Dr. Scott is honest with great caring attitude. It probably won’t be long before you realize exactly how true this is. I also own a small business in this area, and I understand 100% when a business is run for the clients, or for itself. Dr. Scott goes above and beyond–from little things like telling you what’s happening before and during the procedure, to being slow and gentle to minimize any pain to the client that he possibly can. On top of that, I can vouch for his honesty. On two different occasions, with 2 different teeth, it appeared in the x-ray that I may very well need a root canal when the old crown was removed. He has to tell the client that and prepare them for that expense and likelihood. But in both of these cases, that ended up not being required–and he’s not going to do them just to make the business more money! That’s honest–and exactly what I want in a dentist–we’ve got to be able to trust them. I’m happy to give Dr. Scott a 5-star rating.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mueselbach and his team. I was assisted by both Shelly and Carly (I’m sorry if I’m misspelling their names!) as well, and they were all amazing. It was my first time having dental work done outside of cleanings, and they put me completely at ease. Sherrie and the other office staff were also kind snd helpful. I honestly feel like I found the best dentist out there!

Had to get multiple teeth worked on, and the whole time, I felt no pain, very comfortable and welcome with his staff, and Dr. Meuselbach was constantly concerned with my comfort and any pain I may have felt. I was referred to Dr Meuselbach by a coworker and had my first appointment yesterday. The office team are so friendly & welcoming. Elaine, my hygienist, was very thorough with the X-ray, exam & cleaning process. She & Dr Meuselbach also took time to show me my X-rays and pictures to give an overall assessment & highlight areas of concern. When my dentist that I had since childhood retired about 10 years ago, Dr Scott took over his practice. He kept on the same dental assistants that my dentist had working for him over the years. It made the transition nice since these ladies had known me since I was about 7 or 8 years old. Dr Scott and his staff have to be, hands down, the best dental office on the planet. His assistants are awesome. They know me by name. They are all very professional and personable people. I recommend his practice to everyone I know that is on the hunt for a new dentist. Dr Scott himself is a fantastic guy. Now that I have a daughter, once her teeth start coming in, we’ll be seeing a lot more of those wonderful people at this practice. I love this place.

Dr. Meuselbach and his staff were extremely patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly, including procedures and all fees. They were so friendly, made me feel completely calm and weren’t condescending at all! They answered every question I had (some multiple times for clarity) and didn’t rush me one bit. I cannot stress enough how important this is for someone who was nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in a few years – oops. I will be going back regularly and would recommend their office to anyone.

Every time I have been to Dr Meuselbach’s office it has been a very good experience. I am not one that likes to go to the dentist but as I told the staff today, “I love you all but not my favorite place to be”. I am greeted and treated professionally and like I am the only patient Dr Meuselbach has. His demeanor is professional and very caring. He always makes sure I am comfortable and asks if I need anything. He talks and tells me everything he is doing throughout my dental procedure. Dr Meuselbach and his staff are the best!! I hate going to the dentist and so I definitely don’t keep up with it like I should. But I had a great experience at Meuselbach Family Dental. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough cleaning and exam and everything was explained to me beforehand. If you are looking for the best in the business you need to look no further. Dr. Meuselbach is such a class act and very detailed dentist. He is very easy to talk with and makes you feel very comfortable in his chair. I really like the way he tells me what is about to happen next. I like this because there is no guessing with what he is currently working on in my mouth. I have been worked on by more than one of his assistants and they are all lovely. However, I really enjoy “Doctor” Julie Daniels. If you are needing a laugh to help make you feel more comfortable this is your girl. I also enjoy working with the front desk staff. I went to the same dentist for about 30 years and when we moved to Ohio I was of course nervous about finding the same level of care and high quality dentistry. My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Scott and his team of skilled hygienists and amazing office staff. They’ve always been super cheery and kind whenever I come in! It’s such a pleasant start to the day when I go in for my yearly visit! Super flexible and understanding people. They even give me a text reminder a week before my appointment, and call me the day before to make sure I’m aware! They always have tons of neat trinkets and goodies in the waiting room to take before/after the appointment, as well as a fully stocked fridge with water bottles and Keurig machine for coffee; all of it FREE.
