I have (as well as my husband and 3 children) been a patient of Dr. Leblanc’s for over 12 years and have NEVER had any issues regarding them being anything but extremely professional and very courteous. I am not one to take the time and write reviews, but when googling to make sure I had the correct number, I came across this poster’s review. I had to stop what I was doing, log in and open an account just to post this review. I want to make sure the last post does not represent Dr. Leblanc. As a matter of fact, I find Dr. Leblanc’s office staff very easy to work with regarding my insurance and private pays (we’ve had both). We’ve at times, been without dental insurance and they were very easy to work with. We have dental now, and our insurance qualifies us each for two complimentary cleanings a year and they are very easy to get done without hassle. His office staff is very professional and extremely nice. I have never had anyone talk “down” to me or my family. I’ve watched numerous clients come in and leave over the years that we’ve been there and have NEVER witnessed anything like that. I think another reviewer may be “exaggerating” when she says that she was talked to in a “condescending” way. My kids love Dr. Michael and so do my husband and I. He is not a pushy dentist and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. He’s very gentle with the kids and his exam rooms are very nice and cozy. I cannot imagine switching dentists and I would highly recommend him if you need a dentist for yourself or your family in the Prairieville area! I am not an employee, nor was I paid for this review. I am just a regular patient who want people to know Dr. Leblanc and his staff are not “crooks”!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Leblanc! He is, by far, the best dentist I have ever used. I am currently 50 years of age and have been visiting dentists since I got my first tooth. I’ve seen a lot of them over the years. He is kind, considerate and very gentle. He tells you everything he is going to do before he does it and he makes sure throughout the procedure that you’re comfortable. His office staff has always been nice and friendly to me. They have been very understanding when I told them that I didn’t have the cash to pay for recommended procedures. They’ve never been pushy about it at all. They just told me to call for another appointment when I had the extra cash to pay for the recommended procedure. The offer of free nitrous oxide is a bonus too! When I do have an appointment scheduled, they ALWAYS call ahead of time to remind me and make sure that I still plan to come. They return phone calls very promptly as well. The office is always super clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is the best part. There is a nice changing table in there for moms to use. They have extra diapers of all sizes, containers of wet wipes, Lysol spray, everything in there that a mother would need for her baby. I love everything about Dr. Leblanc’s office. As long as he’s near me, I will continue to use him. I suggest you look into a visit with him if you’re in the market for an excellent dentist!

Dr Leblanc and his staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I have had to have extensive dental work over the past two years and seen all the team members in the office over a number of visits. Thank goodness they have taken excellent care of me. They know I get very nervous about such invasive dental procedures. They are sure to explain what has to happen and the sequence of events to get me to the finish line. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Michael J. LeBlanc since 2002 and have watched his practice grow over the years with great pride. Dr. LeBlanc and his staff are friendly, welcoming and very competent; we are always greeted with a big smile and usually a hug or two 🙂 Dr. Leblanc takes time to visit with us, which is a rare quality in a Dr. these days, and he always inquires about us personally; not just as our dentist. Over the years we’ve had everything from biannual cleanings to caps, crowns and even fixing chipped teeth. When I needed braces as an adult, Dr. Leblanc was my only choice. We moved away from LA in 2016 but were unable to find a dentist as wonderful as Dr. Leblanc and his staff, so we drive from AL to Prairieville for all our dental needs. It’s evident he and his staff truly care about their patients’ well-being and we wouldn’t use anyone else. We love Dr. Michael J LeBlanc Family Dentistry!!

My children and I have all gone to Dr. LeBlanc for our dental and orthodontics needs since we have lived in Prairieville (since 2003). My kids feel comfortable when they go and are never afraid of going to the dentist. Each staff member knows us and our family very well and treats us like their own family. They are always very accommodating when we have some extra “work” that needs to be done and will talk us thru every part of the procedure step by step so we know exactly what to expect. I don’t know of any other dentist that is also trained in orthodontics but it is very nice to have a one stop shop when you are a busy, working mom and both kids have to be in braces at one time or another! I trust everyone in the office completely with our family’s dental and orthodontics needs and would happily recommend this office to anyone I know.
