Dr. Borna took fantastic care of my teeth. From deep cleaning to removing old fillings and replacing them with new ones, to thorough X-ray examinations. Was gentle, did a very thorough and detailed job, and she and her staff were very kind and friendly. My teeth are normally very sensitive after work is completed, and I felt great after the novocaine wore off – no rough or gritty patches at all. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. I read Sami M’s review, and obviously do not know the details of the situation, but if you have 8 cavities, I think there might be more to the story than that review suggests. My experience with Dr. Borna couldn’t have been better, and think she’s a terrific dentist.

Dr. Borna is our family dentist. During the past several years, he has done several procedures on our teeth. We are very satisfied with his work and rates. I’ve been living in the United States for for 20 years and I have seen many dentists. dr. Borna is one of the quickest and comfortable dentist I have ever been to. usually when I went to other doctors for one filling I had to go back several times so they can get it right as far as chewing or the actual feeling with her I did four feelings same day I never had issue with any of them I usually sleep when she is working in my mouth that’s how good she is. I understand some people have difficulties when they go to the doctors but I can guarantee you dr. Borna is not the one dr. Borna you rock

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Period. — Subsequent to my posting my little 6 word review, I have read a couple of negative reviews. I wanted to restate my opinion that Dr. Borna is an excellent dentist. His work is great, prices fair and he is very personable who works long hours serving his patients. I’ve had a huge amount of work done by him and it’s all been excellent. My wife and daughter also go to him and are please with his work. We have referred friends and they’ve all been satisfied with his work. All dentists are expensive, but he is no more so than others. I am 70 years old and have been to dozens of dentists over the years. Dr. Borna is the best. And I am not a family member. 🙂

Dr. Borna is an amazing Dentist! I’ve been receiving dental care from her for years. She’s right handed with one of the best assistants/receptionists in the world, Judy. They are both very caring for their patients. I have not one complaint about Dr. Borna’s dental office. If I could rate more than five stars I would. I would highly recommend her for any sort of dental. Whether it comes to fillings, extractions, or just a routine cleaning. They are both there to help take care of you. Honestly, I didn’t want to visit, but since I’ve been so irresponsible with my dental hygine I didn’t have a choice. Doesn’t everyone feel the same? Doesn’t everyone fear needles & drills? That being said, this visit was the best one could hope for. The doctor and her staff are kind & considerate. They make sure you are comfortable and painfree, which I was during the procedure.

She graduated from one of the top dental schools in the nation, SUNY at Stony Brook New York. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with honors in 2002. She attended Brooklyn College, NY for her undergraduate studies majoring in Biology. She has extensive training in general and cosmetic dentistry for over a decade and is proud to offer her patients comprehensive dental care that can help them keep their teeth and gums healthier. Healthy smiles for life require skilled dental care, including both routine and restorative dentistry. Dr. Borna provides her patients with the options they need whether they simply need regular checkups or more extensive rehabilitative dental care. She has attended over 500 hours of continuing education and seminars to keep abreast of the latest changes in the field of dentistry. She is a member of the ADA, CDA and Punjabi Dental Society. Today, Dr. Mahshid Borna lives in West Los Angeles. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities and exercising to maximize her own health.
