Dr. Domagala and his staff completely transformed my smile. I would highly recommend Major Dental Clinics of Milwaukee if you have a smile that could use an update. Personable and professional, they always made me feel at ease despite my fear of dental work in general…. I’d give 6 stars if it was an option.

Love this place! The staff is super sweet and takes so much time with each patient and makes sure you understand what they are doing. It’s definitely not a mill where you’re just in and out. I had a cavity filled and literally had no pain, not even the numbing poke! Super clean, professional and accommodating. If you’re looking for a new dentist definitely check them out!

I want to start off by saying I have never written a review of anything online ever. They performed above and beyond my expectations which is why I am writing this. I found Major Dental through online searches because I had a major accident and lost two of my front teeth along with part of another. Long story short is the next day I had implants in my mouth and new temporary teeth. It was a very scary situation for me given I am face to face with customers daily and missing teeth would not have been good situation in my job. They had a cancellation that morning and were able to fit me. I would think this is not normal. Even if they didn’t have an opening they did state that if there was pain that patient would be a priority and that they would have done there best to alleviate the pain. After the initial implants with the temporary teeth it was a process of several months that involved multiple visits to the final product but I can say vehemently that I never had a doubt that Dr. Domagala and his staff had my best interests in mind. These kinds of things take time to heal. I do not think I could have had better service anywhere in Milwaukee for the type of trauma I experienced. The service and expertise that they provided was truly life changing. I think the finished teeth now look better than what I had before the accident.

I am a patient of Dr. Daniel Domagala for the past few months and I wholeheartedly recommend all of his services. He is a professional and expert in his field, who is dedicated to his work, honest and patient. He is a dentist you can count on, his heart lies with his patient’s happiness. Already after the first visit I knew I was in good hands. My teeth are not only beautifully crafted in shape, but also color. All of Dr. Domagala’s work is performed consistently and professionally. From his practice I felt comfortable in a family atmosphere and received the most beautiful smile, which adds to my charm and confidence! THANK YOU!

Love this office! I’m one of the most scariest people in the world when it comes to any type of dental work other than a cleaning. My last experience with a root canal was a nightmare and I vowed not to ever have another one just get it pulled out. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Domagala he had done the root canal and I didn’t know it until after. Really good group of professionals didn’t waste anytime getting to work on me. We went over my treatment plan and he got right to work. And Natalie and his assistant have been A1 from Day1! Lol They’re stuck with me.

I drive an hour to have my teeth cared for by the professionals at Major Dental Clinics. They extremely knowledgable, great chair side manner, up to date equipment and work FAST to help me take good care of my teeth. I have tons of challenges with my dental work, but they always are able to help. I am having a 3 unit bridge worked on currently, and were so happy they fit me in. Thanks, Dr. D!

As regular patient of the UIC school of dentistry, and someone who oddly enough authors dentistry clinical practice guidelines, I am not used to swanky offices (massage chairs/ TVs on ceilings) rather I am well-acquainted with academic protocol, read: slow, deliberate, but needed treatment. As long as my teeth serve their first purpose mastication, I’ll live without decoration. I feared being sold veneers and implants, both of which I could use but cannot afford. I needn’t fear, the dentist was textbook professional and clinically superb. The office worked to make room for me and once I was there ( I was late!), they saw me right away. Staff are highly competent and courteous. This was my first visit and an emergency, but they treated me like a long time patient. Dr. Domagala made me aware of all treatment options, and respected what I wanted- there was no upselling. Very impressed by the care! I did a lot of research before I came, and I happy to report the other reviews I read were correct- great choice for dental care. Tip: Right off Cumberland Blue line stop- you can walk over.

I cannot believe it took me this long to write a review of this practice. However, that does not change my position or opinion one iota. Let me just being by stating the most significant point: Major Dental puts the “CARE” back into healthcare. This is perhaps the very best possible place for a person who is worried about the unknown, pain, etc. to receive dental care, since everyone from the receptionist to the scheduler, the claims manager and the hygienists, all the way to Dr. Domagala, have done the very best dental work I have ever had. In my entire life. In addition, Dr. Daniel Domagala, who did all of my work, is very patient in explaining every procedure, and one of the best medical practitioners of any kind I have had the good fortune to be treated by, as he explained all the options, letting me ask all the questions I needed to until I was satisfied that the course of treatment was the best one for me and my goals. In a word: FABULOUS. I first went to Major Dental when they were located on Major Avenue off Belmont, in 2011, for the replacement of several (7?) old amalgam fillings. I could not believe the ease with which the work was done, and the extremely high level of expertise demonstrated by every single member of the Major Dental staff. Are they friendly? I felt like an honored guest at all times. Are they efficient? I could not believe that three visits was all that was required to provide me with seven brand new, shiny invisible fillings (made from some epoxy, no doubt). That includes removal of the old fillings, some drilling/scraping, and the initial and final applications. Pain? FUGEDDABOUTIT. I do not enjoy the effect of drilling on bone, especially in my head. ALthough this was the most unpleasant part of my entire experience, it was certainly tolerable, and did I mention there was NO PAIN? EVER. Indeed, the most painful part of my visits to Major Dental were having to leave when the work was done. THAT is the kind of experience which words cannot adequately describe. Even the injection of the pain medication was completely painless. I could not believe that dental work had risen to such a level of artistry, but Major Dental made me a believer, and they will make you a believer, too! Oh, and one more thing. Like many of us, my insurance was not the greatest. After all, a great dental plan went the way of the dodo bird, right? I’ve been going to Major Dental for 8.5 years. Dr. Domagala is the best Dentist in Milwaukee. My experience has been they are professional, caring, responsive and unlike any dentist office as they are flexible in accommodating urgent appointments. I am so glad I found Dr Domagala and appreciate the care he and his team have bestowed on me.

I was extremely anxious to go to the dentist and avoided at all costs, until I could no longer do so. A dental emergency brought me to East Town Dental Group and Dr. Domagala and Dr. Irelan. The entire staff was wonderful and very understanding and patient with my anxiety. Dr. Irelan was always very thorough and explained each step we needed to take to achieve optimal dental health. She always had an idea/plan to make sure the appointment was productive and pain free! The office staff was very helpful with insurance questions and the appointment follow-up calls from Dr. Ireland were very helpful if I had any questions after treatment. The office is very clean and has pretty views of downtown. I would definitely recommend the kind and professional staff!

Theres so much I can say but such little space! To start off lets talk about what my services consist of. I’m actually getting ortho(braces). I visit every three weeks for a check up and do twice a year cleaning. I have also been under a minor surgery where my front tooth had to be exposed (it was in my gum area and never came down properly so it wasnt visable) in addition to treating cavities. I can not express enough the amazing service I have recieved. Even after just minor treatments I get a follow up to inquire how Im holding up with the pain. Now lets talk about the customer service. I have interacted with everybody from Sherri, Michael, Kristine, Reina, Dr Domagala and Dr Ireland. I can truly state I have not one single bad thing to say! I go in and feel so welcomed by everybody and truly everytime I share a part of my life with them they really do care. Lets talk about costs now. I do have dental insurance so it does cover some of my expenses. But I also am doing a payment plan on my ortho. There has been an incident where my auto payment wasnt processed. I never once felt pressured or embarrassed because of non payment. They all are willing to work with you! I even remeber getting a parking ticket because I surpassed my meter time(since it is downtown area) and they paid for it without hesitation. Non the less my service has been impecable and I cant wait for my perfect teeth! If your looking for new dentistry services please dont second guess this place you will not be disappointed!
