I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a LONG time due to anxiety. I knew I had a cavity and had to go. I am so happy I found Dr. Ulm. He is so pleasant, gentle and caring. He explained everything as he went and their main focus was on if I was doing ok. He numbed my gum before doing the numbing injection so I truly had NO pain. I will definitely be taking better care of my teeth as long as I can go to Dr. Ulm. His staff was just as kind and gentle as he was!

Dr. Ulm and his stuff are amazing and take the angst I once felt about going to the dentist. I didn’t even know it was possible to love your dentist; truly the best dentist and dental office I have ever been to. Maxtown Family Dental does a fantastic job of ensuring that their patients’ needs are met and that you are comfortable. ❤️

The Dentist and his staff are very professional and caring. I had a great experience getting a emergency crown performed and fitted to perfection. I had insurance issues with ETNA and had a less than desirable and way blown out of proportion experience with the benefits person when I asked for a copy of a receipt I paid cash for. That’s all I asked for Because I filed a griev ance with my insurance company. She blew the situation way out of proportion because she had been questioned on billing and basically told me Politely to look for a new dentist. All I asked for was a copy of a receipt I had paid cash on and lost the receipt.

I am oddly excited to go to the dentist now. Dr. Ulm is absolutely fantastic and the whole practice is so friendly. I feel like I am getting the best care by true professionals. At the same time, they take priority in making you feel comfortable and welcome. I am so happy to have found Maxtown Family Dental!

I highly recommend Maxtown Family Dental. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Ulm is fantastic and attentive to detail. They are wonderful with children; providing great care while encouraging them to help by holding the suction and explaining the cleaning step by step so they aren’t scared. They always leave excited to dig for a goodie in the treasure box. A great family practice!!!

The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. My hygienist was gentle and was very easy to talk to. They have lots of imaging toys so they can show you pics and X-rays of you teeth as well as informational videos to explain procedures. They doctor was professional and thorough and went out of his way to make sure any questions I had were answered. The dentist is nobody’s favorite place but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Very friendly staff that really made me feel at ease. They took photos of each of my teeth so I could actually see what Dr. Ulm was talking about when recommending treatments. Much better than trying to decipher an x-ray and not knowing what I was supposed to see. The exam room was very comfortable and I watched HGTV during my whole cleaning on the big tv in front of the chair! Going to the dentist was something I always dreaded but not anymore! Highly recommend Dr. Ulm to everyone!

I am so impressed with the quality care Dr. Eric Ulm provides at his family practice. My family and I are from Cleveland and searching for a new family dentist was difficult. When I researched Dr. Eric Ulm’s practice I could tell they were a family place that i know would take care of all of us. My son (now 5, started at 3ish) is extremely comfortable with his cleaning and getting those “sugar bugs” removed as well as his “teeth vitamins”. Now for me, my teeth was in need of more work including a couple of crowns and fillings. He did an amazing job!! I never felt more confident in a dentist’s work! Truly a great place for dental care for the whole family that values quality work in a warm welcoming environment!!!

Great employees and very friendly. If you are looking for a dentist then, this is the place to go and you will have great service and they make you feel like a family member. I have been to a few dentist over the years and The Maxtown Family Dental is my new home and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a very awesome team. The best dental office I’ve ever been too. Everyone is so friendly and they are very detail oriented and explain everything to you as you go. As someone who isn’t too fond of dental offices they eased my anxiety and made my procedure as painless as possible. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I’ve only been going to Maxtown Family Dental for a couple of years. Even though I’ve only been in a handful of times, they know me and my family by name. Dr. Ulm is great. He’s easygoing, funny and very attentive. The receptionist, Michelle, treats me like family and always makes the visit enjoyable. No one likes going to the dentist, but if I have to go, it’s nice to know that I’ll be taken care of by such nice people.

Dr. Ulm and his staff are awesome! They are each competent, friendly, kind and personable. They’ve always treated me respectfully and more like a friend than a customer. They are professional, and Dr. Ulm is a self-described perfectionist. I didn’t mind hearing that as I know his work in my mouth will be done right! His hygienist is excellent! In the past at other dentist offices, my mouth would hurt after cleanings but she is both efficient and careful as she performs her task. I recommend Dr. Ulm and his staff without hesitation!

My husband, my sons, and I love this dental office! You will not find a more personable and professional team than Dr. Ulm and his staff. Michelle and Sammy are awesome! Dr. Ulm has taken excellent care of our teeth for several years. We trust him wholeheartedly… you’re in the best of hands with Dr. Ulm! And he’s a heap of fun to talk to during cleanings!
