My daughter is 3 now. She needed to see a pediatric dentist last week because she told me that she was having pain in her mouth. So my wife and i decided to take my daughter to see Dr. Dai. Dr. Dai was very good with kids that she got my daughter to sit down on the dental chair to have her teeth checked. Fortunately it turned out my daughter bit her cheek and it was not a cavity that made my daughter feeling the pain.  Great news!  Dr. Dai office is very fun for the kids; they have a lot of toys and the staff were very kid-friendly.  I would highly recommend anyone who has kids to check out Dr. Dai’s office!

My son had to have some dental work done at the age of 3. I was stressed and scared as a mother and so was my son. I was not sure if he would cooperate, if the staff would be able to work with him, or if they’d even be able to get through the procedure. Everyone at the clinic are SO good with kids. To my surprise, my son got his dental work done without any fuss. Dr. Dai and her staff addressed all my concerns and I knew my son was in good hands. They all genuinely care and make sure your child is taken care of. Dental work on toddlers is a scary idea for both parents and a child, but if you come to Matthews & Dai, your child is without a doubt in good hands!

I was very nervous to bring all 3 of my young kids to the dentist, but from the moment I walked into their office I felt so welcomed! Throughout the whole visit everyone was very patient with my boys and treated us very good. We saw Dr Dai and loved her! She was very communicative about what we needed to do to keep their teeth looking good, and gave us a treatment plan based on what each one of them needed.

Today was my daughters’ first visit at this office. We were very impressed with the care and concern they had. Immediately, the hygienists caught a few things that should have been recognized by our old dentist. Never once were we notified about these things from our previous dentist. We enjoyed the tour around the building, easing my girls’ anxiety. We are happy we gave Matthews and Dai a try!

We were referred to their office because of a dental emergency and our regular dentist wasn’t available. They were so helpful in working my child into their schedule, and Dr Dai was a wonderful in her treatment and compassion towards my child. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed with how open and inviting they have their offices set up. If we’re an example of how an emergency referral is treated, i can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a regular dentist for their family.

Great experience! Very friendly staff and doctors. I’ve been to numerous dentists in the last couple of years and never felt like they were addressing my main teeth issues. Matthews & Dai Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics team and Dr. Daniel Ho have found my major issues underlying issues! I would recommend either Dr. Daniel Ho or Dr. Dai!

This was an awesome experience for my sons from the front desk to their cleaning!! The office is very kid friendly and run very efficient. At our first visit the staff gave us a tour of the office & made sure my sons were comfortable. One of my sons is very scared of getting his teeth cleaned and would always put up a fuss at our last dentist. But this experience was so much better! The hygienist was very patient with him and made sure to explain everything to him. She even sang songs to help him stay calm while she cleaned his teeth. Thank you for such a warm and positive first time visit and we are definitely glad to have found this office.

Great experience. This was my 2.5 year old daughters first visit to the dentist and she loved it! Staff was super nice and Dr. Dai was very informative with all our concerns. Found this place since it’s literally down the street from us and went with them based on their google reviews and I was not disappointed. Look forward to my daughters next visit in 6 months.

Absolutely LOVE Matthews & Dai…From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctors themselves – their whole purpose is to make both your child and you feel comfortable. At the very first visit they explained every tool and even let the kids feel them and ask questions…My kids never complain about going to the dentist and that makes me happy! We drive out of our way to get to their office, but I will continue to do so as long as I need to.

Absolutely excellent experience for my 3 years old daughter. The staff is friendly, polite and full of smiles. They spoke to my daughter to tour the office and explain the process and all of the tools. She was excited and got through her appointment smoothly. At the end, for her good behavior, she received a toy from the treasure box, a balloon, and sticker. I highly recommend this dentist office for your child. Excellent service! Update:To this day, even with considerations of these COVID19 times, they give excellent care. Special shout out to Hygienist Ms. Jackie for going above and beyond to encourage and successfully convince my now stubborn 6 years old to take Xrays. I’m so grateful. Thank you.

Our 6yo son was excited to go to his favorite “tooth place” when he found out we were going for a cleaning, he loves it- from the feeling of cleanliness to the rewards they offer. This visit was also the first for our 3yo daughter and she was SO comfortable and cooperative we were in awe and very proud, but it wasn’t because she was in a good mood, it was because the staff was INCREDIBLE! From the moment we walked in everyone had some type of dialogue with her that she felt at such ease, I was astonished honestly. She wasn’t the bit frightened to be in the X-ray chair to get “pictures of her teeth.” Everyone is kid friendly and has THE most amazing PATIENCE… they’re great and are knowledgeable of their craft, they answer our questions directly and have both recommendations and guide us through whatever it is our kids are in need of. We’re very very happy to have followed through the recommendation of attending this practice.

