Amazing experience with Dr Rahmani. I had this unsightly excess tissue on my gums that bothered me for many years. I met with him to discuss a game plan and felt comfortable I was in good hands. During the procedure, I barely felt anything and it was completely painless which I’m so thankful for! The results came out amazing – like night and day— and I am so much more confident in my smile now. Definitely recommend!

Manhattan Periodontics is a wonderful place! Dr. Rahmani and his crew are amazing! The environment is beautiful, neat and very clean. The Providers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I found Dr. Rahmani through Google about a year ago because of discomfort on my front tooth. I was relocated not long ago from another country, so finding someone whom I could trust and do the best job in NYC was my biggest concern. (Also I was very scared visiting a dentist) When I first came to this office, everyone was so kind and friendly. Most importantly, Dr. Rahmani really listened to my concerns and spoke to me. He addressed the problem I had and explained what is the best solution not only for now but also for the long term. He was so professional and passionate! Still I had to do my research after the consult since it was a big investment and decided to do the procedure here and now I can’t be any happier to my decision that I made. Every visit was so smooth and I did not feel the pain I imagined during the surgery and I have perfect tooth that looks so natural! I can’t thank enough to the whole team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who truly care about their oral health and the best result.

Dr. Navid Rahmani is an excellent periodontist. He is very professional and his staff is great, they are very friendly and helpful. I found him online and my mother decided to go for a consultation of two implants and It was the best decision she made. Dr. Rahmani answered all of her questions and made her feel very comfortable. He did two implants and the surgery went great. My mother is very satisfied with his work and we absolutely recommend Dr. Rahmani.

After years of being turned away from other periodontists due to my severe gum recession and the particularities of my case (gum scarring from previous oral surgery), I went where all 30-year-olds go for expert medical advice: Google. He listened to my concerns and helped me map out a full treatment plan, including recommending an orthodontist that I went on to have incredible success with. One year later, it was finally time to have my gum graft. I was excited, hopeful, anxious, and unsure all at the same time. Lilia, Carmen, and every team member treated me like family and reassured me that I’d made the right selection. Day-of, the procedure went extremely well and now two months later I could not be happier with the results and my decision to trust Dr. Rahmani with my gum graft. My gums are stunning and I’ve found a periodontist for life. Dr. Navid Rahmani is not only supremely competent in his field, but has perfectly professional bedside manner. No one has ever connected my thyroid disease to my periodontal issues, and I feel that I’m finally on the right track to lifelong treatment. His treatment plans are incredibly comprehensive. I’m so happy I did the research before spending thousands of dollars on a local upstate dentist who was just looking for a payday without consequence (I saved THOUSANDS of dollars from their “quotes”). As an added bonus: the office literally feels like you’re in Beverly Hills, and I’ve lived in California! I’d recommend Dr. Rahmani to any of my family members or friends 🙂

Dr. Rahmani was fabulous and made me feel as comfortable as possible as a patient with dental anxiety. He was able to see me as a new patient on the same day to deal with a tooth that was bothering me, which was fantastic. He was very friendly, explained what needed to be done and was able to combine treatments to reduce my number of appointments and discomfort. His patient coordinator, Jen, was able to verify my insurance and put together a financial break down for me quickly and accurately so I could have the treatment I needed without worrying about how much the bill would be after. The only downside is that after my extraction, post op instructions were given verbally and very quickly and weren’t very complete. It would have helped to be given something in writing. Luckily, however, there is Google, and other than that, I was really very pleased with this visit and would definitely recommend Dr. Rahmani.

