Today was my first time meeting Dr. Martinez and his wonderful staff. I came in worried about a dental issue and I left feeling hopeful. That very seldom happens. I cannot express myself enough about the kindness and understanding by Dr. Martinez, not to mention how considerate he is and his staff.

First time in my life that I have found a dentist I enjoy going too. I’ve always hated dentist visits until family member recommended Martinez Dental Solutions. I have been going for over 3 years now and what a wonderful experience it is every time. They really have a passion for what they do and that’s what makes a difference. Jose is a great, honest and caring guy and his entire team is the same. If you have not experienced Martinez Dental Solutions yet – I highly recommend you do. Thanks Everyone !

Dr. Martinez and his staff are very knowledgeable, Super friendly and welcoming. They entertain you with good conversation, helping you take your mind off of your procedure. I read and heard so many negative things about getting a root canal. None of what I read came about, The process was smooth and painless. Awesome Job Dr. Martinez and Staff. They have a clean facility, modern & state of the art. Plan on recommending my family and Friends there. Great Practice!

Have a positive experience and relationship with Dr. Martinez! He was recommended by another dentist located further south who raved about the impressive work he has seen from Dr. Martinez’s office. The staff and dentist are super friendly, work very with me on pricing and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I receive!!! I highly recommend Dr. Martinez’s office for your dental care!!

I love Mr. Martinez and his staff!!! Everyone is so awesome here! I am very proud of my teeth, and demand perfection. Before Dr. Martinez I was the biggest, the BIGGEST chicken ever. I ALWAYS had to have nitrous and pills to calm my nerves, and I saw good dentists. However, Dr. Martinez is SOOOOO good at what he does, and can calm you down, (and his staff will hold your hand while he gives you a shot)…..that I don’t need the nitrous or pills anymore! He is an expert at what he does. After a procedure, you don’t go around all day drooling….because he knows how much it takes to numb you and make you comfortable….I need extra to numb me, and he is so good, I have never felt any pain, and he’s so concerned about that, he asks you and actually cares that you don’t feel any pain during and after the appointment!! As you can tell, I am a FAN!! Also, the office is the cleanest you’ll EVER come across. All you perfectionists who are chickens in the world….Dr. Martinez and his fantastic staff is for you!!

Imagine yourself at a late afternoon movie. The previews are over and you decide to delve into the ridiculously expensive snacks you purchased at the concession stand — specifically, milk duds. You pop one piece and begin to chew, but then, with the release of your jaw…a ten year-old filling in one of your back molars comes free! The pain is excruciating and you need help immediately. Enter, Dr. Martinez and his staff at Southpoint Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. From the reception staff to the treatment room, the staff was helpful and compassionate — a rare find considering that by the time I got there, it was 4:30 PM — and did I mention this happened on a FRIDAY? Kristen, the practice manager, worked to fit me in to the doctor’s schedule. The front desk staff was expecting me when I got there. Sasha, the assistant in the treatment room, was fabulous and helped to keep me calm — a difficult task since, let’s be honest, who enjoys emegency dental procedures? — not me! Dr. Martinez was extremely kind and gentle. Oddly, I can’t wait to go back for my follow-up appointment in two weeks. Seriously, it’s true. The office is beautiful and conveniently located — although I would drive anywhere to get to Dr. Martinez at this point. It is hard to find a good dentist, especially one with a staff as great as his. If you need a dentist, call them. You won’t be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING in every aspect is the “hallmark” of Dr Martinez office, and I cannot praise him and his staff too highly. Dr Martinez has earned both my respect and my friendship over the nearly 10 years since I moved to J’ville. If you search high ‘n low, you -might- find his equal …. but there’s no way that you’ll find superior care anywhere else.

This is a Five Star Dentist Office. They are very professional and Dr. Martinez provides SUPERIOR service. He cares about his patients and NEVER suggest unnecessary work. He takes the time to understand the needs and fears of his patients before pulling out the drill. 🙂 This is coming from someone who went from dreading the dentist to looking forward to my appointments. You want a great experience, go see Dr. Martinez and his staff.

Not only has Dr. Martinez helped me out of my fear of dentists, which this review is LONG overdue for, but the office was able to see my adult son on an emergency basis to remove a wisdom tooth that was the source of extreme pain for him. I used to fear the dentist, but now have no issues knowing the staff and dentist are going to ensure that I am comfortable throughout any procedure. Thank you!
