The best experience I’ve had in dental care and broader medicine in my entire life. It’s truly an honor working with the staff at Marble. From the receptionist Elizabeth, Bri and Ashley the Dental Assistants, Lynette the Hygienist, and finally Dr Zach. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and most importantly respected. They are teaching you not just about dental hygiene and care but also how the mouth impacts the rest of the body and other areas of your health. The equip you with the knowledge you need to take care of teeth and gums such that you won’t need a visit to the dentist. I initially had some concerns regarding the 3d imaging CT scan that was to be conducted because of the risks associated with CT scans potentially causing deadly cancer. But they told me that the device was mostly digital, minimally invasive, and followed the ALARA principle. They identified issues with my teeth and overall dental health that I was shocked had been missed throughout my previous care. I’m passionate about this issue given the lack I’ve care I’ve received in medicine over the last couple of years and really throughout my lifetime. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for having found you.

Have you ever heard about – Going to the Dentist is Fun!!! Dr. Zak makes you feel super comfortable in his Chair. The staff, especially Hilda and Elizabeth, whom I interact with, are extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain all of my procedures and associated costs. All of my questions are promptly answered and somehow I leave this dentist’s office happy!

I’m one of those people who never go to the  dentist because I have some childhood fear. I’ve been living with on and off tooth pain but I always seem to make it through, recently however I’ve been in some significant pain that I couldn’t ignore and was forced to look up affordable dentist. A friend from work recommended the marble dental care office explaining they did great work and had payment plans. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and the sensitivity Dr. Zack and his team showed me. I was extremely nervous and in a lot of pain but they put me at ease and explained the situation and the options I had. Not only did they make it extremely affordable especially in these times but I was in and out in under an hour. I am over the moon impressed and satisfied with the work here at marble dental care!

So glad my husband and I found a great dentist! Recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. Everyone was very professional and nice. Dr. Hegazin was very personable, great bedside manner, and took his time with you allowing you to ask any questions. Conservative doctor that doesn’t just drill and fill. Very knowledgeable and competent! Uses a special imaging camera which indicates at risk areas and measures the depth/extent of cavities. Office staff reviewed the estimates with us, breaking everything down, and even gave us a print out/diagram of which teeth have the cavities. Great place! Definitely recommend Dr. Hegazin!

I love this place for sure! The staff is super nice and really helpful. The lady at the front desk offered me a good payment plan that fit into my budget so that was really helpful, much appreciated. And the dentist was a very nice guy, really funny! 10/10 service and I highly recommend coming to this place!

I cannot say enough positive things about Marble Dental Care or Zack Hegazin!  The service is beyond exceptional & he is, undoubtedly the best Dentist I’ve ever been to!  He’s gentle, yet thorough.  He goes above & beyond for his patients, for example today – his office was closed (a scheduled day off for their office), I called to make an emergency appointment for an abscess tooth.  He said that he was tied up, but would call me later in the day to set something up.  He called me at 1:00 & opened his office just so he could check on me & to reassure me that I would be fine.  A top notch Dentist & an extraordinary human being!  Kudos to Dr Zack

Marble dental care will be my forever dental family. Dr. Hegazin took care of my implants from start to finish. He was honest and compassionate through out the whole ordeal. The office is amazing, has the best technology. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I was scared of going to the dentist and now I would even just go stop by to hang out!! You won’t be disappointed, TRY DR. HEGAZIN!

This dentist is a really great option for people who have had bad experiences in the past! They are very friendly and for me personally I have always had really sensitive teeth! They made sure to numb me before working on me and would stop anytime it hurt or I needed a minute to calm down! Very kind staff and really clean and nice place! Highly recommend!

We just moved to McKinney and finding a new dentist is usually difficult, however, we were able to book appointments for me and my two adult kids online and were seen within the week of booking! Upon arriving, the staff was so cheerful and friendly. The waiting room is beautiful and calming, which helped settle my nerves. (I always get anxious going to the dentist) Everything is high tech, CLEAN, and comfortable in the back as well. The hygienist was very sweet and comforting,and patient with me which made the entire experience so much more pleasant. Dr. Hegazin is absolutely wonderful. You can tell he is using his gifting to help others because he genuinely cares. His honesty, humor and friendliness made the experience so much better! I will never want to move from here but if we do, I may come back for dental visits 😉 Thank you Marble Dental Care-continue to be a blessing to the community and may you be blessed in return!
