We ironically landed here by recommendation of the pediatric dentist closest to us who was not accepting new patients, and I truly think it was meant to be! The office was bright and welcoming and had lots of things to keep my 3 year old excited for his first trip to the dentist. The staff was incredibly kind and showed an amazing amount of patience and understanding during my little one’s first visit. When he felt unsure or intimidated by any office equipment, they took extra time to explain and get him comfortable with each step of the cleaning. I left truly happy with the visit and wishing I had had a pediatric dental practice like this when I was little. I also appreciated the measures taken by staff during this lingering pandemic. While I hope it’s over soon, I love knowing that safety of the families is their top priority.

Amazing staff. My son has severe anxiety and they are so patient with him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They for sure make you feel like family and that you are their only patient. We drive 30 minutes just to get there because everyone is so wonderful. Thank you Dr Jones and staff for making a trip to the dentist so wonderful

We had an excellent first dentist visit experience at Malbis Parkway Pediatric Dentistry today! Dr. Jones is amazing and all of the staff we saw were so friendly and made my child feel very at ease. I loved how they explained everything they were doing before they did it, and showed him all the tools. They really made him feel comfortable. And the facility is extremely modern and just beautiful inside. I highly recommend this practice!

I cannot rave about this office enough! From the facility to the staff and of course the ever so loving Dr. Jones, I love it all. Though my nine year old son has been a patient for years. Dr. Jones and her staff truly worked magic today! Her caring, motherly touch was exactly what was needed in today’s situation. This office will always go above and beyond. You will not be dissatisfied.

Everyone in this office is all smiles. They’re always smiling and polite. Also my daughter had two teeth pulled due to overcrowding three years ago. While they were giving her the numbing through the needles they sang each time they stuck her. It was the cutest thing. She was scared, but comfortable. They made it so easy. Dr. Jones also called us that night to check on her and make sure she was ok. I love this place. Today was also exceptional as usual. Both my daughters had a great time watching Moana, getting their teeth cleaned, removing sugar bugs, and getting tokens for being good. I travel from Mobile to go here. We have been going here since 2010. Thank you ladies for all you do for our babies. My girls both say, “Mommy I love going to the dentist. When can we go back?”.

My 2 children have been coming here for 6+ years and I cannot say enough good things about everyone here!! The fact that they are wonderful with kids and the facility being Top Notch are, of course, big factors… But it is the Customer Care/Customer Service that sold me!! I am from Orange Beach, which is approximately a 90 mile round-trip, and will continue because of the spectacular care & service. We love this place! My daughter has always had anxiety at the dentist when we started going at 2yo & they were great with her from the beginning. Every visit they make sure she’s comfortable & happy & will adjust as they need to. One time they cleaned her teeth while she sat on my lap and another time they gave her breaks to play with a toy. We are so thankful to have found a place for my sweet 4yo to go! All of the front desk staff, hygienists and doctors we’ve seen have been wonderful.

Hi, I’m Becca I’m 11 years my brothers and I have been going to Malbis pediatric dentistry for over seven years now. I love everything about it… From its nautical theme to the cleanliness of the office. It always smells super good and it’s cold but not too cold! People always ask me why does my family drive 45 minutes to go to the dentist. I always say… because it is so worth it! Dr. Kelley and her staff are awesome! I love the shake the wiggles out song!

This place just floored myself, husband and 4 year old that is nonverbal with Autism. The place is so nicely decorated, the TV for the kids had the latest movies playing (Trolls and Finding Dory) they even have a room with video games for kids to play on! The waiting room was packed so I figured it would take forever to get called back… not the case!!! Very quick! Nicest people you ever hope to meet, if my son wasn’t even upset when he came out you did something right! The office manager was amazing, my son has to get a teeth filling procedure done under anaesthesia (Autism = situational anxiety) and they did so well explaining it and getting us scheduled quick. I am just absolutly impressed.

They have wonderful staff. Perfect atmosphere for children especially if you’re nervous. When taking my son to the dentist I have had a hard time finding someone he is comfortable with. The device office has been the scariest place for him for so long and here they made an active effort to make him comfortable with them and now it’s no longer a fight to go to the dentist! Thanks

The Dentists and staff at Malbis Pediatric Dentistry are EXCELLENT! They are so patient with the children. We have always had a pleasant experience from walking in the door to walking out! We drive from Orange Beach just to use this practice. My daughter met the “Tooth Fairy” at one of her first visits, then received a card from her about a week later. It was very thoughtful and made her day! LOVE them!

I scheduled my daughter’s first dental appointment, and then later that week she fell and knocked one of her teeth loose. The dentist met me for an emergency appointment even though we had not officially been seen as patients yet. We had to return later that week for x-rays and they were very patient with my extremely strong-willed slaughter. At checkout they tried to figure out the cheapest way to file my insurance, because emergency visits can be costly. Would highly recommend!
