Check out what some of our happy patients are saying about us:

M. B. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

Either you love this office or you don’t.  After many years of not seeing a dentist I finally went on yelp to search for one.  Despite some negative reviews on yelp, I went to Dr. Yung.  Reason was most negative reviews I read had to deal with insurance and money.  Working in the medical field, I know how patients can get upset over copayments and insurance. My first visit was wonderful.  I was greeted by the very nice receptionist.  The first assistant I met and will always prefer for her to see me is Lisa.  She is a very sweet person and walked me through everything.  She didnt take my xrays but assisted the doctor in my exam.  Both her and Dr. Yung knew how affraid I was and nervous to be there.  And their patience and kindness made me feel like I was family.  I was told at the end of my consultation that the office manager Norma would come in and go over my proposed treatment.  I thought “Oh great! Here comes the worst part”  I was not excited for her to come in to speak to me.  Too my surprise, Norma was a very sweet and caring person.  She did not go in and start talking money, but instead talked to me about the Dodgers (I was wearing a dodger shirt and she is a big dodger fan) I think the dodger talk and her sweetness made me forget why she was in there.  Minutes later, the cost is explained to me and the procedure times and available appointments.  She broke it down step by step.  Best part was she did not make me feel like I was being pushed into paying anything up front.  She made it very clear that it was only an estimate and that sometimes insurance companies will deny claims or pay less or more. I have been back for several appointments and I brag to all my coworkers about this office.  I am very thankful to have found an office that treats you as family and not a piece of meat.  They even called and emailed me after my appointments to see how I was doing.  I highly recommend you see Dr. Yung and his hygienist Jahna ( I think thats how you spell it) She is beyond amazing. ok, so I got a bill today, called the office and spoke to Christy.  She was very helpful and said she will resubmit it to my insurance since they denied it.  Again, great customer service

Dr. Yung has been taking excellent care of my personal and family dental needs for 15 years. I confidently say Dr Yung has been a game changer. My mouth and teeth are in top health condition thanks to him, plus the dreaded painful visits before I met him are a thing of the past. He is extremely caring and attentive, and his staff is always friendly and expedite. I have never met a better dentist in my life and I strongly recommend to everyone I know to meet with him as well

CJ. S. from Glendale, CA (Source: Facebook)

Dr. Yung is clearly the cream of the crop when it comes to dentistry. I have been to a handful of other dentists, many of which clearly try to sell me procedures I don’t need. Moreover, when I needed a procedure, these other dentists would make me anxious because a filling a cavity would always cause me a lot of pain; it got to a point where I thought that all dental procedures are unnecessarily painful….How wrong I was! Dr. Yung filled a cavity of mine in an absolutely painless way….From the numbing injection to the actual procedure, I didn’t feel a thing. For those with sensitive teeth, there is simply no better option than Dr. Yung!

Steven S. from South Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

I just recently went into Dr. Yung’s office with some pain, discomfort and an infection I had developed in my molars from previous broken crowns. His staff was very friendly and welcoming, I was very embarrassed due to the reason for my visit (I haven’t seen a dentist in years.) Since the minute I made the appointment till I stepped in his office and left his office my whole experience was warm, great and excellent and I was no longer embarrassed about my teeth. The front office was nice and clean and the office Manager Norma was very friendly and professional as I checked in. She even introduced me to Dr. Yung as he was in the front office area talking to her when I 1st arrived. The assistant Alondra gave me a tour of the back office once she called me back in, she was very friendly and asked me a serious of questions off a questioner to get to know me. Soon after I was given a full x-ray panel and Dr. Yung seen me afterward. Dr. Yung was very friendly as well, 1 of the friendliest dentists I have ever seen, he explained to me all my options and carefully went over everything with me in great detail as to my understanding. (There’s a lot of work I need due to putting off routine cleanings and preventive dental care over the years.) Next, I was given a treatment plan that was carefully gone over with me with the office manager Norma, she is the kindest soul I have met in a long time, she understood my financial situation and reassured me not to worry because she would be able to work out a payment plan option with me for all the dental work that will be needed over the coming years. Last but not least I was given a new welcome patient gift and I loved my experience so much that I now have an appoint this Friday for a cleaning back in Dr. Yung’s office. I wish I would have came into his office a lot sooner then I did

Cindy P. from Santa Monica, CA (Source: Yelp)

Updating my review with another great review! I visited Dr. Yung and his team today because I needed fillings. I had terrible childhood and teenage experiences with dental anesthesia so to say I was nervous was an understatement. Dr. Yung was very understanding and acknowledged my fears. Long story short, it was an amazing dental experience! I did not feel the needle at all and the time went by very quickly, I was actually smiling (albeit with a partially frozen face!) after the procedure. It’s been a few hours since I left, freezing has worn off, and I feel great. I can not recommend Dr. Yung and his team enough. They are simply amazing

