideman is nothing short of amazing, and I could not be happier. Thanks, Dr. Heideman and Staff!

So from the first consultation to completion it took 4 months. I had 3 implants put in, 2 upper and 1 lower. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Heideman over 2 other dentist I consulted with. They do everything in-house here. They took all of the X-rays and placed all of the posts digitally, making sure I had enough bone and my sinus cavity would not be damaged. I don’t know how it works but when the posts were implanted in the bone, the computer did the placement so there was literally no errors. After 3 months and my bone accepted the posts, they took impressions for the new teeth. It took a couple of weeks for those to come in and they just screwed them on, took about an hour and a half. I’ve had several people contact me so I thought a more thorough review would be helpful as implants are becoming more popular.

Dr. Heideman is amazing. I have always had anxiety about the dentist. But going to this office is putting my anxieties at ease. Everyone is so nice! The entire staff is so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. H makes my smile better and better every visit. On top of being a great dentist I never have to wait longer than a few minutes. Best dentist in Las Vegas for sure! We drive almost 25 minutes one way just to see this dentist and his wonderful staff. The office is clean and beautiful. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! (Dr. H was highly recommended to us through a friend at church, so glad we listened to our friend)

I have been a patient of Dr. Heideman since the office opened and before!! Dr. H is a true professional & along with Lilly they take excellent care of me. They are thorough, professional and friendly. I find it very unusual for a dental professional to manifest such a great sense of humor–it is true, Dr. H has a terrific ghost writer!! Clearly this practice is intent on staying absolutely current with all the current technology available. My only wish is that all the other practices I have utilized over the last 60+ years had been as great as this is. I have been very fortunate to have met Dr. H, Lilly and the front desk staff. My entire family has been going to Dr. Heideman for years. They have been talking to me about how wonderful he is and stubbornly I refused to leave my prior dentist out of loyalty. I am not a dentist. I don’t know what good work is versus bad work. I rely on a proffessional to take care of my teeth. Finally, I decided to go in for a consultation to find all the work I had paid thousands of dollars to have done BY MY PRIOR DENTIST was done improperly and had to be REDONE! I was devastated, but glad to find out sooner than later. Now I am in the process of finishing the necessary corrections to my teeth and the difference is stryking. Not only has the process been painless, the front desk staff is SUPERB! I highly recommend Dr. Heideman.

I have been a patient of the Luth and Heideman Dental Center for over 6 years. Katie is the absolute best hygienist I have ever been to…..let’s just say that you haven’t experienced a REAL dental cleaning until you’ve sat in Katie’s chair. This dental office is blessed to have her, and fortunately for me, she’s part of a team that is truly remarkable. Dr. Heideman is the kindest and most honest dentist I have ever known. He makes himself available to his patients even when the office is closed, and will always call back within a short period of time. He’s meticulous about his work and always explains the procedure beforehand. I am no stranger to a dental chair, so I pretty much know the good from the not-so-good, and I can truthfully say that Dr. Luth and Dr. Heideman are the “real deal”. Denise and Tina, the front office staff, have been working in this office for many years, and it’s quite obvious that they love what they do. On numerous occasions, they have set aside time for me to see my dentist, no matter how busy the schedule….not an easy task. I appreciate all of them!

Dr. Luth and Dr. Heideman have provided my family and I with excellent dental care. Both doctor’s have professional and caring chair side. Their hygienists have always been through and gentle. The front office staff are always pleasant to talk to, they also offer text message appointment reminders! I haven’t had any billing issues which with other practices had lead to time wasted on the phone. The facility is clean, contemporary, modern with state-of-the-art equipment. I’m glad our family visited/gave them a try 6 years ago. When we moved out of state, we booked our cleanings while we were on vacation for Thanksgiving

Had the same Dentist in California for years and was concerned my Las Vegas search would require some work. I am thoroughly satisfied with the care I have received from Katie, the Best Hygienist and natural born care giver and nurturer. Dr. Heideman, had big shoes to fill. His performance, a slam dunk! I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years and Dr. Heideman is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they even have an awesome massage chair. Even though I only go because I’m told I have an appointment, I still enjoy the atmosphere and am not afraid of the dentist. Dr. Heideman has been a family friend for a long time as well as a friend of mine.

WOW WOW WOW! Is all I can say! I generally don’t spend a lot of time to leave reviews but for this doctors office I wanted to make an exception. This office is AMAZING, so Caring, so clean, so on top of it. I will tell you every single person that works at this office shows so much caring and concern for each patients situation. They treat you as if you are their only client and spend so much individual time with you to answer all your questions until you feel fully informed and comfortable. The doctors bedside manner is sweet but EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They’ve diagnosed problems that other dentists have “put a Bandaid on”. They handle everything from emergencies to cosmetic veneers to lip fillers. If you’re looking for a FABULOUS dental experience, look no further, you’ve found THE ONE! Jillian.

