Dr. Nazarian is a caring wonderful professional. Before I saw him,I went to a dentist who, I’m fairly certain, only knew my name because he looked at the chart. Dr. Nazarian’s wife is my kids’ dentist, and I was amazed the first time he greeted me in the office when I was there with the kids — he remembered me after only one appointment! He is a thorough professional, explains all the reasoning and medicine behind different procedures and treatments, is very open to questions, and even does part of the cleaning himself to be extra thorough. Office staff is wonderful as well. Offices are clean and comfortable

I came to Dr. Nazarian through a friend’s reference while I was visiting LA. Dr. Nazarian’s dental care was the most excellent I have ever experienced. He explained everything he was going to do prior to and as he treated me. He is a very compassionate man and clearly cares about his patients. I was comfortable the entire time. I will come from DC to LA to continue my dental care with Dr. Nazarian. Great dental care is very hard to find!

So I just went back again for my check up with Dr. Nazarian. As before, the office was immaculate, clean, and very open and bright. His staff at the front desk and his assistant in the room were both very friendly and professional. Dr. Nazarian took his time to explain the status of my current dental health and gave me detailed options on different cleaning techniques that he can perform. He finished the cleaning process within the time he had told me it would take so I was able to get back to work on time. He communicated with me during the entire process and walked/talked me thru the whole session. I am very pleased with his care and highly highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a very professional expert dentist with a smile.  Thank you Dr. Nazarian and staff

THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! I first heard about Dr. Nazarian as a recommendation from an orthodontist, and, after shopping around–he had the lowest prices AND the best reviews on yelp (even the filtered ones are ALL POSITIVE. THAT’S UNHEARD OF!!). Dr. Nazarian has the one of the best bedside manners of any doctor/dentist/PERSON I’ve ever been to. His staff is also incredibly polite and charming. In addition to all this (and perhaps most importantly!), Dr. Nazarian is a sharp-shooter. He will never try to upsell you on something you don’t need, and he will always give you the facts, straight up. It’s hard to find a person like that, let alone a dentist–and especially in a city like LA! Another reason Dr. Nazarian is so great is he explains things to you thoroughly, takes the time to answer all of your questions, and–most importantly–HE LISTENS TO YOU. I have had many decent dentists in the past–they get the job done, but they don’t really take the time to explain things, or take any of my concerns seriously. Here’s the difference: I had a brown spot on one of my teeth, and when I asked another dentist about it, he said, “We can just buff it out, it’s nothing to worry about.” I left that office worrying what it was, how I got it, and how I could prevent it in the future. When I went to see Dr. Nazarian, however, he explained how it had formed, how to avoid getting more, and how they could be removed through a simple dental cleaning. After leaving Dr. Nazarian’s office, I felt satisfied,  informed, and most all, at ease. In summary, this dentist is honest, caring, and thorough (in both his examinations and explanations). He has a wonderful staff and reasonable prices, so if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, then look no further than Dr. Nazarian’s office

I had a great experience with Dr. Nazarian and his staff! Everyone is very friendly and the office is well-equipped and sanitary. They send text messages reminding you twice (once a few days before the appointment, and once the night before), which was really nice. It’s also fairly easy to find parking on side streets, which is definitely a perk. My one reservation is that I think I’ve had deeper cleans from other dentists. Typically my dentists in the past have spent a good 15+ minutes scraping tartar off all my teeth individually, but this cleaning was a bit cursory. Very minor note, however! I think I have fairly good dental hygiene, so it’s also possible that there just wasn’t much to clean. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I plan on making Dr. Nazarian my primary dentist. He accepts DHMO, for those with that type of insurance

Dr Nazarian was recommended to me by a close family friend, and since I had just moved into the city, I decided to give him a shot. The first thing I noticed was that it was a brand new office and the equipment was all newer than the stuff my previous dentist had used. I experienced the least pressure and anxiety I had ever felt while in a dentists office. I went in for a regular checkup, but he happened to find two cavities as well. I can honestly say I had one of the least painful cavity fillings that I had ever experienced. He definitely proved himself to be worthy of becoming my primary dentist. He was very nice and was very thorough in his explanations before undergoing anything. My prior dentists usually just did work on me without ever talking me through what they were going. Dr Nazarian could sense my apprehension, however, and explained step by step along the way what he was doing. It was very helpful in calming my jitters. Easy 5 Stars in my opinion

