I’ve been with MacGinnis Orthodontics for a year now and I can not believe how much my teeth have changed since I started! I still have a year to go, but honestly my smile has improved drastically since day 1 and I’m wondering what another year will bring since it’s pretty stellar already. Aside from creating beautiful smiles, it’s the customer service experience that sets MacGinnis Orthodontics apart from the rest. The facility looks like it was designed on one of those HGTV shows, the staff are all friendly, beautiful, fun, welcoming and family oriented. I love that they’re involved with the community, always posting on their social media page (I follow them on Instagram) as well as encouraging patient participation through their rewards programs. I remember my first visit for my consultation and seeing my  name written on the welcome board and thinking how nice it was of them to recognize me even before I committed to anything! I literally spend no more than 20 – 30 minutes each visit, but it’s always a pleasant experience and I leave happier than when I came in. I came to MacGinnis looking to just get rid of my overbite and he was recommended by my dentist. When my friend from work told me she was getting braces and went with MacGinnis Ortho, I was pretty much sold and went along with her. I was given the option of wire or invisalign and even though invisalign costs more, I was told if I got wire it would be the same duration more or less. I went with invisalign and it’s been great and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my smile after just about a month and a half of wearing the trays. I definitely recommend MacGinnis to anyone looking for an orthodontist.They’re also open on some of those holidays that fall on a Monday  which is convenient since I don’t lose time at work.

Absolutely wonderful and professional service. Dr. MacGinnis is kind, calm, and thorough. My seven-year-old was recommended by our pediatric dentist, Dr. Butler, to go for an evaluation. They did a wonderful job explaining to me the entire process with pictures and an evaluation. I felt completely at ease. I was so afraid because she is so young that she would be panicked and tearful. We have not had that experience at all. The office staff and Dr. MacGinnis are really great with kids. They have a program with a T-shirt and a Spinny wheel where kids to get to earn prizes. It makes our visits fun for my daughter. She is happy to go each time AND the results from treatment are a prize for me! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Macginnis and his staff are incredible. I had discomfort in my jaw area because I was having issues with my bite. My dentist referred me to Dr Macginnis to have my bite evaluated and treated accordingly. His honesty and passion were apparent. My treatment plan was simple. He explained everything really well, and I went ahead to get clear braces. My teeth are now looking fantastic. I am so happy with the result so far and I have only had my braces on for about 1 year. I have clear braces and love that they aren’t that noticeable. I highly recommend him! Thanks again, for helping me to get rid of my pain, and giving me a great smile!!

My experience as a child with braces was SO different from my experience here at Moon & MacGinnis Orthodontics. In a positive way! As a child, my orthodontist removed numerous teeth which caused my smile to be narrow. Years later, my teeth started to crowd up because I stopped wearing my retainers. I’ve always wanted a wider and straighter smile, so I finally did something about it. I looked around at a few orthodontist offices and found that Dr. MacGinnis made me feel very comfortable and confident in his expertise. He explained how he could make my smile wider and more attractive. He walked me through all of my options, regular braces, clear braces and invisalign. We ended up choosing clear braces and I am so happy that I did. I just got my braces off last month and I’m thrilled with the results. I only wish I did it sooner. On a side note, the office is amazing and the staff was friendly and professional.

Dr. MacGinnis and his staff are accommodating, compassionate, and competent. We chose Dr. MacGinnis after our oldest daughter had endured impersonal, generic treatment from another local orthodontist. This office is extraordinary, the moment patients arrive they are warmly greeted. All of Dr. Mac’s assistants skillfully perform their duties while cheerfully interacting with individual patients. Dr. MacGinnis is extremely supportive of local community activities.  All of our children look forward to their visits to Dr. MacGinnis’ office because there’s always something exciting for them to take part in such as guessing how many items are in a jar to win a prize.  Also be sure to always wear your complimentary MacGinnis orthodontics to your office visit for extra “points” toward available prizes.

Where do I begin!? From the moment that I walked into this office, I felt very comfortable and secure in knowing that my treatment was going to be both affordable and professional. Many times when you look for an office, they are either outdated, expensive or not personable. This office is truly one of a kind! Dr. MacGinnis was always willing to ask me about my day, take time to remember the information I gave him, and continue the conversation the following time I came in. As an adult, I was nervous to have braces and how I would luck with them, but after the way my teeth came out, I would gladly do this process all over again at this office. This office truly makes you feel like a family, and I’ll be so sad to leave! I want to thank the team and Dr. MacGinnis for all the love, support, understanding, empathy and compassion that they gave me during my two years of treatment. I wish this facility, the providers, and all the patients more growth and personal achievements for the years to come.

I went to Dr. MacGinnis in search of an orthodontist that I could trust in my journey to fix my under bite and crooked jaw. My initial impression of him and his staff was that they were very friendly and caring. I was impressed by his knowledge and the advanced technology he used. His recommendation for a jaw surgeon was also top quality. Throughout my braces treatment of 2 years pre and post jaw surgery, Dr. MacGinnis and his staff have been nothing but caring, professional, and knowledgeable. He prepared my teeth perfectly for surgery and also made sure it stayed that way after. I truly appreciate everything has done for my teeth and smil.

I got my braces off 4 years ago, but I still want to write about my experience! I was nervous to get my braces for the first time at 21-years-old, but Dr. MacGinnis and the rest of the staff made the experience incredibly comfortable and easy. Dr. MacGinnis went out of his way for my needs numerous times throughout my experience there. Once was when I was getting some work done that ended up being really painful (not his fault at all). He called me personally the next day to follow up with me and make sure I was doing alright! The second time was when I had a last minute international flight to make and needed something done for my braces. He opened the clinic at like 8am on a Saturday morning, just for me to pop in and out. Most importantly, Dr. MacGinnis did some sort of orthodontic magic and managed to get my braces on and off and my retainer made by the time I moved across the country for graduate school. The staff was always incredibly friendly as well. I felt like I was really taken care of by everybody there. Appointments were always on time and they really did their best to be flexible with me.

What a beautiful, comfy, high-tech, and impressive place to obtain braces. My daughter started her braces treatment on Friday (4-19-19) and I recently completed my Invisalign regimen a few months ago. I love my results and I am very pleased. I had a concern a few months ago and Dr McGinnis addressed my concerns immediately and made sure that I was content and satisfied. Great and friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. I had the opportunity to meet his parents who are also wonderful and kind. So if you’re looking to improve your smile, look no further. This a great place to go.
