This place is fantastic my entire family goes here. My daughter has most recently been going she has had a few apps and is 6yrs old. The dental hygienists are out of this world at making her feel comfortable and they are so understanding and patient with children and adults alike. I would HIGHLY tell everyone to come here. Dr McNeely is wonderful i haven’t personally seen him but my husband has many many times and he’s done wonders for his smile. The receptionists and agents at the front desk will also go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal with claims for your insurance. Leave wherever you’re going now and go to McNeely!!

How I am treated at any establishment is what’s important to me first. This is my third visit and every single one they’ve made me comfortable. From the front desk to billing everyone is very polite and helpful. Erin did my deep cleaning. True professional and cared about how I was feeling just about every minute of the procedure. Oh jet me tell you about the technician the day prior that took my measurements. Very thorough and friendly. Explained in a very simple way what, why and how it will be taken care of. I can go on, but I’m not. Excellent service, prompt response, great work. Happy to be a patient at Mcneely family dentistry.

I returned to McNeely Dentistry for my six month cleaning on 11/8/2017 and received excellent, professional and friendly service as always. My favorite hygienist Summer hurt her leg and had to return home, but not before she came into my treatment room to greet me……who does that? the staff at McNeely Dentistry! You need to check this dental office out and switch dentists if you have to, you will not regret the move. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner!

My first visit was excellent! Everyone I came in contact with, from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, were all very warm, friendly and pleasant. I was nervous and everyone did their part to make me feel welcome. The dental assistant took a picture of the took in question and showed it to me to help me understand the problem. The dentist explained everything in detail and took a conservative treatment approach. It was the nicest experience I’ve had a dental office.

I really appreciate the efficient process that this office has in place. More importantly, the friendliness and time courtesy practiced by the staff and doctor surpassed my expectations! They took the time to explain everything and answered my questions, and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this practice! The only speck is that they are a busy office with M-F business hours so it makes booking an afternoon appointment challenging.

This practice is awesome in every aspect and should be recognized for it. When I went in for my first appointment I was pretty nervous as I had not been to the dentist in a while, but the atmosphere and attitude of every interaction with the staff from start to finish made me feel so comfortable. The appointment went by fast but not rushed and everything was explained to me step by step. Dr. Mallette did a great job of helping me understand what needed to be done both short and long term and I left confident knowing exactly what to expect at my next appointment. On my way out, I had to book another appointment and the lady helping me was so friendly and helpful working around my schedule while also explaining to me how the next appointments would go and breaking down the cost for me. They really have a great group of people working here. I actually left excited to go back!

Best dentist I have ever been to. I get severe anxiety about going even just for teeth cleanings but this office put me right at ease. The office itself has great amenities. The desk staff are super friendly and welcoming, the assistants have great bedside manner and are very kind and the doctors are accommodating and explain things thoroughly. Let’s face it – nobody enjoys going to the dentist! However, if you do need to visit a dentist, this is the place to go! The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you are seated in the dreaded chair! I kid! My teeth are very sensitive and, during a recent cleaning, I experienced some pain in an area where a root reacts badly to heat, cold and touch – when the hygienist finally peeled me off the ceiling, she could not have been more apologetic and upset that she caused me pain! I had to reassure her she was only doing her job and now we both know I have a tooth that needs attention! All kidding aside, I would not dream of going elsewhere! Dr. McNeely is my hero!

Their hygienists are always pleasant and thorough. Their staff of dentists are also personable and thorough in their examinations. This place is awesome. My first cleaning in a long time. They were very thorough with a plan for me. I took my three year old son the next week for his first visit ever. Wonderful Experience! I recently switched my dentist over to McNeely Family Dentistry and I am happy with my decision. My appointment was on a Thursday morning and the waiting room was full, so I was a little nervous about the wait time. However, my name was called within a few minutes upon my arrival and I was ushered in by a very polite & cheerful hygienist. She explained the first time process to me in detail and also kept friendly conversation with me while cleaning my teeth. Later I was greeted by Dr. Shannon Hassin and she was not only very knowledgeable, she kept me laughing with her lively personality! I highly recommend this dentist. They are concerned about your pain level and comfort when cleaning or procedure is being done. I love the TV in front of you that also is used to show you X-rays of your teeth. Angie is the best dental hygienist I’ve had and I’ve had a few to compare her to. Obviously no issues for me. When I’ve had work done it was well explained why and how and the results were perfect. I’ve met three of the dentists and they are all as friendly, skilled and proficient as Dr. McNeely. Any of the friendly staff will give you a straight forward answer to any questions: like “do you floss before or after brushing?”. I use VA dental insurance and they accept that. I assume they take most other insurances. My parting comment is keep up the ‘great work’. Chuck

I love the staff at McNeely family dentistry. Dr. McNeely is awesome at what he does as are his assistants. Everyone is always friendly and kind, and I’ve never had a problem with anything there. They do have a pretty large patient load so it may be difficult to get an appointment, so I wouldn’t recommend waiting to make one for routine things. Even “emergency” appointments (mine was for a filling that came out) are tough to book, though I’m sure if it were more serious they’d try to accommodate. I’ve had three consecutive fillings done and all of my old metal ones were replaced with fresh tooth-colored ones and it looks great! Aside from the usual unpleasant things about dental work (ie needles, keeping your mouth open for what feels like forever), I actually enjoy going to the dentist because it’s so relaxing there! Maybe I’m just crazy. 🙂

Very nice experience. This is my 2nd visit since moving to NC from MN. I had been at my previous dentist in MN for almost 20 years – so hesitant to go somewhere else.
