Top notch. Leading edge. Superb orthodontist and business owner. Dr. Erin Cohen is talented and delightful!  We have known Erin for many years, and while her office location is not convenient, (we live in the valley), she is well worth the commute.  When it was time for my daughter’s Invisalign, I went straight to Dr Cohen.  Erin is a talented orthodontist and does beautiful work.  She is also a mom to two children who are of Invisalign/braces wearing age, so she knows exactly how to motivate and to communicate with our kiddos. She makes their experience fun and easy.  My daughter started with Invisalign and then decided she REALLY wanted braces.  Humph.  While I was a little annoyed, Dr Cohen didn’t skip a beat!  She promptly made the switch without making my daughter feel bad.  Erin has the highest of standards for herself, her staff and her business.  Her office runs like a well-oiled machine.  Her precision, knowledge and efficiency is impressive, to say the least, as is her “bedside manner”.  She takes time to explain exactly what the plan is so kids and parents are well- informed and know what to expect.  Highly recommend!

Lux Orthodontics and Dr. Erin Cohen are the best of the best. Dr. Cohen is knowledgeable, straightforward, and compassionate. She made me and my kids feel completely at ease the moment we walked into her office. By the end of our first consultation, she already had a good read on their individual personalities and customized her strategy based on what she thought would suit each one best. She gave us options on treatment plans, explained everything patiently and thoroughly, and answered all our questions. Both kids went from a deep fear of “the orthodontist” to happily anticipating visits with Dr. Cohen. We love Lux Orthodontics and couldn’t be happier with our brand new smiles.

After going to 3 different orthodontist office for an initial consultation for my children am glad I finally found Beverly Hills Orthodontist. Dr. Choen is awesome .My daughter started treatment in late 2016 and we have had such a great experience that now my son will start treatment here too. Dr. Choen is friendly, very knowledgeable,  professional and awesome with children. I like how she explain the treatment plan for my daughter to me. The rest of the staff has always been great and friendly too.

We have been coming to Dr.Cohen for the past 3 years. Love love this clinic. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They have after school and even weekends availability. My daughter lost her retainers and they made a new one with out any issues. I highly recommend this office. Very child friendly with computer and video games in the waiting room.

I highly recommend . I love going to the office and seeing her and the staff. The office is state of the art. I had braces as a kid and my teeth shifted so I opted for Invisalign. I had other consultations before starting my treatment  and found her to be the most honest, knowledgeable, friendly and caring.  I’m so glad I found her. I have talked with Dr. Cohen as well on the phone when I had a question during off hours. She was the Dr. on call and got right back to me. She was very helpful. Dr.  has called and text me after hours to check on me. She really goes the extra mile. I’m halfway through my treatment and my teeth already look fantastic. I will miss going here when I’m done. I see her working with other patients, adults and kids and she is wonderful with all of them. Definitely look into Beverly Hills Orthodontics they are nothing but the best!

Dr. Erin Cohen is the BEST orthodontist EVER!! If you need braces or know someone who does, check out Beverly Hills Orthodontics! If you are looking for perfection she is there to deliver!!! Her enthusiasm for what she does makes you feel you are in good hands. She really makes you comfortable with whatever treatment she has install for you. She explains everything as the treatment goes on, excited every time she sees results. I have had braces twice and invisalign before seeing Dr. Cohen. The Invisalign treatment I had didn’t straighten my teeth because I had went to a dentist and not an orthodontist for the treatment and the dentist didn’t know what he was doing…big, expensive, naive mistake on my end. NEVER DO THAT!!  I know now that there is more to just taking a mold and sending it off to get a treatment designed especially for you. Orthodontists are trained professionals for the straightening of teeth- not dentists! Beverly Hills Orthodontics’ pristine environment and friendly staff made me feel like this doctor’s office was serious about what they do.  After explaining my story to Dr. Cohen she designed a treatment that didn’t even involve braces- just a retainer (this considering I had lots of corrections already).  I saw results within the first 6 weeks and was satisfied after the third visit to check how things were going. I was ready to take those “after pictures” and say thanks for my perfect smile!! Dr. Cohen is such a perfectionist that she will not let you take those “after pictures” or final impressions until she is totally happy with your smile. She wants everything to be absolutely perfect. I love that about her!! You want to go to Dr. Cohen if you want perfect teeth. There is a cool confidence about her that I will always appreciate. See for yourself, your consultation with her will prove me right how amazing she really is. If you have a kid who needs braces take him/her to Beverly Hills Orthodontics. They are so kid friendly and have unique ways of getting your child to stay on track and wear their retainer/night guard/rubber bands- whatever it may be. I am definitely taking my son to this office if he needs braces in the future.  I get compliments ALL the time and am truly happy with the results. Give them a call!