Best dentist ever!!! I am not particularly afraid of the dentist, more afraid of the prices after. Because of this there is a decent amount of work that I have put off for a number of years. Every time I had gone in the sticker shock scared me away, a small VW of work in cost. This year push came to shove, four days before Thanksgiving, my wisdom tooth decided this was the right time to join the party. In the pain I could not find the number for their office, so I googled a place and booked a appointment. That was an epic waste of time, sitting in the chair on Yelp I found Dr. Nazarian. That moment I called, it was close to 5 pm at this point, his office said he was leaving soon and that I could make an appointment for the morning. His office then asked me to hold for a second, they came back and told me that he would wait if I could get there in the next 20 min (I was only 6 miles away). In route evening traffic took over and made a 6 mile drive an hour adventure, so I called back and moved the appointment to the morning. The doctor called me to see what was causing me the pain, and if I was okay with an instruction to alleviate some of my suffering. The next morning I was at his office bright and early, the office is gorgeous. My appointment was timely, and with no waiting around. He examined my tooth and explained the options depending on how it had come in that ether he would be able to do the removal or I would need to go see an oral surgeon. To determine the location of this evil tooth there was a panoramic x-ray taken, instead of the little square ones because I could not open my mouth that far. With the X-ray he went through all of the problem ares, and there was good news he could do the extraction. He is caring, careful, and explained every step of the process to remove the little bugger. There was a constant communication as to what it should feel like, and what it should not feel like he was also very through in making sure I was completely numb before work was started. The removal of the tooth only took a few minutes, this was an easy one. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and even texted me the day after to make sure I was doing well. I have my follow up Monday, and I am setting up the appointments to get the rest of my work done. His prices are very reasonable, he could easily charge three or four times what he does for his level of work and care. Dr. Nazarian is without a doubt one of the good guys

I give Dr. Nazarian my highest recommendation. I came to him completely by chance because my children see his wife, a pedontist, in the same office (who is terrific as well!). I had a dental emergency, a broken tooth, so I intended to just get that fixed, then more thoroughly research dentists for the more extensive work I knew I had to get done, but I had such a great experience with him that I stayed and completed the rest of my dental work (he referred me out to good specialists for more complex root canals and an implant). He is very polite, kind, completely ethical, and he uses high quality materials and a good lab. He explains procedures thoroughly and in lay language, gives you plenty of time to ask questions, shows you what he’s doing (if you’d like to look!), and explains all viable options for treatment. He cares about any personal concerns (no matter how neurotic as mine sometimes were!) and takes measures to ensure the least amount of discomfort and pain. He invites you to come in if you realize anything feels off in the least so that you are fully comfortable and happy between visits (e.g., adjusting a temporary). Dr. Nazarian cares about your dental health as well as aesthetics. My teeth have never been healthier or more beautiful and natural-looking. His office staff, from the front to assistants, are all very sweet. They work with your finances for payment and, although I didnt get any other estimates from other dentists, what another person posted about his fees being reasonable (or better) sounds right. My schedule is tight so they always tried to accommodate and managed my time in the office efficiently. The office is pleasant, updated, and offers TV/movies to watch during procedures. They have free parking in the back. I feel so lucky to have found him–and now my husband is seeing him, too!

Dr. M. Nazarian is literally the best dentist I’ve had my whole life…and I’ve gone through a few trust me. He’s very reliable, trustworthy, nice, cautious and his prices were exceptionally lower than any others in the area. Dr. Nazarian was able to fix serious pain I’ve been having for over a year from some bad dental work. I was wary at first to go to another dentist since the last time I had treatment done 2 of my teeth were left in bad shape by my last dentist and I couldn’t eat on the right side of my mouth this whole time. I’ve been in constant pain and had fillings I needed done. Finally I was told about Dr. Nazarian. He took his time, laid out all the options, didn’t try to oversell any treatment I didn’t need, and explained everything I needed to know before and after my treatment. I ended up needing a root canal to fix the initial problem that was causing my pain. I was expecting to be miserable and leave irritated. After that I was so happy with Dr. Nazarian’s work a week later I made my next appointment for the fillings I needed. He’s quick but careful, I can tell he takes his time, but is still way faster than my last dentist. I have no more pain. My teeth are in great shape and he was able to explain everything he was doing without sounding like a stuck up snob. (Which is generally what you would get in that area.) I probably have more work to be done, but I know I’ll be going to see Dr. Nazarian for it. As a plus I take my son to see his wife an amazing pedodontist (pediatric) and treats my kid better than I was ever treated, and even after needing treatment still wants to see Dr. Tali (Review: goo.gl/CixQL) If you need a new Dentist, by all means head his way. He’ll fix any problem you have without you being miserable, broke, and confused afterwards.

Dr. Michael Nazarian and his staff are some of the most friendly and competent people I’ve ever met! after having a poor experience at another practice last week, my visit to Dr Nazarian was a breath of fresh air. He and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. He made sure I understood everything about my procedure, felt comfortable, and knew exactly what was going on. I really appreciated my visit today, and I plan to make him my regular dentist!