Dawn N. from San Marcos, CA (Source: Yelp)

Typically, going to the dentist is something dreaded by most, but not for my family!  We love everyone at Michael S Young, DDS, from the welcoming office staff, the friendly hygienist (we love Jason), the patient and helpful assistants, the amazingly accommodating office manager Norma, to the highly profession and kind dentists.  My 3 year old and 5 year old get excited every time they know they get to go to the dentist.  On several occasions Dr. Yung has been available for consultation even when I have an appointment with Dr. Foon.  They have thoroughly discussed different treatment plans with me different occasions and ultimately decided to attempt the more cost effective methods before going straight to the more costly procedures.  We are so thankful to have found such a caring dentist office!

Sean O. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

Unfortunately my prior dentist retired after I had visited him for 20 years, leaving me rudderless, dentist-less, and wandering through a fog. I turned to yelp for guidance, hoping to find a trustworthy Dental Professional. My experience with Dr. Yung, Jason, and the whole team was really incredible. Jason the hygienist was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. Dr. Yung was trustworthy and experienced, and I know I’m in good hands. To top it all off, it was my 30th birthday and the whole office sang to me! Needless to say, I’ve found my new dental home

Stephanie R. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

Hands down one of the best dentists in Pasadena! I went to Mak & Kleiger before and didn’t feel that the dentists there were very attentive. Michael was very attentive to my concerns and did a thorough examination along with dental photos, so that he could address any concerns that he had and so that we were both on the same page. He was able to do dental impressions and have them rushed so that they could be ready that same week because I told him that I would start nursing school soon. He was also able to fit my filling in his schedule during my following appointment for my yearly cleaning, even though he had a very tight schedule:) The receptionists were very nice women and so were the dental assistants! Overall, he was very nice, professional, addressed all of my questions, gave me clear answers, and seemed to genuinely have interest in me as his patient (I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out of the office) . I would definitely recommend this dentist!

Sandra L. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

Hands down the best dental office I have ever visited! The dentists, office staff, and hygienists are all amazing. I’ve been coming to this dentist for a few years now, although I live almost 30 miles away. Yes! It is worth the drive! The office is squeaky clean, staff is professional, and it runs like a well oiled machine. First dental office that doesn’t make me wait past my appointment time to see me.  They are also honest- I never feel like they are trying to sell me a treatment I do not need. Jason makes getting a cleaning a breeze. Norma is professional and so helpful. There is a reason they are rated best dentist. I refer al my friends and family here. Thanks Dr. Yung and staff!

Ariana C. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

I had to come back an update this review because I NEED to share my root canal experience. I was terrified at the thought and put it off for a while for many reasons. However, Dr. Yung and his assistant Ceci are absolute angels in disguise. At every chance they got, they asked me if I was doing okay and if I felt any discomfort or pain. After being numbed, which wasn’t that bad either, Dr. Yung went in for the root canal…and he did an awesome job…I felt no pain. When the procedure was done I was so relieved and thankful to them. If anyone needs a root canal look no further! You found thee man to do it and everything else! Some Doctors have to send you away to a specialist ..not with Dr. Yung..he’s a true pro!! Thanks again Doctor Yung and the awesome heavenly staff!!

Tina C. from Arcadia, CA (Source: Yelp)

I have been going to Dr. Yung’s dental office for the past 8 years and love his team! The dental office is clean and very professional. I feel comfortable asking questions and always get top notch service from everyone at this dental office. I have also gotten Invisalign with Dr. Yung and had a great experience with straightening my teeth and maintaining the best results. The dental technicians are gentle when they clean my teeth, and I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Dr. Yung to anyone looking for a nice, professional, and honest dentist!!!!

Mark M. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Google)

My family and I have been seeing Dr Yung for over a year.  We have consistently been impressed by the professionalism of he and his staff.  We moved to Dr Yung from our prior dentist because our prior Dentist began changing his practice to emphasize cosmetic dentistry and he appeared to suggest work that was not needed as well as over charge for work that was done.  In our experience with Dr Yung we have never felt like he suggested work that was not needed or over charged for work done. In fact, recently I saw Dr Yung for a tooth ache.  He could not immediately identify the cause so he asked me to wait to do anything until we could be sure of the cause.  I thought it was caused by an old filing but he could not be sure so he did not want to replace the filing until he was sure.  After a few months I went back in and asked him to replace the filing anyway which he did.  In the course of replacing it he told me that the tooth should get a crown to insure it did not crack later and the pain return.  After a week with the new filing I had no pain.  When I returned to his office for the appointment to do the crown I related to him that the replacement of the filling had eliminated my pain.  He told me then that we should wait to put the crown on the tooth as long as I was pain free.  This would allow a longer life for the tooth and maybe we would never have to put the crown on.  I was so impressed that he would maintain his convervative approach to only doing what was in the best interest of the patient even against his business interests.  I was so happy I made him charge me for the office visit – he was not even going to charge me for the visit since we were not putting on the crown. Dr Yung gets my highest reference!