Dr. Cohen is very approachable, and the Invisalign treatment was easy, painless, and worked perfectly on schedule. Her staff is friendly and assisted with coordinating with our Dental insurance company for our coverage. Staff may also suggest additional purchases, but made sure to explain they are optional and put no pressure on on us to buy anything. Parking is pricey due to the location’s “Valet only” for parking, and street parking is extremely limited in the area so arrange for a ride whenever possible.

We were visiting from New Jersey  and our son’s orthodontic bracket broke and was really bothering him. The staff at Beverly Hills Orthodontics were so accommodating. They took us right away in the morning of the day we called.  Ashley was so helpful and amazing and awesome.Every one in the office was very friendly and helpful. They were extremely professional. Dr. Cohen made the interruption of our vacation so smooth. We will have to fly back just to come here.

Great orthodontist! Dr Cohen is so sweet. She explains everything very well and is super patient with you. The office is modern and beautiful with an   amazing view of the hills. I go to the century city location. Although it can be tough to get an appointment because they go to so many locations, thankfully the follow ups are months apart. I just finished by last set and had the bumps removed and recently started on my retainers. Very happy with my results. Teeth are straight and look amazing, makes my smile even better! We have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for 6 years. We absolutely love her! We have also seen Dr. Madan several times and she is lovely as well. Both doctors inspire confidence in patients and create a very relaxed atmosphere. The techs are all incredible. Each and every one of them are gentle, kind, conscientious and perfectionists. I cannot recommend BHO more highly, and I wish they were around when I needed orthodontia as a kid!

I was an early patient of( Dr. Cohen), almost six years ago. The value–and added value–of their treatment more than returned my investment. My goal was not cosmetic but related to correcting a flaw. That flaw was eventually corrected. And, along the way, my knowledge was enhanced. Initially, there were no false promises. Nor, during the course of treatment, was there ever a question they did not answer. There was only their bright, cheerful display of enthusiasm for science–and love of their work–which put me at ease, and kept me returning with equal enthusiasm. (This attitude was shared by their very able staff.) Today, when I go in for a check, and see there are only a few seats, I have to smile. Over the years, I’ve observed their office grow from a quiet space into a bustling practice. Perhaps this is evidence that their high standards and caring professionalism ring true for others. But I’m glad to speak of my own experience here, because it certainly rings true for me.

Doctor Cohen is legitimately the most knowledgeable, caring, & beautiful doctor you will ever have. She’s intelligent and genuinely just a down to earth good person, it’s obvious she loves her job. I had consultations with three reputable orthodontists before choosing Doctor Cohen for my braces. I chose her because she wasn’t selling herself, she didn’t have to, as her thoroughness on exactly what would be done to my teeth and how long it would take was assuring. The other orthodontists sized me up right away and tried to charge me a significantly higher price. Getting adult braces is no easy decision and she has been honest and attentive about knowing I don’t want to wear them forever. Without hesitation, she worked with my financial situation and the entire process has been smooth. She has also been communicating with my jaw surgeon, which makes the entire process easy for me. The office is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly. Last and most important note is most orthodontists don’t see their patients every appointment and doctor Cohen sits down and takes her time to answer questions and explain my progress each and every time. I’d recommend her any day!

Dr. Erin Cohen is not only a miracle worker when it comes to straightening teeth but she’s also developed a brilliant approach to working with patients and is such a pleasure during office visits. Not only did she immediately correct my son’s snaggletooth smile (sorry, his teeth were shockingly crooked due to crowding) but she thoroughly explained her thought process and plan of attack at every visit. In instances where my nanny took my son to the appointment, she called me afterward with a full report. She also developed a brilliant system for motivating kids to brush teeth, keep appts etc.by introducing a simple reward system where the patient gets tokens for good behavior. As a result, my 10 year old has really stepped up the brushing and is always reminding ME about  his appointments!  Finally, her office staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and very professional. Amazing Dr. and amazing staff. LOVED this experience (getting braces off in a few weeks!).  Big smiles all around 🙂

Dr. Cohen and the whole staff at Beverly Hills Orthodontics are Great!!!!! After an incident with my jaw, my smile was hardly what it used to be, and I worried that it would never be the same again. Dr. Cohen took very special care of my case, coordinating with my jaw surgeon and my dentist, and the results have been amazing! I have the best smile and bite I’ve ever had in my entire life now. Thank You Dr. Cohen!

