I no longer live in Morristown, but I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I have lived in four states over the past 10 years. And I have had more dentists than I have teeth. But I can say without question, my favorite dentist of all time is Dr. Schuster. He is an outstanding dentist and I highly recommend him. Not only is Dr. Schuster a very experienced and professional physician, but he is a great guy as well. There are two instances which make Dr. Schuster stand out as the best dentist ever: 1. I first moved to Morristown and needed emergency dental work. I had yet to identify a dentist so I went to Dr. Schuster’s office to see if he could help. I just started a new job, with a new company – so the dental insurance situation was still in process. Dr. Schuster did not know me at all but he worked with me to ensure I had the dental work completed without making me pay for anything until it was clear how much the insurance was going to cover. Without the actual policy information, he trusted I would return days/weeks later with the information and handle it at that time. Who does that anymore? Any other physician would not have been so accommodating and reasonable. 2. On my last visit to Dr. Schuster’s office before moving to CA, Dr. Schuster brought me his son’s bike that he used as a toddler. He knew that my son was going to need a bike soon and offered it to me. Now I was leaving the state, he knew it. He had nothing professionally to gain by giving that bike to a customer who was moving 2,500 miles away. But that is exactly the kind of caring person Dr. Schuster is. It should also go without saying that the dental work Dr. Schuster does is first-rate. The experience is as painless as possible (literally). And I have not had any complications or problems with any of the work he has done on my teeth. If you want a dentist who is excellent at their job and somebody who is a quality person, then there is nobody better than Dr. Schuster. I would fly back to Morristown every 6 months if I had the time. That is how much I respect him as a professional and a person.

I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster to my family and friends. He has a great personality and his staff are really friendly, which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a major cosmetic procedure done and it went smoothly and came out beautiful! He was very caring as he asked me numerous times throughout the procedure if I was doing okay. I also have a fear of needles and he was so great when giving me the novocaine that I did not even feel the slightest pinch !!!

Dr. Schuster was a Godsend. I spend half the year in NJ (the summer) and the rest of the year in Florida. I had just gotten home when I had a flair up and found Dr. Schuster. His entire office was so professional and kind to me as a “new patient”. I was treated as if I was his biggest and best patient and no one knew me at all. Excellent service. I have been visiting dentistis in Norway, UK, Switzerland and the US and Dr Schuster is the best dentist I have ever had. Just great. I broke my tooth recently and Dr Schuster saw me immideately and got me the crown made within a few days in time for my flight back to Switzerland. Everyone working there is fantastic and I highly recommend Metro Dental Associates.

Interviewed Dr. Jay Schuster for a new dentist. We did wait for a bit after filling out the intake forms. He answered all of our questions, gave us a quick exam to see if anything was serious (nothing in my case). And wasn’t too busy to chat for a few. We were impressed enough to schedule cleanings (and a new crown in my wife’s case) *** After initial cleanings, we will be going back. Far superior to our prior dentist. *** It’s now several years later, and I am still impressed with Dr. Schuster – He is still personable and more importantly, they can catch changes in your mouth before they are even visible to the naked eye, making small corrections that can keep large problems from ever occurring! I cannot recommend him enough!

I have been going to Metro Dental Associates for almost 20 years. I live in Jersey City and I’m willing to travel 30 miles to their practice. What I value most with Metro Dental Associates is their high degree of intregrety and dental expertise, of which I find to be second to none. The practice offers ultra-modern dental equipment making the patient experience as comfortable as possible. I’ve recommended Metro to friends and we all share the same opinion “A great dental practice”

I’m a dental hygienist and have seen good dental work and very bad over the last 30 years. DR.SCHUSTER and all of the Metro Dental team are exceptional. I would not hesitate in the least in recommending them for your dentistry. I work for another dentist but when I needed cosmetic dentistry for my anterior teeth, I went to Dr. SCHUSTER. My teeth are beautiful and I am proud and confident into smile. Dr. SCHUSTER is truly an artist in his field and I am so fortunate to have him as my dentist.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I waited 9 years to get my last 2 wisdom teeth out after a horrible experience with the first two. After getting to the point that they needed to come out I researched heavily to find a dentist that could cater to scare adults. The rave reviews from our neighbors backed the online reviews for Dr. Schuster. I was in and out in 45 min. with no issues whatsoever. They were extremely friendly, played Hallmark Christmas movies for me (my happy place) and entertained my 4 y/o to ensure he didn’t think the dentist was scary b/c of mommy. Best dentist every! Kudos to their team!!
