Our family has been going to Dr. Jones for over 20 years. He is great with children of all ages. His appetite for the best practice of dental procedures is continuous. He is personal, technical, patient, and caring. The staff is top notch and the beautiful office makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I highly recommend this dental practice – you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Jones and staff are very professional and skilled in their practice. They employ a variety of leading-edge / current technologies in their practice to increase efficiencies and improved outcomes. I always feel welcome and confident that I am receiving the best level of care.

Had an absolutely great first visit here today. Office was efficient and well-run, and everything was running right on time. Really appreciated the early morning appointment times as well, which meant I didn’t have to miss work. I had been previously just getting the cheapest cleanings I could find, but it was time to find a real dentist and someone I want to work with for years to come. Dr. Jones spent a full hour with me in the initial visit, not just looking at my teeth (which he had some really cool tools for), but also assessing my jaw, bite, and any chance of sleep apnea, snoring, or TMJ issues. I did have two cavities that need filling, and he spent the time with me explaining exactly why they were an issue. Even more impressively, there was another area that was either a cavity or on it’s way to being one – when he told me that, I was willing to have him do a filling on that one too, but he said he’d rather wait and see. Just really appreciate his honesty and focus on the patient, rather than (like some other dentists I have been too) simply recommending whatever would generate the largest cost.

This is my first change in dentists in 32 years and I thought I was spoiled before.  Everyone at Dr. Jones office was so kind and thoughtful. I was quickly given an appointment and filled out the new patient forms. I came in for my appointment and was greeted warmly.  Soon thereafter Dr. Jones came to get me and they took me to the exam room where they took a full set of digital x-rays, thereafter Dr. Jones dictated to his assistant his examination of my teeth one by one.  I was then taken by the hygienist where she did her own dictation and examination of my teeth and gums. The cleaning was a breeze and I’ve always been a bit apprehensive because I have several areas of sensitivity around the gum line. She did an excellent job and at no time was I jumping out of the chair.  She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and suggesting different toothpastes which are less abrasive than what I currently use.  The office was bright and very modern with all updated equipment and comfortable chairs.  I highly recommend that if you dental work to consider Dr. Jones and his very capable pleasant staff.

Dr. Jones and his staff are top notch. He gives me his undivided attention while I am in his chair and makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave. I have been his patient for over a decade and have had only positive experiences. He attends dental conferences to learn the newest techniques and embraces new technology. He makes improvements to his practice to better treat his patients. He is outgoing and friendly and always makes me feel well taken care of. I trust him completely and know I am in good hands. His front office staff greet me with a smile and are professional and friendly. My hygienist Kelly does a careful and thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She remembers issues I have and takes care that I am comfortable throughout the cleaning process. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Michael Jones and his dental team.

After going to a dentist in the town I grew up in, I was hesitant to change over to a new office. I was recommended by my mother in law, and I am happy to say I was not disappointed! Everyone in the office is very friendly, and they all seem to get along so well with each other. Each employee willingly engages in conversation and I felt like family instantly. My last office lacked this culture so it was refreshing to experience. Dr. Jones is the man! Explained everything he was doing prior to performing/assessing, and made sure I understood what he was talking about. All the staff is friendly, 11/10 ratings all around.

Before i say anything, i must state that i went to grade school with Dr. Jones’ kids and competed in baseball with one of them way back when… & our families are friends… so i might be biased… but i’ve been a patient for maybe 15 years? I’m 25 now. I don’t know – my whole cognizant life. Anyways – Always professional. Always hires great hygienists. Like, not only well skilled, but all of them welcoming and personable and, i don’t have anxiety visiting a dentist but some people do, and these hygienists i’m sure handle those patients emotional needs very appropriately.
Modern equipment and techniques. Clear and consistent billing practices, friendly desk staff. Truly zero complaints. Great team.

Dr. Jones has been my dentist (and my family’s dentist) for most of my life and I can proudly say that every experience has been an enjoyable, painless, and professional one. Dr. Jones is a family man who cares about his patients and staff with the utmost respect. One of his long-time employees, Kathy, the kind and awesome receptionist, greets me with a smile every time I arrive. She always makes me feel welcomed and it’s only a quick wait in the immaculately clean waiting room until my appointment. If you want the best and most knowledgeable dentist in Newport Beach, then look no further than Dr. Jones.