My sister got braces in her teens. My teeth were deemed “good enough” to not need them. But as I got older the problems with my overcrowded smile really started to bug me. So I decided to consult with Dr. Cohen to see if Invisalign was right for me. The thought of having to wear braces as an adult really freaked me out, especially because my career is such that I interact with people every day. So suffice to say I was less than excited to become a metal mouth. Dr. Cohen erased all of my concerns about getting braces. She assured me that Invisalign would work great to correct my imperfect smile. She made the process of consultation to treatment plan easy to understand and even easier to proceed with. That was ten months ago and I cannot believe the difference this has made to my smile. I am ecstatic with the results and so pleased with the care Dr. Cohen put into making sure my progress went as planned. The staff was so helpful in providing financing options, making appointments around my work schedule and being generally sweet when I came in for check-ups. Dr. Erin Cohen is the most thorough, warm, and intuitive orthodontist we could have found for our now 10-year-old daughter. She explains clearly in understandable terms the issues and how we as a “team” are going to implement the various stages of fixing our daughter’s bite and straighten her teeth. From booking appointments, to our consult at each stage, to the actual “no tears” fixing of braces, expanders, rubber bands etc., to the follow up after each appointment — no one could possibly be better! As a father who had a horrible experience with braces when I was a teenager, I can really appreciate Dr. Cohen’s TLC with my daughter. The offices are state of the art by the way! They use the most advanced approach to orthodontics. Their goal is to get the kids in and out of braces as quickly and with as little discomfort as possible.  Thanks Dr. Cohen!

After such a difficult year what an incredible feeling to finally have a wonderful experience at Lux Orthodontics! Dr. Cohen and her amazing staff treated me with so much kindness, were prompt and on time and took all safety precautions necessary during these times. I will be starting my boys and me ASAP! I’m a firm believer in the old saying, everything happens for a reason.  Well, I’m thankful for what led me to Beverly Hills Orthodontics and Dr. Cohen.  I’ve always had an overbite and major spacing issues but my parents couldn’t afford braces for me when I was a kid. I wanted Invisalign when it came out in college but couldn’t afford it.   I’ve just never felt confident about my smile and as I moved further up in my job and was meeting more high profile people, it was affecting my confidence even more. A few years ago I visited a dentist who was offering a discount on Invisalign in exchange for using people as models but it still was too expensive for me at the time.  But last year, I finally was making more money and was able to do it. I went back to that dentist who suddenly felt I should get veneers instead of Invisalign which surprised me given the overall good condition of my teeth.  I realized it was a ploy to make more money and decided to search for something better.  I came across Beverly Hills Orthodontics (thanks to Yelp!), did a consultation with Dr. Cohen and it has changed my life. Dr. Cohen asked me about my smile, what I didn’t like and why I wanted to correct it – I knew right then I was talking to someone who actually cared.  I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.  She explained the entire process in detail and talked about the advancements in Invisalign technology.  She is probably one of the most excited doctors I’ve ever visited. Someone excited about treating you, imagine that! Dr. Cohen is so honest, so knowledgable and she’s just a cool person overall. Deciding to go with Dr. Cohen was the best decision ever.  I’m more than halfway through my treatment and I’m in awe of the improvement to my smile every day.  Really, I just stare at my teeth sometimes!  It hasn’t been easy, it’s painful at times as braces just are but this staff makes everything as easy as possible.  Everyone is so nice and professional.  The office is clean, organized and very high-tech.  Every visit is a  pleasant experience and they are great with kids (I don’t have any but I can tell from what I’ve observed).  The only minor negative I could even think of is the building doesn’t do validation so it’s about $9 to park for each visit.  But this isn’t unusual for many buildings and being able to visit this office makes it such a small price to pay.   I can’t wait until it’s all done but even now with 5-6 months left, I have the most amazing smile that is only going to get better.  I wish every doctor was like Dr. Cohen.  I’m so grateful and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cohen and her entire team to anyone.

I started treatment about over a year ago and the whole process has been incredible. The entire staff show the upmost professionalism and respect and I admire the enthusiasm they all have for their jobs. I am really glad that I chose  Dr. Cohen for my Invisalign treatment. As a poor college student I walked into the office, sat in a chair, and cried for 30 minutes after finding out prices. As a financially dependent 19 year old girl, my aesthetic dreams of a perfect smile seemed to fade into nonexistence until Dr. Cohen hugged me and worked out an affordable payment plan with me. It may not seem like much, but for someone who was working full time while at Ucla, this kind gesture spoke volumes. My teeth are perfect and I’m reminded to pay it forward every time I smile. I waited until I was 50 years old to get orthodontics done simply because I did not want to wear braces. I was advised to check out Dr. Erin Cohen and it was the best move of my life. She walked me through the entire process and I agreed to go with her as my Dr. Professional is the only word that describes her. Her smile welcomed me every time I went in for my visit and she was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I am just not happy that there are only 5 stars here because Dr. Erin Cohen deserves pages of them for how happy she has made me with the way my teeth are

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this group. Dr. Cohen have been more than accommodating, gracious and professional for my Invisalign treatment. I am not a huge fan of the whole dental process but I have to say that I look forward to every single visit. The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians, feel like going home for the holidays. Even though the Invisalign treatment is a long process, I am so fortunate I am doing it here. THE VERY BEST!!!!  My children have been with Dr. Cohen for the past three years.  My 12 year old daughter had a palette expander to fix a serious cross-bite.  Braces followed for 18 months.  They recently came off to reveal a radiant, strong, healthy smile.  AMAZING.  My son also had a palette expander, headgear and retainer which were extremely successful.  The office has a very welcoming, friendly and professional atmosphere.  All staff members are knowledgeable and have been a pleasure to deal with over the years.  We have been thrilled with the personal attention and amazing care we have received.  I cannot recommend Doctors Cohen and Madden more highly for any orthodontic needs.

