I came in for a consultation because it’s close to my school and I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this place! The staff is amazing and super friendly, beginning with the front desk to Dr. Massih herself (who is so sweet)! I’m usually a little nervous with new Dr’s but Dr. Massih made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Overall, great experience! I will definitely be recommending my friends and family!

I knew as soon as my daughter’s baby teeth had come in that she was going to need braces. When she turned 7, her dentist told me I should go for a consultation, as her mouth was quite narrow. We were lucky enough to find our wonderful orthodontist, Dr. Karmen Massih. Upon examining my daughter’s mouth, teeth, and bite, she explained that my daughter needed phase 1 braces as her mouth was too narrow and her two front teeth too far apart, thus slowing the growth of her adult teeth. We needed to widen her mouth and create more room for her new teeth to finally grow in. Her mouth was a complete mess, but after about 20 months or so, she finally had her W-spring and braces removed…just in time for her 9th birthday. Her smile looks absolutely beautiful and she can’t stop showing it off! In those 20 months of visiting Dr. Massih at her practice, we were always greeting by her kind, helpful, and friendly staff. They always accommodated us by working around our schedules. If we ever had an emergency, we’d immediately get a call back from either the doctor or her staff and my daughter would be seen right away. In addition to my daughter’s braces, I decided to treat myself this year and get my teeth zoom whitened by Dr. Massih. Being a coffee addict and lover of pinot noirs, my teeth had progressively turned more yellow than white. I was a bit nervous as the procedure does take a little over an hour, but she explained each step and made sure that i was comfortable the whole time. Thanks to her, I left with a whiter smile without the pain and sensitivity that sometimes comes with zoom whitening. Dr. Massih is the absolute best. She is well spoken, smart, patient, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgable. She’s also great with children and talked my daughter through it all, always making sure to answer any questions and listen to our concerns. Plus, she has a gorgeous smile that is to die for and obviously takes good care of it- exactly what you want to see when you go see an orthodontist to fix your own! We love her and will definitely be going back to her when my daughter is a bit older and ready for phase 2 braces. I wouldn’t trust my family’s smiles to anyone else!

I went to about 7 or 8 different Orthodontists (most of them regular Dentists practicing as Orthos) before making a decision. There was something very different & open about the whole process that was unlike the sales pitches I had been hearing before. Dr. Massih is wonderful at communicating what to expect & what she plans to do. Without the pretentiousness of medical jargon, she explains what she does in ways you can easily understand. I wanted to not only create a beautiful smile but to enjoy the process as well. I wanted a team who paid attention to detail, loved what they did and were proud of the work they do. I went in today for a consult with Dr. Massih, I was feeling kind of shy and not sure what to expect or if I could really be helped due to previous experiences. I didn’t have high hopes for what my teeth could look like or that it would really change my smile. I am very insecure about my teeth and its been this way for my whole life something I have been ashamed of since a childhood accident knocked my two front teeth out. I never really smiled with my mouth open and I delete any pics where my teeth are showing. I was also concerned with cost and so that further dampened my hopes. I’d just resigned myself before that I’d be that girl with the messed up teeth that doesn’t smile. But walking out of there, today is the first time in my life I feel like I had hope for my smile. Dr. Massih is so kind and accommodating and thorough in her explanation of procedures and what to expect. She made me feel 100% comfortable and I didn’t feel ashamed of my mouth.The payment plans are flexible and affordable and I felt her staff was so knowledgeable and kind. You honestly feel like you’re walking in to somewhere where ppl genuinely care for you. The office is very comforting in color and design and super clean and cozy. I can’t wait to get started on my treatment, I can’t wait to actually smile and be proud of my smile. This is gonna change my life :-).
