Dr. Wong and his staff are wonderful. I first started seeing Dr. Wong after I had a tooth emergency one weekend. He was quick to respond to me and was able to alleviate my pain over the weekend. He is very thorough and patient and does a great job explaining any procedure he performs. Dr. Wong and his team are always timely and I have never had to wait more that 2 min in the waiting room before my appointment. This is much appreciated since I have a busy work schedule. Dr. Wong’s office is also a one stop shop for crowns. What a time savings to have your crown done in one day with state of the art equipment!! Lara, one of Dr. Wong’s dental hygienist’s is also wonderful. She always has little tooth education tips for me when I am getting my teeth cleaned.  Lara also does a great job explaining things to me and making sure I am not in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Wong and his entire team. I am lucky to have found them!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I recently relocated to California. Just the thought of looking for a new dentist was nerve-hacking. We asked a couple friends for recommendations but ultimately decided to go on-line and do our own research. That is how we came across Dr. Wong’s website. We read his website thoroughly. We also separately researched reviews. We were happy with what we read. Then came the day of my first appointment. I found Dr. Wong and his team to be on the top of their game. Excellent customer service. They were all very professional, gentle, and ensured my comfort during the whole 2-hour visit. Special thanks to Juanita who took the X-rays before my first interaction with Dr. Wong, and Carla who took care of my cleaning. Needless to say, Dr. Wong is great. After performing the patient evaluation, he proposed and explained in detail a treatment plan. I am very happy that my husband and I found such an excellent dentistry so close to home. Thank you so much Dr. Wong and team for making me feel safe and well taken care.

Dr. Wong and his staff are very professional and made me feel as comfortable as possible. They don’t make you feel like the most terrible person in the world for not having perfect teeth hygiene – but they do let you know what you need to work on. You can watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned/worked on – watching The Office distracted me from all the tools popping in and out of my mouth and the uncomfortable noise that comes with teeth cleaning/drilling/etc. Everyone is so chill and pleasant to speak with. Love this dentist office and will recommend it to anyone!

My care at Dr. Wong’s office is comprehensive and excellent. I am given complete information which is reiterated by his friendly staff as needed.  My recent filling replacements were completely pain free, and the doctor even called to make sure I had no complications. I am never pressured to have procedures I don’t want or need.  The doctor’s stlye is relaxed and happy, just what the doctor ordered for a satisying dental visit. Netflix is available while you are treated.  Your comfort matters to this staff.  From the front office to the chair Dr. Wong and his team provide great care.  Thank you Margaret, Chelsea, Nouri and Laura for your professional work ethic and great conversation 🙂

First off, I know many of us dread going to the dentist, myself included, which is why I am so glad to have found Dr Mark Wong’s dental practice. I have been a patient for almost 3 years now. I have had all of my bi-annual cleanings and a few dental procedures done at his office during that time period. Dr Mark Wong is very friendly and provides great explanations in regards to my dental health pre-procedure and post-general cleaning/check up. All of his dental hygienists and front office staff are also very friendly. The dental hygienists I’ve seen for appointments are gentle but thorough during cleanings. Thank you!

Dr. Wong’s new office is more modern and high tech. I love the clean air from the hepa filters, and all the new regime that we do makes me feel safe to get my teeth cleaned and worked on. His staff are awesome and very welcoming. He has two TV’s; one when you’re seated and the second on the ceiling so you can watch while you get your teeth worked on. He also has the best programs that you can choose to watch. It’s really nice for young patients. There is so much love in the office that flows through to the patients.

Ever since I watched the 1996 slasher/horror film The Dentist, I have loathed the idea of people sticking sharp objects into my mouth. Seriously, that movie freaked me out, but it stars a young Mark Ruffalo so thats fun and for some reason they gave it a sequel… A SEQUEL! Anyway, I hated the dentist and would let my mouth rot before I walked into another… Then I walked into Dr Wongs office. I’ve been coming here for a while now and there are a few names I’d like to point out. Dr Wong of course, Megan, and (my favorite) Carla. They’re usually the people I speak to when I come in and not only do they deal with my witty and sometimes nonsensical banter, they shoot it right back at me and I really appreciate it. Dr Wong has always been a  straight shooter with me and makes sure I get done what needs to get done, Megan knows my face and greets me as soon as I walk in and makes sure I never miss an appointment (always respond C). Carla, my hygienist is hilarious. She keeps me on my toes and has genuine conversations with me and I can really relax when she’s around because she remembers everything I tell her which tells me she’s actually listening to me and not making weird small talk. She’s super sweet and talented and if I were to star in The Dentist 3 I would love for her to be my co-star. Oh yeah, my teeth! They take care of my teeth and if I’m neglecting my teeth, they make sure to lecture me on what I need to do and then smile and hand me a bag of dental hygiene stuff that I typically leave in the bottom of the drawer but I appreciate their efforts and most important, I appreciate them all. My smile is honest and bright because of them.

I’m new to the area and had a dental emergency, but I had no idea who to choose. I searched Yelp and found Dr. Wong. I chose his practice because of the 5 stars and reviews. I have been impressed with him & his office staff since the initial phone call I made to schedule an appointment. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. They are compassionate, patient and down to earth. But at the same time, they are progressive and provide the most comprehensive dental care I’ve ever received. When I experienced a potentially very expensive dental crisis, he provided me several different options and worked with me to find a comfortable solution to my issue. I have been very well taken care of. Dr Wong has called me himself on more than one occasion to check on me or to let me know there was a cancellation so I could get in sooner. The care is really personal. I can’t say enough good things about them.I just love them! My favorite extra is that they provide you with headphones and the remote so you can watch Netflix while you’re having dental work done. This really took my mind off of what was happening. Genius!

I was really impressed from the start to the end of my appointment! The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered and I was helped quickly. Juanita was super sweet and took her time taking my ex-rays. Throughout the process and before I was seen by DR. Wong she and I were talking about our weekend/personal life she was extremely genuine which I loved! Dr. Wong was quick and thorough he answered all my questions and let me know what was going to happen next and what I should expect. I had my cleaning done by Carla she was quick and really gentle which I very much appreciated I decided to recommend her for any future cleanings I needed! She as well was very genuine when we conversed which made me feel like this was the best place to be at! I used to drive to Manteca, CA about an hour away for the dentist but now I found my new dentist and it’s only about 20mins. away from my home!!

I’m so impressed. His office was welcoming, I loved the big windows, the staff and Dr. Wong were so kind, and he seems to be up on the latest technology and info in his field. I have a bunch of dental issues from neglecting dental care and I’m just now starting to correct my habits…Dr. Wong and his staff were able to be direct in discussing what needs to be worked on and in what order while not acting in a way that made me feel shame or self-consciousness. I appreciate that Dr. Wong is kind, matter of fact, and has the latest technology.

First time visit and I was pleasantly impressed with an all around five star team. Everyone, from the phone team, the receptionist and particularly his assistant and hygienist and Dr Wong, each were terrific, friendly, efficient and very professional. And I liked especially how they explained their procedures and care, with more indepth talk of the whys and what ifs. I learned more at this visit after years of dentist visits. All positive thumbs up from my viewpoint. My husband saw him for a first visit too in recent weeks and was similarly impressed.
