Out of this world service and attention to details. We have been patients of Dr. Panah and Dr. Askari for years. Today my wife popped off an old metal crown while on vacation. We called them and they stayed on the phone with us until we purchased the temp adhesive and popped it back in. I have not seen this kind of service and care anywhere else. We were walked through the whole process from cleaning the crown to applying the adhesive and putting the crown back in. They even “face timed” with us to make sure things were right. All at no charge. Can not recommend better dentists or a more personable care.

My entire experience with Dental Esthetics has been phenomenal. It all started with me wanting to improve the way my smile looked, so I called several places and even got a feel for other dentists. None of them earned my trust like the staff from Dental Esthetics and Dr. Panah have. Wendy I believed set me up with the earliest appointment possible to get into their office and I really don’t have any regrets. They send you text alerts or email alerts to remind you of your appointment.(pretty awesome) My appointment was right on time their was no wait time. Their office is really nice and it makes you feel welcomed and making a dentist appointment really comfortable. My routine check up with Dr.Panah wasn’t so routine. He went through my entire mouth and checked for other problems that might exist. Dr.Panah always explains every option possible and isn’t looking to getting into your wallet I feel he sincerely tells you what’s needed. We set up a plan for all the work that I wanted to get done. Currently I am 3/5 steps away from finishing everything that needs to get done and already my confidence in my smile has increased 100%. Thank you staff from Manhattan Beach Dental Esthetics and Dr. Panah for doing an amazing job for me and I will be referring to you guys as much as possible.

My family, wife and 2 kids, have been coming here for over 4 years and we could not be happier.  Dr Panah and his staff are amazing.  They are professional and friendly.  My wife and I have a lot of mercury fillings that are, over the years, being replaced by porcelain inlays and the treatment is done in one visit!!  All of his dental equipment is world class and even root canals are done in house and in one visit!! My kids age 10 and 12 are treated well and do not complain when they need a cleaning or a treatment.  I highly recommend dental esthetics if you are anywhere in the South Bay.

I purchased a cleaning via Living Social for another Manhattan Beach Dentist and although my x-rays were fine they suggested that I get my old fillings redone and a night guard – costing over $1500!!  Not having dental insurance I was just going to get one tooth redone because I currently don’t have that sort of cash just laying around.  Two days later I heard about Dental Esthetics doing a community program so I went, and I was soooo glad that I did because I found my new dentist! First off, for a dental office to give back to the community and help others in need is just heartwarming.  They helped over 120 people that day, me being one of them.  In talking with the dentist, they were very honest with me about what NEEDED to be done, what was preventative and what wasn’t even necessary.  Honest and Trustworthy. The procedure was super fast and basically painless…just a tiny pinch from the novocaine shot and that was it.  I wasn’t even sore later and my new filling is smooth and amazing!! On top of it, they said to schedule a time after the new year and since I came to this event they would work with me so that I could afford to have the other services done.  I mean REALLY??  I was so touched that I started to cry.  Even thanking people when I left I had to work to hold back the tears. I am so grateful that such gracious and talented men and women are in business and hope that their business thrives!!  AMAZING dentist, wonderful staff, and my new dental home!

I can’t believe how much time I spent going to other dentists. Dr. Panah is always so calm and collected, and really treats you like a friend or family member rather than a client. I can’t begin to thank him for all he’s done for me. Especially the last time I visited him, he noted an abrasion in my mouth that I had told him was a recurring thing from my childhood. As every other dentist in the past had brushed this off, Dr. Panah persisted, he insisted I go to an oral surgeon that he referred me to, and it turned out that this minor issue I’ve had since childhood, which I thought was totally harmless, could be a bigger deal than I thought. I am still in the process and the details would probably bore most people, but I just have to thank Dr. Panah for his persistence and care in pushing me to take care of this, as it is something that could have developed far worse, without proper attention. Thank you Dr. Panah!

This office was beautiful and immaculate. Not only that, but everybody at Dr. Panah’s office was so nice and friendly! From Daisy, in reception, to Jessica, who did my x-rays, to Dr. Panah herself. I felt well-informed about everything that happened in my appointment, as well as being very well-taken care of. Definitely highly recommend!

I live in Orange County but decided to drive all the way to Manhattan Beach to see Dr. Panah.  My friends kept telling me I should see this dentist in Manhattan Beach whenever I would complain to them about what a horrible job my previous dentist did on my crown.  I was immediately impressed when I walked through the front door.  Nice décor, state of the art equipment, and a very friendly staff  Dr. Panah explained to me in detail what the best course of action was.  He gave me some options, but he steered me to go with the most cost effective method based on my dental history.  He is very honest and trustworthy, he was able to save my tooth.  Now it’s as good as new and it didn’t break the bank.   Dr. Panah is hands down the best dentist I’ve seen.  The only negative experience here was the long drive back home in traffic.  Despite the distance I will now make Dr. Panah my permanent dentist.

The best Dentistry in California, Dr. Panah and his staff make you feel like family. I had horrible stories and was scared to death of the dentist and the pain I would feel. My teeth were in really bad shape, he listened to me and my fears my first visit, by the time my follow-up happened we had already started establishing Trust between myself and his whole staff. I would recommend anyone to come any of his offices. The moment you walk in you feel comfortable with his staff. The are all just great people and truly care about you. Don’t miss out If you feel a little something or it’s time for your cleaning pick up the phone you won’t regret it.

So I came in with a referral for Dr. Panah from a friend and she’s right in saying he’s probably the best dentist in the South Bay. I was supposed to have an extraction but thankfully Panah’s trying to save them and ran more tests. Fingers crossed it’s referred pain. During the procedure, he made sure the anesthetic was working before proceeding with plenty of time for it to do its thing. There’s a lot of tech in the office too. The isoline thing is like this snorkel that keeps your mouth open and tongue away while providing suction. And they have this camera thing to show you what they’re working on. Panah uses it to explain each step of the procedure before he does it. Very, very cool. (They also have an automated ceramic milling machine for faster crowns!) The only issue you might have is the price. My previous root canal and crown cost around 2.5k; a cheaper place costs about 2k. This place is going to set me back about 4k. But I think it’s money well spent. Office people were nice. The techs and assistants were superb and friendly too. If you want your teeth properly done, this is the place to be.

Every single staff member in this office was absolutely wonderful! Daisy at the front desk is knowledgeable and sweet.  Dr. Bita Binesh was kind, caring & compassionate and the techs were all thoughtful & gentle. I am so very grateful to have found Redondo Beach Dental Arts. Even the office itself it wonderful; it is beautifully designed and immaculate!  It takes a lot for me to actually write a review let alone make a recommendation but these guys have absolutely earned it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. So if you need dental work done Redondo Beach Dental Arts is the only place you should go.