Kristina Q. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

My family and I had some work done by Dr. Yung who did a fantastic job at making us feel comfortable! Norma and Kristy in the front office greeted us and made us feel very welcome (we had a nervous 1st grader). At the end of our visit, Kristy went over the insurance aspect in a friendly and professional manner. It was truly a pleasure and all around excellent experience which is why we continue to come back! Great service, friendly staff, you really can’t ask for anything more! Thank you Norma and Kristy for always being soo kind to our family, and thank you Dr. Yung for being soo gentle and kind

When I had first met my wife she was constantly raving about her dentist….that she was actually looking forward to going to the dentist! She kept asking me if she can make me an appointment and to try it out. I finally decided to give it a shot. What is the harm I figured? I mean I THOUGHT i had a good dentist. WRONG! She made me an appointment and I hate to admit it but she was RIGHT! I did not know HOW a dentist was supposed to be …until I met with Michael Yung and Associates. They are AMAZING. 5 Stars is not enough. Their equipment is so sophisticated and their staff is beyond friendly and attentive. They remember little things about us. I just came back from a cleaning a week ago and they asked how my wife is doing with our new baby. I wouldn’t consider them my dentist, at this point I would consider them friends of ours as we have grown our relationship into just that!

Michelle Z. from Alhambra, CA (Source: Yelp)

I went to Dr. Yung for my first dental check up in over a year. I avoided the dentist because I had not come across a dental office that provided the adequate care, until I was recommended to Dr. Yung’s office. I was extremely impressed with the entire staff. Every person on the team worked quickly and thoroughly. I had not been to a dental appointment that was this detail oriented and caring; the staff tries their best to get to know their patients, while catering to their needs. Dr. Yung is definitely an expert in his field. He is well-knowledged and makes the entire dental experience less scary. His dental assistant, Pierre, was flawless in assistance. I was most impressed with the dental hygienist, Jason. I don’t think my teeth have ever looked so clean in my life. They feel amazing and I felt little to no pain (a first in a dental office). I went home and immediately scheduled an appointment for my mom. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!

Johnny M. from Brooklyn, NY (Source: Yelp)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Michael Yung as my primary dentist for the last 3 years. I feel compelled to write this given the top level of dental care I received from his office. I am 31 years old and have been to a number of dentist across the country in the time frame. Michael Yung is like the Michael Jordan of eye doctors and his team is like the Chicago Bulls of the 90s. They know their stuff. They treat you well. They’ll teach you things to help keep your dental hygiene at its peak. I believe he has exceptional talent in hiring great talent, as all his hygienist always go the extra mile to make me walk out feeling good. This is a five star office, hands down. There’s a reason he keeps winning the Pasadena award. Thanks Dr. Yung and team!

Erin G. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

I was extremely impressed with both Dr Yung & his assistant Alex. It is rare to find such a balance of genuine humanness, emotionally-evolved proactive personalized care & inquiry, with professional knowledge, experience, thoroughness, and excellence. With many moves in the recent few years, It had been longer than I like to admit since having a regular dentist. Dr. Yung met me with zero judgement, and gave me detailed thorough information (They actually asked me proactively if preferred details or general information! How cool is that?!). He gave me options and prioritized a simple treatment plan for my complicated needs. Dr Yung & his office staff made what I thought would be an overwhelming experience, a calm, positive, helpful & hopeful one

Going to the dentist can be a difficult choice as well as a source of procrastination for most people. Let’s face it, no one likes GOING TO THE DENTIST. However here in Pasadena you have a dentist, Michael Yung DDS that will waylay all your fears an anxieties about dentist. Truly excetional service. 5-STARS!!! -H Williams

Today was my first visit with Dr. Yung and his amazing team. I was blown away by not only their professionalism but how they are handling seeing patients during this current pandemic. A day before my appointment I was called and asked a few screening questions and told about their protocols. Instructed to call upon arriving to the parking lot. They told me when to come up and someone greeted me by theirs stairs to have me sanitize my hands, checked my temperature and oxygen level. I was seen within minutes of arrival. No waiting around like other offices. The very nice assistant gave me a tour of the office which at first seemed weird but actually ended up being a great experiences. They also gave me a new patient gift to welcome me to their office! A coffee tumbler. I was seen by the dentist and had x-rays taken. Then the hygienist April did my cleaning. She was very sweet and professional. Very soft handed. One of the best cleanings I have ever had. I needed a retainer since I recently had braces removed. They were able to accommodate me into their schedule to have a retainer done so that I wouldn’t have to return so many times. I drove an hour to come to this office after hearing great things about them and let me say it is worth the drive for me. I highly recommend them. I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience today I felt the need to share how amazing this office is. From the front desk staff to the hygienist and assistants. Everyone was very welcoming and caring. They made me feel ease and restored my trust in dental offices!

