Dr Edmond Mgdesyan is honestly the best dentist there is. I strongly recommend him!!!!! I have searched long and hard. Experienced different dentist and by far he is one that cannot be compared to others. He is an incredible dentist. Try it for yourself.

Amazing dental experience ever, comfortable, honest, caring dentist and the staff was right up there as well. every treatment I’ve had the results were amazing and comfortable. I can tell Dr. Edmond really is passionate about his work from how he explains the procedures. Also the fact that he teaches at USC for quite some time, I can tell he is passionate about his work. BEST Dentist ever! I had 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today and I didn’t feel a thing… To top it off I don’t have any discomfort or swelling. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mgdesyan to anyone who is looking for a great dentist..He’s a true talent!

Today was my first visit to the office and the Doc absolutely wonderful!  It had been years since I had gone to the dentist.  The last last dentist I had visited made me feel like all my teeth were gonna fall out and I was a horrible person for not brushing them 10 times a day.  Dr. Ed was the complete opposite.  He’s extremely easy going and explained everything he wanted to help me with.  He told me that my teeth were gonna be fine and I have no issues with my teeth that would be considered  irreversible.  After one visit, I’ve decided that Dr. Ed is my new dentist.

I don’t normally review, but I have to for this place. Dr Ed is calm and patient, and makes you feel completely comfortable. If you have the opportunity to come here consider your self blessed. I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and it went off without a hitch! Thanks Dr.Ed I will for sure be coming back!

Where do I begin… Dr. Mgdesyan is by far the most pleasant dentist I have ever come across. He explains everything in detail before starting any work and helps in easing the process by actually explaining what he is doing all the while making sure I was comfortable with the entire process. His expertise and knowledge of the field are clearly evident after the first visit. I have personally changed my dental insurance plan around his practice.  His entire staff is very professional and also pleasant to deal with. I have never had to wait nor have had the need to go back for the same procedure. At one shot, he takes care of the problem. Highly recommended dentist and practice.

If you are looking for an outstanding dentist that knows his stuff, is as gentle in your mouth as you can get, then Dr Mgdesym is the guy to go to. He is extremely attentive to detail and very thorough at getting to “the root of the problem” ( a little humor ): I have always had to have a lot if dental work done in my life and seriously, he is the best I have had work on me. I suffer from TMJ disorder and I’m what dentist refer to as a gagger. No one really likes to work on me. Dr M gets it and is not only patient with my issues but uses techniques that help me relax and breath.  No wonder he teaches other dentists.

Dr. Ed is amazing. His assistant is awesome. Very reasonable rates & absolutely zero effort to up-sell (which is very common among most dentists). Do NOT make mistake to underestimate the quality of work done by Dr. Ed when I said *very reasonable rates*. As a fact his service is top notch which you will expect in high end clinics that cost you triple the price. I can comfortably say, this clinic is ACTUALLY an high end clinic & you will be shocked with his quotes that compare to those cheap dentists. That is because Dr. Ed is very honest person & hard working. He puts his heart in your well being. I went there with some issues. Dr. Ed recommended extracting 3 teeth (2 of them being wisdom tooth), which I already knew that I needed because of my visits to other dentists, in recent past, which were not only expensive but scary about the quality. Dr. Ed’s professionalism convinced me that he would take good care of me. It was absolutely painless experience. I was first scared of pain but he convinced me & on top of that, his assistant comforted me big time during the process. Now after 2 days of the process, I see that recovery is amazingly fast with no issues.

Malibu Dental Group is FANTASTIC! I had work done this week and it was virtually painless!! I actually fell asleep in the chair while Dr. Mgdesyan was working on me. And then I called this morning to make an appointment to have my nightguard adjusted. Lucy said to me, “can you come in now?” Just like that I was taken care of! I HIGHLY recommend this dental office!

Dr. Ed and Lucy along with the rest of the staff are astronamical! They treat you how you would like to be treated and really do cater to your needs, They definetly go out of there way to please their clients! The customer service is incredible they treat you like family. Now for the scary pants clients (me lol)  I have gotten my wisom tooth pulled out as well as a root canal just recently and I litterally felt no pain! Dr. Ed is extremly gentle and asks if you’re okay and how are you feeling every step of the way. I will never consider going to any other dentist for as long as Dr. Ed is in Business! Thank you Dr. Ed and Malibu Canyon Dental for all that you do!

Going to the Dentist is one of the most difficult challenges I face. I get anxious and just want to run in the opposite direction. It’s something we all have to do and Dr. Ed and his Staff are exceptional at making you feel relaxed. My previous Dentist was rough and assumed that’s just how dental work feels. NOT TRUE. Dr. Ed is gentle and has a calming demeanor. If you hate to go to the Dentist, this is the place for you! My teeth look amazing and I do not dread my appointments.

Dr. Edmund is gentle, thorough, professional, knowledgable, friendly, does excellent work and has a sense of humor. What more could you ask for in a dental professional? His staff members are personable and representative of his kind nature. Lucy at the front desk deserves a special mention as she is especially accommodating and friendly. I made the switch to Malibu Canyon Dental after being with my dentist for 18 years so I don’t say this lightly: I’ve recommended Dr. Edmund to family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone. You won’t be sorry to try him out and to make your own determination — you’ll be happy you did and you’ll sport the perfect smile to prove it!

Highly skilled, very concerned about comfort levels. Doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments. I was with a dentist for many years of loyal visits. When Dr Mgdesyan was recommended by my son I was skeptical of the glowing recommendation. After my first visit I’ve realized what a highly trained and skilled Dr I have had the pleasure of  finding to trust my dental care to. Most of my children and grandchildren are now his patients and welcomed and trusted by all.

My fear of dentists has been changed – it’s a miracle. When I was young I was hurt with a dentist drill and I have been nervous about the dentist ever since. Dr Mgdesyan is unbelievably gental and incredibly efficient. I had a deep cleaning and only needed a topical gel. In the past I wouldn’t let anyone near my teath unless I was first given serious numbing injections. I am so thankful to Dr Mgdesyan!

I was referred to this office by my brother. I have to say I don’t do reviews very often, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. Dr. Edmond is the best dentist I have ever been to. I barely feel the shots or him working on my tooth. He is amazing. I’m very happy I found him. Thank you Dr. Edmond!

I can’t begin to deactivate about how happy I am at Malibu Canyon Dental. Dr. Mgdesyan is the best Dentist around hands down. I’ve been seeing him for years and every visit has been extremely professional, pleasant, reassuring. Everyone at the practice is extremely courteous and professional. It’s a place where “everyone knows your name”