Both my kids see  Dr. Cohen as well and she is fantastic. Anytime my friends ask if I know an ortho, I recommend  them. My daughter just got her braces off and her smile is amazing. Beverly Hills Orthodontics is amazing. I needed a new set of retainers after having mine for 10 years. After having jaw surgery as a teenager to fix a crossbite, I am extremely picky about finding excellent dentists and orthodontists. I’m glad I found BHO. From their website, amazing communication, customer service, clarity of information, new patient forms (yup, I’m serious), and an honest and very informative virtual consultation with Dr. Cohen–I was thoroughly impressed. They are taking extremely safe precautions at their office to minimize contact during COVID, utilizing their 3D scanning capabilities as opposed to impressions like some other offices do. With three offices in LA, and what looks like three more to come in the future, they are as successful as they are for good reason. Thanks for a great experience!

I did my Invisalign here, and have been very satisfied with the results. Every dentist and member of staff has been gracious and friendly, and while initially expensive, has been well worth it. That said, my treatment has been going on for a while, so I am glad to be done. Shout out to Joaquin (I hope he sees this), Cesar, and the doctors (Dr Cohen especially, although I believe she has left) for making a slightly squeamish patient always feel comfortable. I wish they would validate parking, but top tip- there is free parking in the neighborhood 5 min walk away.

Can I give 100 stars? I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I can’t be happier with the result!   My teeth looks SO perfect, and the process was painless and easy. The staff is very nice, gorgeous office and Dr. Cohen is AMAZING!! I will miss her and the staff and I can’t wait to have kids to bring them all here, haha! Highly recommend, no doubt the best place in Los Angeles.

Dr. Cohen has been doing my Invisalign treatment for over a year and a half and has been AMAZING. She’s so thorough and kind! I’m an adult who had braces as a teenager and never wore my retainers, so I decided to get them again since my teeth had retracted. My treatment is nearly done and I ALWAYS get compliments on how nice and straight my teeth are. The office is very clean (with a great view of the city) and the office staff, especially Cesar, is so friendly! For anyone thinking of getting Invisalign, I would highly recommend making the investment and coming to BHO–you won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a patient since 2017 and have had nothing but a great experience with BHO and my treatment of Invisalign. I decided to look into Invisalign because I wanted to straighten my teeth and improve my bite. The treatment plan went exactly as they described and the results were even better than expected. Both Dr. Cohen  provided me with an exceptional treatment plan and I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing an orthodontist.

I am nearing the end of my treatment with Dr. Cohen, and I think it’s fair that I write a quick review in thanks for how thorough and wonderful she and her staff have been throughout the entire process. I was reluctant to bite the bullet and get braces. It hasn’t always been easy, but Dr. Cohen has made things as easy for me as they could be. Pretty offices, flexible and helpful staff, quickly answered emails . . . I really appreciate how well everything has been explained to me every step of the way. And it’s been virtually painless. I’m also considering getting veneers once the braces come off because I have a chipped front tooth that has been repaired and will need replacing. I’m not sure I want to go that route, but it’s been very helpful to discuss the pros and cons with Dr. Cohen, who has advised me without any pressure; she is able to be informative and give her well-informed opinions with a light touch. Love that. Overall it’s been a great experience!

I rarely write reviews but I had to for Beverly Hills orthodontics. My experience with them has been phenomenal. From the staff to the doctors to the whole entire process I couldn’t be happier. The doctors are so professional and skilled at what they do it’s not hard to understand why they are the best. Even their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am ecstatic with the results so far and will 100% refer anyone I know that is looking to get their teeth straightened to Dr. Madan and Dr. Cohen. Thank you so much!

I can’t recommend this orthodontist enough. Dr Cohen and the rest of her staff always make me feel like priority. I recently had an emergency and called the office on a Saturday night and was called back within minutes by a familiar voice, Terri.  The fact that she called me immediately and while driving just assured me that this office is dedicated to me getting the best treatment and outcome.  Btw my teeth look amazing already and I just started my treatment in September.  I can’t wait to post a follow up review in a year so you can all see my amazing smile.
