Wow, I have had many Dentists in my life, moving all over the country, but this one is the best! I have always had a genuine interest in what is going on in my mouth while the Dentist works, but it is prohibitive to ask when you are expected to keep your mouth open.
Dr. Cilderman explained what he was doing every step of the way and even why. He gave me a mirror in combination with his small mirror instrument strategically positioned in my mouth allowing me to see “out of sight” places as he explained. He took time to answer my questions that were just mere curiosity. He let me have a say in my crown coloring choice, holding samples up next to my teeth, giving his opinion but asking what I thought.
He repeatedly expressed concern for my well-being during the root canal and crown prep/fitting procedures, being extremely sensitive to my personal comfort at all times (…).

I am so impressed by this office! I don’t think I have ever been treated so well and with such detailed attention at a dental office before! The front desk staff was incredibly kind and even remembered I had wanted an earlier appointment and called me when there was a cancellation. My first appointment was SO thorough-full X-ray panel and Dr. Cilderman sat down to talk with me for quite some time to answer all of my questions. He even called me to personally introduce himself the day before my appointment! To end, an incredibly friendly staff member sat down with me to explain all of the insurance questions I had about possible dental work in the future. I feel very welcomed and well taken care of here and am most definitely a long term patient!

I love this office and staff so much. Have been coming to this office for about 6 years or so and can’t imagine ever going to another office ever again. The best part is my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist…so much different from my traumatic experiences with dentists as a child. Dr Cilderman knows how to ease my anxiety and speaks to me so I understand exactly what he’s doing! I highly recommend this dentist to any and all my friends!!

So, I’d just like to brag a little about our doctor and his staff. We’ve been patients of Dr. Cilderman since he started this practice. He and his staff have always taken not only a professional interest in our oral health but also a personal interest in our lives and activities. He always takes the time to explain procedures that are about to take place and then executes them flawlessly. His staff is well-trained and very personable. Our hygienist, Rhea, is thorough yet has a gentle touch. I think everyone loves that fresh clean smooth feel after a good cleaning. As we all know, visiting the dentist is not usually high on anyone’s priority list and can be downright dreadful. Not so with this office! From the warm and welcoming reception area to the modern offices to the helpful front office down to the billing is an exceptional experience!

I’ve never had as great of a dental experience as I had with Dr. Cilderman and the rest of his team! They are all so caring and gentle and make you feel right at home. Dr. Cilderman and his team are incredible. He cares for his patients so well. He is constantly asking, “How are you doing” while you are in the chair. He explains what is going on during the procedure and calls you that evening to see how you’re healing. I recently visited for a procedure and when it was done he fixed my braces wire and bracket band for me. This is not where I receive orthodontic care, however, he and his team saw a need and fixed it. Wow! This team goes above and beyond! So grateful I found them!

Dr. Cilderman and staff are amazing. I have never been a fan of dentists and always put off going. Going to Dr. Cilderman’s office is like going to visit family. They always ask about my kids and truly care. Most important they are gently and professional when taking care of our teeth. My daughter has had a lot of cavities and even needed a few root canals. Dr. Cilderman was not in during her last cleaning; he personally called a few days later to let her know that she had no cavities!! Who does that any more? Dr. C!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Cilderman and his team! They are truly exceptional! I knocked out my front tooth and needed an implant and 4 crowns. He had my back from start to finish. There is nothing more embarrassing than walking around with a missing front tooth for the world to see. Dr. Cilderman didn’t let that happen. From the moment he found out my situation he bends over backward to take care of me and make the absolute best out of a very uncomfortable situation. He saw me promptly, gave me a referral to (a local oral surgeon), and not only made sure that the results were right in his eyes but genuinely cared that they were right in mine as well. As always, I arrived to a beautiful clean office where friendly staff greeted me. Dr. Cilderman was on time as usual. The staff and doctor always take careful notes and review my chart, so upon each visit they go over what we did at the last appointment, what to expect at this appointment, and what teeth (if any) to keep an eye on. He’s not quick to take an expensive or invasive route- and I appreciate his gentle approach. I also like his keen attention to the artistry of his work. I have ONLY ever had positive experiences here. Pricing seems standard/in line for this area, and the staff is always professional while still maintaining a very personable and friendly atmosphere. Wouldn’t go elsewhere and certainly recommend and refer to this office.

I have been a patient at Dr. Cildermans office now for some time I have a fear of the dentist but I have to say I feel pretty comfortable here, Lisa always makes me feel calm I had to get a crown down which I was so scared to do, after doing it I felt like such a baby it was so easy and not painful at all, the girls in the front are really nice and always let me know my co-payment which is pretty dead on after my insurance pays rhea and Amy have cleaned my teeth and are both super nice so ask for them!

The NICEST and most professional office I’ve ever been to (and I’m old so I’ve been to a lot of dentists). The hygenist was thorough and gentle. Dr. Cilderman is personable and caring. I’ve had several dentists in my life and Dr. Cilderman is the best one I’ve ever had. I love how informative he is!! He will walk you through every step of whatever he’s doing. His use of technology is great too, in my last visit when I needed a root canal he showed me on his iPad what he was going to do and it really helped to calm what little anxiety I had. I brought my kids in for fillings today and one is 3 and one is 7 and everyone that helped them was great!!!! My 3-year-old daughter was a little scared but Dr. Cilderman knew exactly what to do!!! She was scared and nervous after he numbed her up so he came in with a coloring book and talked her down. When he was done my kids they were very excited that they got to pick a toy from the treasure box. Thank you for everything Dr. Cilderman!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Cilderman’s office my entire life. My entire family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins) go to Dr. Cilderman. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Everything is always so nicely kept up in the office. I have NEVER had a problem with this office. Even though it is a drive from where I live to get there, there’s no way I’d switch!