Like a lot of people I dreaded a trip to the dentist but not anymore. I’ve been a client of Dr. Heideman for two years now and can truly say this is the best dental office I have ever been in. Everything is top of the line – from the well appointed waiting room with chilled water bottles and a good selection of reading materials, to the state of the art equipment and exam rooms with comfortable chairs and televisions. Everything feels clean and new and the music is good too. Add to the nice surroundings a stellar team of employees and you’ve got the makings of a very good experience. Denise and the other ladies at the front desk are the epitome of office professionals. I appreciate the email, text, and phone reminders almost as much as their pleasant personalities and follow up when needed. All the RDHs are friendly and do good work but I prefer Katie H. because she is always cheerful as well as gentle. Dr. Heideman has a great sense of humor but takes his work seriously. He offers a wide range of services and always takes time to discuss treatment options. I’m going to treat myself to some teeth bleaching because this dental practice feels like a 5 star spa.

Dr. Heideman is always patient. His office has the most up to date technology and equipment. I like the way he teaches his assistants while he’s working. He is always very thorough while coaching them through processes. You can tell his staff really respects him. A great dentist for you and your family. Katie is a great dental hygienist. As much as I hate having to get my teeth cleaned, Katie eases the pain with her gentleness. She always coaches on oral hygiene without judgement! I highly recommend Dr. Heideman and his entire staff!!

Today I completed my cleaning appt. with Emily, who did an outstanding job. They have always exceeded my expectations for the last 12 years in a row every single appointment. What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I have been seen by both the Doctors here and they are a little better than amazing. From the time you step in to front door and waiting area it is very clear that these two are running a business that they personally care about. They have hired awesome staff, they run a tight ship, they have humor, compassion, and are the best dentists in all of Las Vegas. You could offer me free dental care for life anywhere else and I would refuse it because I would not allow any other Dentist to work on my teeth. Strongly recommend, will be back every 6 months, and bringing all my friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Spencer Luth and Dr. Greg Heideman for the past six years or so and every time I am absolutely amazed at how professional, clean, nice, caring, helpful, and even thoughtful this dental office is. From the front staff to the doc’s, this place has earned my business and with the amazing job they did with my husband – even if another dental office offered to pay me and give me free dental care I wouldn’t leave this group. I couldn’t! This quality and level of dental care should be the standard but unfortunately I’ve never seen any other place that can come close. Highly recommend – oh and I have never waited in the lobby for more than 2-3 minutes 🙂

Luth and Heideman Center is the best!!! Ive been coming to this center for about a year and they always give the greatest service. Dr. Heideman is the best when attending. He is always in a great mood, always cracking jokes and making people laugh. Dr. Heideman KNOWS what he is doing with a needle. Every time i come to this office, i know I am in good hands and will feel no pain what so ever. This office is state of the art and is kept in the best conditions. I think this office is the most luxuries facility that I have ever seen. Everybody within this office is super sweet and kind to anyone that comes in. The members of the office always have a smile on their faces and always greet you in with open arms. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I had a great experience going to Dr. Heideman and Luth yesterday for a dental appointment. These guys are unlike any dentist I ‘ve ever been to! The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I hardly waited at all in the waiting room. The dentists do not double, triple, or quadruple book their patients, so there is little to no wait time and they give you the time you need for the care you need. The hygienists were great too -funny, warm, but thorough as well. Not only did they take my regular xrays, but they also took a 3D x-ray that allowed the docs to have a better, clearer picture of the health of my teeth and mouth. The dentist was also warm and caring. One of the best parts was, after taking my xrays and 3D x-ray, the dentist sat down with me and showed the x-rays to me so that I could have a clearer picture of what work I will need. I was treated with respect and every part of the exam was explained to me. I will recommend Drs. Luth and Heideman to anyone new to the area, anyone who hasn’t been to the dentist in awhile, and anyone who wants to the best care available in dentistry. Thank you Drs H and L!

I’ve never been happier with my dentist! I’ve had a phobia of the dentist for as long as I can remember. My teeth are very sensitive and I’ve had trouble getting numb in the past. My sister recommended that I try Dr. Heideman and I am so glad I did! He is an amazing dentist, a master at his profession. I gladly and confidently recommend him to everyone. His personality is very calming and he is careful to make sure I am comfortable. He talks me through everything and that has done wonders for my anxiety. I’ve been going to him for six years now, and I have total and complete trust in him and in his staff. Now I just hope he never retires!

The staff was very friendly, and made me feel at ease. The office was clean and had modern tech. The check up was extremely thorough. Dr. Heideman was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. After the check up we went into a conference room and he went over the xrays & photos that were taken. He explained what was going on and then offered treatment options, never being pushy about anything. I really felt like he was giving me all the information with the final decisions being mine. This is the first time a dentist has ever done this, and it was fantastic. I felt like I was included in the process and not just a sheep going along for the ride. The cleaning was a lot of work but that’s because I’ve been slacking due to an awful experience at another dentist which scared me away from dental work for around the last 5 years. The hygenist was very nice and did a great job. I was a bit sore after but nice and clean, again my fault for the lapse in visits. I left happy and my faith in dentistry restored. I then returned a few weeks later for a partial and some fillings. Dejavu, the staff was great and I went straight in for my procedure. Dr. Heideman again was great, very gentle and I even got to watch TV during the procedure which was a nice distraction. No temporary here, they have a 3d tooth printer thing which meant my permanent partial was made custom in house and stuck right on same visit! I left numb, a little sore, and extremely happy! The work was top notch as well as the treatment by the staff and doc. Thanks much, can’t say enough good things about this office. Today is the day after the work and I feel great. No pain, no soreness, and my bite and mouth feel terrific
