I’ve been going to Dr. Kim for 9 years now. Longest I’ve seen any doctor in my life. He is always such a clear communicator. Educates me on exactly what is going on and how I can improve my practices and habits. He also is great about putting off big procedures that are big expenses unless it’s absolutely necessary. I know he’s always looking out for my best interest when it comes to my health and my wallet. Dr. Kim is also always looking for ways to improve the patient experience to make us feel comfortable. They have TVs in the ceiling now with headphones to wear! Loved this as I hate the sound of dental tools :

The Madison Dental Loft team is an exceptional group. I had a severe infection and they immediately got me in the office and solved the issue over the weekend. I have never waited to see the dentist. They are fast, efficient, and caring. It’s difficult to find a dentist and staff that checks all the boxes but Madison Dental Loft is the rare exception. My fiance is a patient now as well. I highly recommend their practice.

Dr. Kim and his team have been taking care of me and my husband for years. He’s always patient and explains the procedure before proceeding. Even if you’re going in for just a cleaning, Dr. Kim will always take a look and say hello. The office always sends plenty of reminders so you don’t forget your upcoming appointment.

The service here is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcome you like you’ve been a long time customer even if its your first time here. They are very thorough here when examining your teeth. I had x-rays taken and they have this cool little photo wand. Dr. Kim takes the time to pull these images up on the big screen and talk you through what he sees. I love this because I’ve been duped by another dentist before so I have some trust issues with dentists. He explains exactly how he came to the conclusion of whatever treatment you may need. He is very honest and informative. A great dental experience at Dr. Kim’s!

All the reviews seem to be for Dr. Kim which is great, but also wanted to put a review for Dr. Kuei-Chu Christie Chen,DDS :). Let preface this by saying I need comprehensive work done, because I skipped plenty of years due to a bad experience. Being at the precipice of losing a tooth, I’ve opted to hunt down a kind dentist. I’ve combed Yelp, vitals, google, Zocdoc, Aetna etc… finally found Dr.Chen via Zocdoc and took a chance. She’s calm, and explains what she’s done or why/what she’s doing, and works to keep you as comfortable as possible. What I really loved is that she broke down the major work that needs to get done in blocks, by price out of pocket from insurance AND in the order of importance. I have insurance so I can’t imagine out of pocket cost! This isn’t including cosmetic portion which means implants, and major bone scanning so keep that in mind if you have a tooth that you have to say bye bye. Here’s something to know, and shouldn’t be a big deal… it’s an open concept office which means you can leave or come in while someone else is getting work and peek in. The chair is positioned with your back away from the door, and the X-ray screen is up against the wall. So when a doctor is trying to show you a photo of a teeth or xrays you don’t have to move much while in the chair. What killed me when I walked in was the DRILLING I could hear fairly easily, but after walking back and noting the open door policy I was a bit at ease. Lol. Get your teeth checked.

Today I went in to get my regular cleaning. This is a new office for me but they are great. The office is very clean and everyone was friendly. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I waited maybe 10 mins. The doctor and hygienist are very attentive and explained everything they were doing. They really were attentive and caring. I will be back very soon. Thank you

I’ve been going to Dr. Kim for almost 2 years now and he is fantastic. After reviewing dentists on ZocDoc, I came across Dr. Kim. He had really stellar reviews so I decided to give him a try. It has been the best decision I have made for my dental health. Dr. Kim is an extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented dentist. He makes you feel very comfortable by explaining everything he is doing and always answers any questions that I have. I never feel rushed when I am there either. He is a really nice guy and I enjoy chatting with him as well. I truly believe he is the best dentist in the city. In the end, going to the dentist can be an anxious experience but Dr. Kim does an excellent job in making yout experience a positive one. I highly recommend him!

My experience with Dr. Kim and his staff was wonderful! After having a poor experience with another dentistry, Dr. Kim was able to perfectly explain my dental condition and his plan for my care moving forward in terms that were digestible and easy to understand. I am looking forward to my follow ups with their office soon!

Who else can watch an episode of “The Office” while getting their teeth cleaned!? Well, I did! Hands down the best teeth cleaning experience. They give you safety glasses and headphones, you just lean back and get your teeth cleaned. To be honest the dentist is not something I look forward to but this whole set up made me enjoy my time there. The cleaning was painless and thorough (it lasted a whole episode). Thanks to my hygienist. Dr. Kim was great as well! Highly recommended dental office!

Everybody from receiptionst to hygienist to the dentist is very nice and helpful. They are very respectful of your time and aim to maintain the appointments.  Dr. Yohan Kim has great bedside manners and spends the necessary time to answer all your questions.  He is very thorough with his cleanings and makes sure you are comfortable during the process.  He provides good advice and does not try to over sell you a product or service that is not needed.  Highly recommend for all your dental needs.