Dr Jones has been my dentist for over 20 years. I can say with confidence not only is his office staff and hygienists top notch, he is the most professional, friendly, caring, honest and skilled dentist in Orange County. Most of his staff is all original which says a lot about him as a person and a Dentist!

I would highly recommend Dr. Mike Jones and his excellent staff. They are extremely competent, thorough in their cleaning, very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment – they are extremely current with the latest technology and education, making their dental practices efficient and excellent. Dr Jones and his whole team provide the BEST dental experience ever. The staff are friendly and calming and they are intentional about providing personal treatment for you. For example, I have some intense sensitivity in certain areas and the dental hygienists take a LOT of care and consideration! You’ll LOVE coming to the dentist after visiting Dr Jones.

Dr Jones is outstanding! His work is of the highest standard, he is extremely thorough and does the very best for his clients. You can tell he loves his work and that shows throughout his care and excellence in all he does. His team is wonderful and everyone is very friendly, caring and professional. It’s pleasure to interact with them. From someone who dreaded dentist visits, going to Dr Jones has transformed my dentist experience!

The office, the staff and Dr. Jones are fantastic. This is the nicest, most efficient, friendliest experience I have had in dentistry. Dr. Jones provides the most in depth evaluation I have ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Jones if you are looking for a dentist or even semi-considering changing offices.

I have been going here for over a year now and I can say it is the best dental experience I have ever had. The cleanings have been pain free, the staff seems very knowledgable, the place is very clean, they do their best to make it comfortable and pain free, and the Dr Jones is very personable. I don’t know anyone who loves going to the dentist but as its not really an option I would say you can’t do better than this office.

As a former dental hygienist, and the granddaughter of a dentist, it took me awhile to find a dentist that fit with my standards of dentistry. Dr. Jones has been my dentist now for 15 years, and he is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. He is an excellent practitioner, and his office staff is friendly and professional. I give him the highest recommendation possible!

Dr. Jones is an incredible dentist. I moved out of the Newport area a few years ago and looked for a new dentist. For years I ended up frustrated trying dentist after dentist only to be over charged, under cared for and completely dissatisfied. I realized the drive back to Newport was absolutely worth it. He is kind, competent and generous with many options for the absolute best care. I would recommend him to any and everyone! My teeth have never felt better, cleaner or more well taken care of. You can’t find a better dentist SoCal! Totally satisfied!

I have been going to Dr. Jones for a couple of years now. Dr. Jones is a great dentist. He is very professional. His office is pleasant. They run on time. His staff is really nice. The cleanings are about as painless as they can be. Dr. Jones lets me know about different products that are available (Invisalign etc.) but isn’t too pushy about it. I would definitely recommend him.

I love this dental office! I have been going to them since I moved to Southern California with my family in 1999. They are the best! Super friendly staff and my appointments are always on time. I so agree with all of the reviews posted.  Like Paul R, I had an incredible dentist for over 30 years, until he retired.  As I sought a new dentist, I went through “dentist/doctor hell”–until Dr. Jones was recommended to me and my family.  Now, my daughter, my husband, my son (his first visit next week), and I are so pleased to have you all in charge of our dental health.  Dr. Jones, his hygienists, and his office staff are extraordinary–professional, friendly, and provide you with all of information you need.  Thank you all so much!!!!

Love! I have been coming to Dr. Jones’s dental office for years. From anything far as a general cleaning, cavity replacement, and Invisalign. Everyone from the front office staff to the dental assistants are just amazing. I used to have a difficult schedule due to traveling for work, and they were always very accommodating to try to fit me in. I love that they have early appointments as well. Just a very nice caring compassionate dental office that seems up-to-date as far as techniques and technology. I can’t recommend enough and I’m glad that I am a loyal patient. Accepts major credit cards and insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for 28 years: through many life changes, working side by side with an Orthodontist through braces ( in my 40,s) and an implant, keeping up with technology and the natural aging process. Michael Jones and his fabulous staff of hygienists and office managers are all highly educated in their field, compassionate, tender and really good fun. I have always been treated in a way that is professional and incredibly kind- I’d say loving. I highly recommend this practice