I love Dr. Dai and all of the sweet staff that always takes such great care of my daughter. I appreciate their kindness and patience. My daughter isn’t the easiest patient (she’s almost 2) and Dr. Dai always handles her with the utmost care and does not take any shortcuts just because my daughter is giving us a hard time. She has also been very supportive of our breastfeeding journey, which means the world to me!! I am SO happy we found Matthews and Dai Pediatric Dentistry!!

Our family has been going to Dr. Matthews for generations.  He is a true christian and values his patients and their smiles tremendously.  Dr. Dai has been a wonderful addition to this very welcoming, caring, and gracious staff/dental office family.  Their professionalism and kindness is incomparable and insurmountable.  You will always be welcomed with a sincere smile, little to no wait, detailed explanation of your child’s procedure for that day, and a beautifully child-friendly decorated office.  There are no surprises with this dental office – they are excellent at explaining your dental procedure and fees as well as understanding when it comes to insurance claims and payment.  Your children and you will absolutely love Dr. Matthews, Dr. Dai & their amazing staff/office family.  You won’t find a more genuinely caring dentist office like this anywhere!!

Nothing but 5 STARS and more! The experience was awesome, my daughter was full of excitement when she walked in the office. I was a little nervous not knowing how she was going to react for her first appointment. The staff calmed my fears as well as made her feel like a Princess!! I’m so grateful that she had a good first visit! The team was very professional as well as sweet, they really take time out with the patients!!!!!

We love Dr. Matthews and Dr. Dai. It was important to me that my kids have a enjoyable experience at the dentist. Dr. Matthews and Dr. Dai along with their staff ensure this at each visit. My kids love going to the dentist. Their staff is amazing! Courtesy, Professional Knowledgeable and Caring from the front desk to the administrative staff. My daughter recently had her braces removed and the plan of service was exactly as described except for the timing. She was able to have them removed sooner due to the technology Dr. Matthews use. Her teeth look amazing.

From the front desk to seeing the dentist and everything in between its an all around great place! Everyone is very nice and sweet my boys! I really love this office, the atmosphere is very pleasant! In addition, they make sure that your understand the recommended work to be done and your options.

My grandchildren have been going to Matthews and Dai for about six years. It has always been a positive experience for them starting with no waiting around for appointments. The staff is very welcoming and professional. You are in great hands with Dr Matthew and Dr Dai and I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my children with them for over 14 years now. I trust that they will never recommend a treatment unless it is absolutely necessary. They prioritize my budget. No scamming telling you that something has to be done unless it’s true. You would never leave the facility unless one of the owners personally reviews the cleaning done and the x-rays and talked to you about your child’s dental health. None of my children have ever had a cavity!

This office is great! Everyone is friendly and the office decor is so cute. This was my little ones first dentist appointment and she was very nervous. The receptionist greeted us with smile and processed our information quickly. We were then greeted by Karla and Rockwell. These sweet ladies immediately did everything to make my girl feel comfortable, offering her a balloon and making her feeling special and safe. Karla gave her a balloon and stayed with through the whole appointment reminding her how brave she was being while Dr.Dai examined her teeth. Dr.Dai made every part of the examine fun and kid friendly. We had such a great experience I highly recommend this office for your kiddos.

I am 100% pleased with how this office is run. I have had a few emergency issues with my son injuring his tooth both in his toddler years up until now. The office has always worked me in each time and helped my son promptly. Dr. Dai is SO FRIENDLY and takes her time to explain everything to me. She is such a nice a helpful person! Also, she is very gentle . . . my son did not even know he was getting a shot in his gum, and he never felt it when she removed his tooth! All the staff definitely knows how to work gently with children. There is not a better place for pediatric dentistry!

My kids first dentist appointment was beyond amazing. Hands down, this is by far the best dentist office around. From the moment we walked in the entire staff were friendly and well-organized. This dentist office overally meet my expectations while practicing safe precautions. Cuddo’s to the office manager, she’s a gem!

I called their office from the parking lot of my own dentist’s office when my daughter was having trouble with a spacer that he was uncomfortable dealing with. They worked her in 10 minutes later to check and remove the spacer, and while we were there they also worked her in for a cleaning. She was nervous about the appointment and afraid it would hurt, but everyone there was so wonderful and understanding, and they explained everything to her before they did it. She loves Dr. Dai and all the staff she met today.
