In ALL my life, I have NEVER had the AMAZING service that I received at Dr. Barsoum’s office. I have my own dentist thru my insurance but when I found out that I needed 2 implants, my insurance wouldn’t pay for much AT ALL and therefore I started to get second opinions. My personal dentist fee’s were ridiculously high and after getting several opinions, my girlfriend recommended her dentist……Dr.Barsoum. She told me that they specialize in customer service and she was not exaggerating. I couldn’t believe the welcome as soon as I walked thru the door. Dr. Barsoum met with me before x-rays to meet me and listen to my concerns. WHO DOES THAT?!! NEVER felt rushed by any of the staff members as I often feel with other dental or doctors offices. After my first visit, I opted to have my lengthy 8 month procedure performed by Dr. Barsoum and his specialist/Periodontist Dr. Morcos. My husband and I both agreed that since we had to pay for the procedure out of pocket anyway thru our own dentist, that it was better to go where I felt the service was better. Not only was the service amazing but since I opted to pay cash for my services, I paid $300 less than what my personal dentist was going to charge me. Every penny counts in our 1 income budget so we were BEYOND delighted when the WONDERFUL Ms. Jay (their financial consultant) gave us the good news. By the way, Ms. Jay greeted me with a hug every time she saw me. That wonderful woman should be used as an example of how EVERYONE should be greeted at ANY establishment that deals with customer service. Unlike other facilities (like our dental office) that make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about or feel annoyed by questions, Ms. Jay made me feel not only like family but was excellent at explaining any of our concerns and was MORE than happy to answer any questions even when if it was a silly question in my eyes. I can go on and on about the wonderful, loving Ms. Jay. that’s how wonderful she is……………God Bless her!

Had my first cleaning at Dr. Barsoum’s office a couple weeks ago. The staff up front is very nice and on top of appointment times. My hygienist I had was very nice. I forgot her name .. maybe it was Monica? I would know if I saw her face. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The plus about this office, you get to watch movies while you get your work done. So it makes the appt go faster and the focus off of what’s being done inside your mouth.
Dr. Barsoum even made a call to me that evening to make sure everything went well and if I needed anything to call him. It feels great to be back in a honest caring dentist office again after some years of bad experiences in other dentist offices I’ve gone to.

I have been going to Doctor Barsoum for over 10 years. He is the best. On one occasion, my appointment was late in the evening, and one of his staff even offered to drive me home after we were finished. The doctor calls in the evening after your appointment to make sure you are comfortable, and if you have any questions. I would not go anywhere else except to Doctor Barsoum.

I have been looking for a QUALITY AND HONEST dental firm for quite a while now. I am absolutely done looking. This place is absolutely amazing. I have been to many dental locations but none like this. The staff are incredibly nice and the facility (including the equipment) is quality. Most of all, they will check your X-rays of your teeth in front of you on a big screen TV and explain what they are looking at and what they see. Gives a sense of staff integrity and client autonomy. Like I said before, I am done looking for a dental office and I will remain going here from this point forward!!!

I hate going to the dentist but they really did a great job. This was my first time having any work done with them. Had my first root canal and the team was very friendly and explained everything. They are extremely clean. Large TVs in the room and they let you pick a movie to watch while the work is being performed. This has to be one of the best of the best dentist offices in Southern California. Such a beautiful place, well done inside feels like a classy spa. Plus for me the best part is NOT hear the other rooms (you know the drills etc) it was perfect. Oh, and a personal TV of your own in the room to watch while you’re there. From the moment you walk in the door to going home, my experience was amazing. You WILL have to see for yourself when you make an appointment and please DO, they are so gentle and so sweet. I received personalized service from the front door to my surgery yesterday! Dr Barsoum even called and left message with his cell number to ensure I was comfortable after surgery! Wow!! He and all of the other doctors and staff are WONDERFUL!!!! Doctor Barsoum did honest dental evaluation for me. I was told by my previous dentist that I needed two crown. doctor Barsoum didn’t agree on that. He told me that I only have problem on one tooth. From the moment I stepped into the office I was amazed by the quality of customer service. The ladies in the front greeted me right away, and a couple minutes after that I was taken inside. I had an appointment with Dr. Joseph Morcos, the periodontist, who from start to finish treated me like family. He was very careful with the shots and always made sure I was comfortable. He set up a plan for future visits, and gave me plenty of advice to maintain healthy teeth. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, and will be referring everyone I know the Dr. Morcos.

Barsoum Dental has a totally different take on their business. They are 100% customer focused and centered. At times it seemed almost unreasonable the extent they went to in order to make me comfortable… asking at normally difficult times (like when they are gettimg those really tough back of the mourh x-rays) if you are comfortable or if there is anything else they can do to make it more comfortable. Pleasant staff, very comfortable environment, hi tech approach, informing you before during and after what they were doing and what they saw. Dr Barsoum and his team are masters at customer service and treating people right- I am so happy my wife sid her due diligent research and found the best possible fit for us.

I was recently seen at the Chino office by Dr. Michael. Going to the dentist is very scary for me so I was very nervous. But the moment I stepped thru the door everyone was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was very emphatic and really tried to put me at ease. He did a filling for me and let me tell you, he was great. He is truly a professional and very caring. I’m very happy with the service . This is THE BEST dental office in the I.E.! I found Dr. Barsoum on the Cigna Dental website and booking an appointment was super easy! The staff at this office are very nice and personable. I was REALLY impressed when Dr. Barsoum had even reached out to me prior to my appointment to find out if I had any concerns/anxieties before my appointment (like who does that?!). So, with just that encounter, I KNEW this was going to be a great experience. LET ME TELL YALL, from the moment I walked into the office, it gave me such a good vibe. Everyone was so pleasant! Dr. Barsoum is the kindest and sweetest dentist you WILL EVER MEET!! He took the time to sit down with me prior to my appointment to discuss my medical history and any dental concerns I may have had (I was only there for a cleaning lol). The entire process was a breeze and guess what? NO CAVITIES!! Though I got the all-clear that my teeth are in exceptional shape, he did advise me to floss more (I KNOW I am not the only one guilty of not flossing every day, AM I??
