Both my husband and I like Dr. Grey. He is thorough with what he does, and the receptionist is especially cordial and pleasant. Just a bit far from our home, but I’ve used him for 10 years now, my husband longer. Since his assistant doing dental impression took out my 4-teeth bridge the last time, he was especially careful today.

The staff at Dr. Gray’s office is phenomenal. My family and I have been a patient for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me, excellent in professionalism, courteous, caring, making you feel like family. My dental hygienist Deanna is the best! So caring, patient, gentle, and wears a continuous beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Gray for being an amazing dentist and hiring one of the best staffs ever.

This is by far the most fun and accommodation dental office I’ve ever gone to and can’t tell you how much I look forward to each and every time my appointment comes around. I had a toothache for a couple of days. I called Dr. Gray’s office, because my dentist was on vacation. And even though I called an hour before they closed, and they didn’t even know me as a regular patient, they took me in and were so amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to help me!! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The staff here is like family. My wife and I have used Dr. Gray for years and unlike many healthcare providers, there is little turnover in the staff. During lulls in the action, we talk and they remember small things from our discussions years ago, Dr. Gray is very professional but has a relaxing manner to help make the experience as pleasant as one could hope for.

There was only a moment of wait time, which I appreciate. The hygienist explained thoroughly a new diagnostic procedure. She was attentive to how I was faring with each stage of her work. She was friendly but really focused on her work. The cleaning process was excellent. Dr. Gray examined the results of the test and x-rays and examine the function of the jaw as well as the status of teeth and gums. I feel I receive excellent care from both of these people. The front desk personnel are cheerful and add to the warm atmosphere of the office.

Zero pain and discomfort, consistent high quality treatment, and a team that treats you like family. Nobody likes going to the dentist but with this team I don’t even think twice about going. Highly recommended, I am a customer for life.

Dr Gray and his staff are awesome. He has been my dentist for many years and I have never been disappointed. He is always so kind and pleasant. Ms Kathy is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure I get the assistance that I need. Natalie usually does my cleanings and she is the best. She is so funny and always makes me laugh. I have been seeing Dr. Gray ever since he joined Dr. Starlin years ago. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone from Cathy at the front desk to all the hygienists and assistants are great. The scheduling is done perfectly for no wait time; the office is clean and well run, and everyone is friendly and professional. Best of all after many years of going there, I still have all my natural teeth!

I hated going to the dentist so much, I stopped going. I forgot what finally led me to Dr. Gray, but I’ve continued to go regularly, as well as when specific dental work has been needed. I am so glad I found them! Every single experience I’ve had over the last several years has been pleasant and successful. You can tell that his staff love and respect him. And you’ll see many of the same friendly faces year after year, because he obviously values his employees. Last but not least, their work is top notch. I wish all doctors were this good!!

Dr. Gray and his staff are so friendly and personable and really make you feel at ease. They explain everything to you before or while they are doing the procedures and make sure you are comfortable. I have been going to this office for about 9 years and will continue to do so as long as I am able and he is there.

I was there on 12 June, 2013 for a cleaning and x-rays. Possibly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been going here for three years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Have have root canal, bridge work, several cleanings, have been referred to an oral surgeon for an extraction and have always been treated like I have been going there all of my life. Great place!

The atmosphere here is absolutely lovely. Both me and my partner go to Dr. Gray. We love Natalie! She is hilarious! I’ve been coming to this practice for approximately 4 years. I’m unaccustomed to using a medical service that really caters to the client and wants to cultivate a staff – patient relationship. In regards to the social climate at this moment, it is invaluable to feel as though a business appreciates one’s patronage. This one definitely makes me feel glad I chose it!
