I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have been going to Dr. Masters for about 6 years now and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is always warm and welcoming. They helped ease my nerves before I got shots in my mouth. Dr. Masters is AMAZING with numbing. I barely felt anything. He is the best and the only dentist I will EVER go to. He only tells you what is really wrong and gives you options on procedure plans.

My whole family goes to Masters Family Dentistry!!! They always go above and beyond to care for my ENTIRE family! They call to confirm appointments! They schedule well in advance! However, they also take same day appointments for dental emergencies!! The hygienist is THE BEST!!! And Dr. Masters takes care of making sure we all feel comfortable in the end!

I have been going to Dr. Masters for about 2 years. I have had a good experience with him so far. At my last appointment I was told that I needed a crown. I had scheduled the appointment, but shortly before I needed to reschedule for the next day. They were able to squeeze me in and I was able to save a lot of money due to the impending insurance issue. I just wanted to say that I found them to be helpful and flexible, while still providing great care.

I hate, I mean HATE going to the dentist, but I hate this place the least! I done got my tooth cleaned here awhile ago and I tell you what, it was the best darn tooth clean I ever got. I was very impressed, they even got the backs! I only wish they’d get a fish tank for the waiting room becaus magazines are boring and I’d rather look at fishes before a tooth cleaning, becaus they help with my dentist anxiety

I use to hate going to the dentist until I came here. I always get a good laugh, everyone is polite, professional and they are rarely ever running behind. Always honest and will tell you the truth. Great office! Will recommend to anyone especially if you don’t like the dentist!

I’m Mrs. Richard Bruce and I truly believe Jacob Masters and his crew are awesome. This is coming from someone who avoids going to the dentist! I have had to have some major work done and Jacob and his assistants have been amazing. When I come in they really know how to calm my nerves and they are so gentle. I would highly recommend Masters Family Dentistry to anyone that needs dental work! You won’t be sorry!!!

Great experience overall. I went to the office off of Emerson Ave., on the south-side of Indianapolis. Everyone, including Dr. Masters, was very professional, and didn’t push extra services or products on me like other dental offices I’ve been too. I called and got an appointment the same day. Plus, they offer latter evening times, which really helps. Would recommend their office to everyone.

I hadn’t had a dentist my whole life. I went to Masters and they made me feel right at home. They didn’t give me a hard time about my teeth. They educated me well. I left them shortly under the advisement of my wife and went to her dentist. I quickly returned to Master’s Family Dentistry. They are by far the best.

Masters does a great job. The staff is professional and efficient. They do a great job scheduling quickly & they run on time for appointments. Great in house Family Plan. No upcharges. Great ortho treatment too.

Masters has done a great job for our family. They are professional, clean, and efficient. They get you in quickly with no extra unneeded appointments or up charges. Masters has a very affordable in house family plan. They have done an amazing job during the pandemic trying to keep everyone on schedule with ortho and cleaning appointments.

First off let me start by saying I am terrified of going to the dentist so I had let a tooth get to the point of being painful. I made an appointment with masters , they process to set an appointment up was quick and easy. I arrived and they were aware of my anxiety and made sure to make me feel completely comfortable. They entire procedure took 30 minutes from start to end and Dr. Masters was great about explaining everything he was doing. They even let me put in my headphones to keep myself relaxed. I couldn’t have been any easier . Thanks to the whole staff at Masters for taking such good care of me .

I highly recommend Masters Dentistry and this is coming from someone who hates to go to the dentist. I had a tooth pulled yesterday and Dr. Masters and his assistant did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible for the procedure!
