I’ve had so much dental work in my life and I can honestly say that all my experiences with Dr. Kogan and his incredible associates have been top notch. From the warmth and friendliness of his remarkable staff to the superb work of his colleagues I have never been disappointed in any work that I have had done. In addition, I have never waited more than 1 minute for an appointment. Extra kudos to Christina who deals with all the budgeting and insurance issues so I don’t have to! Dental probs? Go to Doctor K!

I have been going to Dr. Kogan’s office for a few years and the experience has always been great, from your check-in to check-out. I went yesterday to get a couple of cavities filled, and what could have been a novocaine-induced terrible afternoon turned into improving my faith in humanity. Big statement, right? Well, I walked in and mentioned it was cold, so they gave me a disposable dental jacket to wear over my dress. I mentioned I had a headache, and they gave me a packet of Tylenol. When I went in the room to have the work done, the dental assistant provided me with a little cover for my legs that were goose-bumped. Dr. Kogan came in and was his normal, very affable and friendly self and performed the work effieciently and as painlessly as humanly possible while always being aware of my personal dental fears. As I was checking out, they assured me I wasn’t drooling. Did I mention that we were laughing and joking together pretty much the whole time? Please go. They will be kind to you, do great work, and work with you. Just do it.

This dentist is THE BEST I”VE EVER HAD. Now, I perform for a living , ON STAGE, & teeth are truly important. When I put myself in his hands , all worries leave. HE’s kind, knowledgeable, and so are his assistants. HIs receptionists , are amazing as well. HIs office is CLEAN, with a GREAT view of Times Square, & after you finish, there’s plenty of great restaurants to go to , for that ” Bloody Mary ” you’ve been wanting for. I will NEVER seek out another Dr. & I’m a total “WHOOS ” when it comes to dentists. Thanks to Dr. Kogan, & Staff for making me a very happy performer . Cheers from Natasha V

I usually don’t like going to the dentist, but NYC Dental Professionals has changed that experience for me. I searched for months to find one that I liked, but then had a sudden tooth pain and feel lucky to have found Dr. Kogan. From the first call with Doris, they were willing to see me right away and work with my insurance that would normally need more notice to select a provider. I was in the next day and they made me feel calm, reassured, and never rushed. Marilyn is a wonderful technician and I find her prescence relaxing and she’s fun to talk to! And Dr. Kogan himself is very calming and reassuring, with a wonderful bedside manner. He works efficiently and I’ve never felt like I’ve had work done that I didn’t need. I’ve even gone to Dr. DeVito on a day that Dr. Kogan wasn’t in and his work was very good too and he’s very nice. I had a crown fall out from a different provider and they were able to fit me in that morning when I called. I’ve never had to wait a very long time for an appointment and as far as I can tell after a year of going there, their work holds up! I never feel like I’m being sold on a product, service or something extra. In fact, when I was going away on vacation and was nervous that my temporary would fall out, they gave me a sample of cement, just in case to fix it myself until I returned. Luckily, I never needed it but that was very thoughtful. Recently, my boyfriend had a dental emergency and they offered to see him the next morning, even though he wasn’t an existing patient. They made him feel comfortable and confident and he would definitely return. We’re both incredibly selective about doctors, so that says a lot! I just had a mouth guard fitting and their prices are very reasonable. Their office is clean, welcoming and in a very cool building itself with a Deco style. I still instincively get nervous about any work being done in my mouth, but they’ve made me feel as comfortable as I’ve felt with any dentist in my life. I enthusiastically recommend NYC Dental Professionals and Dr. Kogan!

I had a great experience with Dr Mark Kogan and his staff at NYC Dental Professionals. He and his staff made my visit a smooth first visit appointment. They were seamless in discussing my case, taking images, and handling cleaning. It made it easy to come in, be seen on time, and get the care I needed. Dr Kogan is a first choice as a primary dentist. I highly recommended him to others I know. The office is neat and relaxing. Dr Kogan’s staff are very friendly and thorough with follow up. I appreciate knowing that I am getting quality care. It’s also very easy to make appointments by phone or through tha wir online system. The appointment conformation and reminders were very helpful.

Dr. Kogan is fantastic. I’ve seen 4 dentists in NYC in the last year, and finally my quest for a reliable and honest dentist has come to an end! The office is clean and modern, but most importantly, Dr. Kogan does not invent unnecessary dental work to make money off of you. He gave me an extremely thorough cleaning on my first visit which was great and confirmed that I have great teeth that don’t require any dental work. He also solved the mystery of my sporadically aching jaw (caused by grinding while sleeping) which was very helpful. Go see Dr. Kogan – you will have a great experience.

The office staff and the technicians were efficient, personable and went above and beyond to help calm an anxious new patient. Dr. Kogan demonstrated his knowledge and was calming, efficient and fast while working with me. For my first visit it was not the nerve racking and bewildering experience I usually get from other dentist offices I have gone to.

Dr. Kogan is the best. Always a professional, and above all, honest. I’ve been to so many dentists in my life and they’re always giving me some nonsense about different treatments I need. With Dr. Kogan, if you don’t need it, he doesn’t sell it. It’s refreshing because when he does tell you it’s needed, you know it and the decision is easy. I highly recommend giving Dr. Kogan a shot.

Please be aware of his office at 6 East 45th street between Madison and 5th. Melissa is an AMAZING assistant-always friendly, understanding and accommodating to your schedule. Dr. Kogan is a thorough dentist with a winner personality. 2nd time here and will come back.

Loved Dr.Kogan! I went in for a small chip in my front tooth and he was able to fix it right on the spot! He was really nice and very gentle. I’ve never had a better dentist. He made me a treatment plan for the other things I needed to do (change my fillings) and I’m looking forward to going back and having him help me. The staff was also amazing, I was seen right away, & they made sure to answer all my questions afterwards with my treatment plan and insurance. Would definitely recommend! 

I’ve been seeing Dr Mark Kogan for several years and he is easy to get along with, straightforward, and noninvasive. He doesn’t up sell you things you don’t need and treats everyone kindly. He takes time to say hello and greets everyone with a smile. His office staff are friendly, responsive, and seem like they actually like their jobs. I love the clean bright office and the location in Times Square is accessible from about everywhere. I rarely have had to wait more than five minutes. Highly recommend

I hate going to the dentist but since going to Dr. Kogan and his associates, they literally have taken my humpty dumpty mouth and put it back together again. Everything is painless and quick. You don’t sit around waiting for hours for your appointment. All of the staff is great and they are really upfront with all of your procedures estimated costs. Don’t change a thing, really great practice.
