Came here for a routine cleaning while working for a month away from my home. The staff was professional & helpful. They called my regular dentist to coordinate care and made sure I had the x-rays I was overdue for. I could not have been more impressed. The dentist was also wonderful. If I lived here in Winston-Salem, this is where I would go!

From the beginning when they were taking extra precautions outside at the entrance until I was finished I had an extraordinarily nice experience going for my 1st check up as a new patient with this dental office. They have state-of-the-art equipment and most importantly besides the fact that they are all extremely excellent at their jobs they are also very friendly and helpful. Assistant Libby, Doctor Ayuso and Hygienist Rachel all helped to make the visit a topnotch experience. The lady at checkout too! Dr. Porter is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s very personable, knowledgeable and does great work. His team is terrific too. I moved from Winston-Salem to Raleigh a couple of years ago but still make the drive to W/S for dental appointments because of how much I trust Dr. Porter and his team. I highly recommend them.

I’m going to excuse the Covid-19 Police…. I honestly think it should be up to the individual on how he/she wants to handle this situation, But like the slaves that we are we have to listen to our incompetent Gov’t if that’s what you want to call it. The office is very clean, the staff (after you get through the TSA station) are very professional, very kind and very friendly. They make you feel like you’re part of the family instead of like a number, which I have experienced my whole life and used to despise going to the Dentist. As a child, I had the worst two dentist, maybe ever. That being said, I was so scared to go, that as an adult – I just didn’t. As you can imagine, not taking care of my teeth, I was embarrassed to smile. I ended up with an abscessed tooth and was forced to go to the dentist. My doctor’s office recommended Lyndhurst, and I am so glad they did. Since then, the staff and Dr. Porter have been very patient with my fear and my teeth. I am very happy with these guys and no longer have to have my mom come with me! Thank you all!

First visit to Lyndhust Dental. I was met with friendly faces at the desk. The had been some miscommunication and i didn’t have an appointment. Staff handled situation without gracefully. They had an opening and got the first time xrays and cleaning done in a very timely fashion. Everybody i interacted with was great. My hygienist was excellent, handled a challenging level of plague with speed and skill that i really appreciated. Can’t wait to go back, just kidding it is still the Dentist right!!!!! Great experience I highly recommend them

Had a filling come out this morning at about 11:30. Called LDA and they were able to get me in at 2:30. I was out by 3:30 and they were APOLOGIZING for how “long” it took because they were busy. They did a fantastic job and did so quickly, but with a friendly and kind attitude, not “all business.” This was my first dental visit since living in Winston Salem, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my experiences here. They recently switched me to a new dentist, who I liked a lot, but switched me right back to Dr. Porter when I requested it. (I’ve seen him for a long time now.) Recently got my first crown and the experience was as pleasant as possible. Everything fit very well. Dr. Porter dried my tooth with gauze instead of air to lessen my pain. All of the staff are very courteous.

This is a wonderful family oriented general dentistry practice. I have been a patient here for approaching 30 years, and never once has there been a problem. This practice is totally up to date with the best equipment and the very best safety practices. Kindness, caring and compassion are key factors of treatment, along with a personalized approach for your needs. Drs. Porter and Ayuso portray an open attitude and are most communicative in helping the patient understand their situation and provide gentle treatment for the problem. Appointments are always on time, all the staff go out of their way to make the patient at ease and feel comfortable while they are there. From check in to check out I have never had a better dental experienced than that which I’ve had at Lyndhurst Dental Association

I have been seeing Dr. Porter for years. He’s wonderful and always thinks of the little things like having a blanket if you’re cold and getting a procedure done. I recently saw Dr. White for Invisalign and so far have been very happy with the results. I’m excited to see how my smile looks when it’s all done in just a few short weeks.
