5 stars isn’t enough for this office.  Been taking my 12 and 13 yo to Dr Henry Maccaro since they were babies.  They both look forward to going to the dentist every 6 months.  It feels like you are visiting old friends when you are there. The staff is friendly, professional and experts in taking care of kids. The front desk staff and assistants are friendly, courteous and accommodating. Dr. Maccaro is a kind, patient and really funny too. He always has us laughing. The hygienists are the best they are gentle and take time to review the kids dental health and progress report. We were thrilled that Dr Henry Maccaro’s son Dr Justin Maccaro orthodontist joined the practice.  Perfect timing for our family since both my kids needed ortho treatment. We couldn’t be happier to have Dr Justin Maccaro as our orthodontist.  He is knowledgable, patient and explains everything to the kids.  The office is up to date with all the newest advances for scans etc. one kid in traditional braces and one has Invisalign. Both experiences have been great so far.

We love Dr. Maccaro, Dr. Justin and all of the staff! My kids have been patients for over 10 years and each time they are treated with kindness, patience and the utmost professional care. We switched after seeing Dr. Maccaro for a second opinion for my 3 year old at the time and never looked back. My oldest kids have already completed orthodontic treatments with Dr. Justin and their smiles are beautiful! Walking in to warmth at the front desk, a tranquil fish tank and pinball machines immediately puts us all at ease, and then the fun starts with the hygienists and doctors making every visit as pleasant as possible. As a pediatrician myself, they are definitely the doctor’s doctors and I wouldn’t want to take my children anywhere else.

Highly recommend going to Maccaro! He does what’s best for your child and is skilled and experienced. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures like other pediatric dentist on the north shore. The office staff is pleasant and helpful with all billing issues and if you have an emergency, Dr. Maccaro goes out of his way to help. Incredible dental work and attention to detail.

I normally write reviews for restaurants and hotels, however Dr. MacCaro deserves my 200th review and a shout out from me. He is a loving and caring pediatric dentist. I wish he can accept adults like me. His office is kid oriented with 2 pinball machines, a beautiful fish tank, kid books and an open floor plan so the kids are not afraid being in an enclosed dentist office. How cool it is too play video games when he works on your teeth. I have never heard crying or screaming from any child in this office. He has a way with kids. He always explained what he plans to do with you. He never lies and earns trust from the kids. My kid is never afraid of dentist appointment and I wish I can do the same with my own. His appointment is always on time. Again, I wish he accept adult patients and I will be the first on line.

When I tell you that Dr. Maccaro is THE BEST in the business I can’t express that enough. He’s been my only dentist for my entire life and I will never go astray. I went once in my entire life for a cleaning at another office close to work one day and the difference was night and day. I got my braces from him and he’s always taken care of me and always had the health of my teeth in mind with every decision and visit. To give him and his girls only 5 stars is an understatement. Santina is the sweetest person alive and always on top of everything, so so accommodating. With that said if you’re looking for your children’s teeth to be in the best care and hands, you will only find that with Dr. Maccaro and staff. Thank you guys for 20+ years of dental care and orthodontic work, couldn’t be more grateful.

I strongly and highly recommend Maccaro Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. It is such a well run office from top to bottom. Every member from doctor to hygienist to office manager to staff is extremely dedicated to the office and the well being and comfort of each patient. As a pediatrician, I have been referring patients to this practice for over 15 years. Time and again, families have always commended the nurturing environment, excellent care, and the strong sense of ease felt amongst the patients and parents (particularly the younger population that tends to be more apprehensive about dental visits). As a mom, my daughter has been a patient for over 8 years and my toddler will follow suit! The realities that I’ve always known became vindicated with my own personal experience. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly and the doctors and hygienists are so doting and diligent in their work, all the while cracking a joke or putting a smile on all of our faces. Just recently, my daughter began her journey with orthodontics at the office. Everything was explained to parent and child alike to the utmost detail alleviating any potential fear and doubt and just made the entire process so smooth and seamless. It is definitely a family environment and I am so grateful and appreciative of the care they give to my children and endless amounts of patients across the board.

I have been bringing my children to Dr. Maccaro for a couple of years now. A friend had recommended them because my children needed some extensive dental work and she promised this was the place to go. From the moment I made the appointment with Santina I knew this was going to be a great experience. The staff is so welcoming and professional I felt at ease immediately! Dr. Maccaro was wonderful and knew exactly how to handle my children so they were comfortable with being there also. My kids teeth have never been in such great condition and we owe it all to them. WE are now in the next phase for braces and are lucky enough to stay at the same office with Dr. Justin, Dr. Maccaro’s son who is our orthodontist. We could not be happier with our daughters results so far.. Thank you to the whole staff for making this a great experience and for making my children’s smile beautiful!!

Excellent and very professional Team and Dentists/Orthodontists! Both Drs. Maccaro (Father and son) are very caring. My husband and I had some concerns about our son’s adult tooth that did not come up, they did solve the issue. Also, our daughter is extremely satisfied as she is no longer afraid to smile. We are so happy with the care provided and their professionalism.
