I was suffering from some unbearable tooth pain and was unable to sleep. It was Christmas Eve so I had low expectations about being able to get help before the holiday. Then , Dr. Okon and his staff came to the rescue and pushed up my appointment by several days. They stayed late on Christmas Eve to perform my procedure and made it as easy and painless as possible. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness and for relieving me of my tooth pain. Definitely the best gift I could had asked for. Can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing! We came to see Dr. Okon (my husband and I) and he was able to create a treatment plan for the both of us. After not coming to the dentist for several years, and due to old age, we wanted to find a dentist who will help us get back in shape and pays attention to our needs. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that we are both comfortable before beginning any procedure. Dr. Okon, his dental assistants and the front desk crew makes it easy and comfortable to come to the dentist even during the tough times of Covid-19.

Dr. Okon is the best dentist I have ever been to. I booked an appointment with him on zoc doc the day before and had an excellent experience. He was very patient and detailed and took a lot of time making sure he did a perfect job filling my cavity. Highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a new dentist

Dr. Okon has been my dentist for several years, and I have referred a good number of people to him, all of whom have come back to me and told me what a great experience they had. Dr. Okon is a very meticulous dentist – he takes the time to do the job right and explain everything to you. Unfortunately, I have had a couple of cavities and cracked a tooth over the years, but Dr. Okon and his practice have taken really good care of me – made the experience as good as could be expected. His office staff has also been really helpful with scheduling and helping me with my insurance claims. Very convenient office hours – I even went to see him on a Sunday for a cleaning one time.

I had a dental emergency where I shattered 2 veneers. I met Dr. Okon at a health fair several months ago as I was looking for a new dentist. I was impressed with what he said at that time. When I scheduled an late day appointment he called back and got me in his office right away. I am an anxious dental patient. His staff is wonderful and very caring. The entire professional team was efficient and took care of my problem in the highest delivery of dental care. I even had my teeth cleaned and the RDH was exemplary. I will be returning shortly to the office for installation of the permanent veneers. Dr. Okon will be my dentist going forward. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my visits.

Overall great experience. I booked this appointment last minute. I waited virtually no time at all the whole time which is greatly appreciated. Susan was so sweet and thorough while cleaning my teeth and continuously asking me if I was okay, and that I was comfortable. She also took time to explain to me each thing she was doing. The dentist was also great. Overall no complaints!

I’ve had bad experiences with other dental providers before Madison Dental PC. Their service is impeccable. I’ve done various procedures with them for the past 7 months. I’ve always been hesitant with getting an Invisalign because of it’s cost. But they made it possible for me to do the procedure. I think it’s the best investment I’ve made for my smile. The staff are very well trained and friendly. Each time, they’ve ensured that I’m comfortable and well taken care. They inform me about the steps of the procedure and it’s after care. I look forward to my visits with Madison Dental PC!

The doctors are gentle and professional. The staff is very friendly and responsive – whatever your preferred communication channel is. Transparent about the costs. Also a huge advantage for busy manhattan folks is that they are well organized, so there’s very little to no wait time. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Dr.Okon’s personality was pretty dry, which could be misinterpreted as poor bedside manner. I was however very happy with him in that regard. At one point he even asked me if I was in a rush, so that he could take time to explain different diseases impacting the mouth and how to prevent them, etc, etc. He also performed the cleaning himself which probably won’t be the case every time, but was nice for the first visit. I definitely recommend him. Beautiful/Tech savvy office.

I was referred to Dr. Okon by a friend. He is as kind as have been mentioned in previous reviews. Personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he performed a thorough review of medical history which is appropriate for comprehensive dental care. Dr. Kim the endodontist is also great. Both explained well my dental issues and the reasoning behind their proposed solutions. There is good attention to proper hand hygiene in patient care. The office is very clean; upscale yet comfortable. The staff is professional, attentive and warm. I highly recommend this dental practice.