The service that this office offers is unbelievably good. I personally did not have to wait to be seen by the doctor for more than five minutes. All the staff that I came in contact with were very courteous and had very good professional manner. The only downside for me, is that they do not take my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, which is very pricey. Other than that, I would definitely return in the future, if things changes

I had a very severe accident down a flight of stairs. I’m a model and my front teeth are my biggest asset in my career. After recovering from the accident I went to a dentist for a whole year who prolonged the damage and after time admitted he was unfit for the reconstruction of my bone and tooth’s graft. I found Dr Rahmani and Manhattan periodontics implants. So happy I did. I was able to get the right bone graft and tooth implant. It took time but my front tooth is now back in and I can finally model big fashion shoots again without feeling self conscious and without resorting to fake teeth. I love my singular implant and my old smile restored. Thank you

Dr. Rahmani and his lovely team have always made me feel more than comfortable every visit I’ve had with them. My questions are always answered (and trust me I have a lot) and the team always make an active effort to follow-up so I can rest easy knowing I’m in great hands. I am very thankful for Dr. Rahmani and what he has done for my gums. I initially came in because I had a gummy smile due to my braces, and I wanted some of the gum taken off. He worked with me to figure out what would be best for my teeth, and I decided to get the laser gum surgery. The entire surgery was painless with very little pain post-surgery, and now my gums look great. I highly recommend him.

Thanks to this periodontist I have a new smile and great teeth. He truly cared about my needs and offered a wide array of tools and dental skills and techniques that did not hurt during or after my procedure. If you are in NYC and looking for a good periodontist look elsewhere  because this man is simply the best!

Dr Rahmani and his team of trained and thoughtful professionals are fantastic. From the start, they were easy to work with, upfront about challenges and cost, thorough in their advice, and accessible. I came into his office with a bleak prognosis for gum recession and he addressed all of those concerns during his assessment. It’s now several weeks post-op and the results are stunning…the proof is in the smile! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Rahmani and his team to anyone.

All my research searching for the most competent and skilled implant surgeon – it all pointed to dr.rhamani so my husband peter finally had his implant surgery this week – so far so good – he had 4 front bottom teeth pulled – implants screwed in to the most dense bone area – bone graft done – left with pre loaded teeth – no flipper – healing has begun – staff at his office are thorough and caring – they are all highly skilled. So far so good we will report back in a few months when the final teeth are placed. Dr. Rhamani has all the latest computer technology and is a very skilled and confident surgeon – make sure to get a consultation with him before you go having implants – there IS a difference between old school methods and the tech guided solutions!

 Best doctor and staff experience. I had an emergency and my own two dentists’ staff wouldn’t fit me in or had to get back to me. I called this office based on Google reviews so I was a little skeptical, but Ashley told me to just come on down. Even though they’d never met me before, they fit me in for an emergency complimentary consultation. I met Dr. Rahmani who not only knows his stuff but is so down to earth. He took time to educate me and to listen to me. I also met the staff Lydia, Carmen and Lily. All of them at this office are so caring. So even though I’m skeptical of Google reviews, here I go writing the same word that came up in Manhattan Periodontics other Google reviews: comfortable. Yes the make you feel very comfortable. You feel like you’ve made friends; they’ve definitely made a client! I’m planning on getting their laser treatment, can’t wait!

As a patient, I highly recommend Dr.Rahmani. He performed gum grafting surgery and also further recommended some orthodontic consultation to be performed. He further performs monthly checking on the procedure area after my post op visits. His office staff are all great as well. Very helpful during my visits and procedure, and able to accommodate my schedule.

I had been putting off gum tissue graft surgery for years because I had heard from others that it was unpleasant and didn’t work for them. My gum recession was beginning to bother me more so I went in to see Dr. Rahmani. The office is nice and clean, and the doctor made me feel more comfortable about the whole thing, walking through the entire process, healing, etc. The day of the procedure I was very nervous, but quickly felt fine throughout the whole thing thanks to Dr. Rahamani and the staff – they were attentive and made sure to check in periodically throughout the procedure to see how I was doing. I went to the dentist and it was a positive experience : D I had put off going for a while, not just because I was afraid of dental pain, but I have had a number of experienes where the dentist was condescending and insesitive. Dr. Starace & Dr. Rahmani explained everything to me in great detail, they were considerate, kind, and compassionate. I was very anxious and they put me at ease without being patronizing.