Megan W. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

These people are truly caring!  I’ll give one excellent example (only because that is how yelp is laid out), but *know* that I can give an example for EVERY visit I have ever had. First a bit of background to lay context.  I should say that I’m a scardy cat.  BIG TIME.  When my ‘adult’ teeth came in I had a full extraneous set.  It’s a genetic quark.  When I went to get braces, I had over 70 teeth in my mouth.  The extraneous set had no nerves (thank god!); and the orthodontist wanted to do everything himself to document “my case” (what a way to make a girl feel special) because it was just SO “incredible”.  That bastard pulled my teeth (the extraneous set, and the extra baby teeth that couldn’t fall out due to crowding) in three, yes three, different visits.  Only stopping because of too much blood.  He was an ORTHODONTIST not a surgeon.  That means this little girl got NO pain killers and my teeth forcefully yanked out by improper instruments.  Needless to say, I have a fear of all things dental. Why the backstory?  Because when I say I TRUST Dr. Yung (and staff), you my reader need to know that it does not come easy.  When I go get the very few fillings I have had done, I’m greeted with care and compassion.  Everyone there knows my story, and takes every extra step to make sure that I feel safe.  One time, I went to get my teeth whitened.  When I was in the chair I got a bit chilled, the tech not only got me a blanket but she TUCKED me in!  It was just the cutest and sweetest darn thing!  I know I can give so many other examples, but to me this shows how they all will go out of their way to give you that extra, but that extra can only come from the heart.  I will finish by saying that I have (and will again) baked cookies for Dr. Yung (and staff, and family).  From scratch.  With a minimum of three different cookie types.  I say this because I doubt that in ANY other review of other dentists will you hear of a patient baking cookies for the dentist.  Thats because Dr. Yung is *just* that awesome

Bri K. from Villa Park, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr. Yung provided the most positive dental visit I have ever had. I was having severe pain and my general dentist was out of town, but he left Dr. Yung’s phone number in the event of a dental emergency.  I was nervous about calling and trusting someone who I had never met, especially because I have had some horrific experiences in the past, but Dr. Yung made it easy. He picked up my call on a Saturday evening and called in a prescription for me as he was on his way to a wedding reception.  Shortly thereafter, his wife called me back to let me know that the prescription had been called in and told me that they would call me later in the evening to see how I was feeling.  Later on, I did get a call from Dr. Yung and he suggested that if the pain wasn’t significantly better in the morning (SUNDAY!!) that I should come in to see him.  The pain got worse, and he opened his office just for me on Sunday.  He filled cavities, cleaned my teeth, did x rays, and most importantly numbed the pain so I could get through the day and actually eat.  He called me again later on to check on me.  Never in my life have I encountered anyone in the medical community that made me feel as if they actually cared about my well-being and not my wallet, I was literally astounded by the amount of time, effort, and kindness that Dr. Yung put in to treating me, especially taking the time out of his weekend with his family.  This was even more extraordinary because we had never met before…he was doing all of this for somebody else’s patient, because he truly cares.  Dr. Yung is a wonderful dentist and a great person, I will definitely see him again and tell everyone I know what a pleasant experience I had.  Thank you so much, Doc!

Dr. Yung and all of his dental staff are incredible! I have been a current patient for the last 8+ years and have always had a great experience with all my dental services. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist and wants a dentist that is honest, reputable, and easy to communicate with!

Kandace P. from Denver, CO (Source: Yelp)

I have been going to see Dr. Yung for a few years now. I have really enjoyed the staff and Dr. Yung himself. My hygienist always apologizes for being a perfectionist and I always tell him I can’t think of a better profession for that and love that he takes the time to really clean my teeth. It never hurts. Dr. Yung always comes in and is very friendly. He listens to any concerns I may have and I’m done. His office has parking in the back although I always forget and park on the street out front.I have never really dreaded the dentist and thanks to Dr. Yung and his staff, I still don’t! 🙂

Tresha A. from Alhambra, CA (Source: Yelp)

I was referred by my coworker to Dr Michael Yung’s office because I couldn’t find a dentist for my family that made my children feel comfortable. The office where we were going to before changed dentists often, and I wanted my children to be able to have the same dentist regularly. The first time I went to Dr Yung’s office the office staff, hygienist and doctor were very personable and professional. I brought my children not long after and knew I found a dentist that my children would trust. We are very happy with them and would refer to my closest family and friends

Shauna S. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr Yung is terrific. I’ve been coming to him for several years and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He and his staff are all very friendly, professional, and they are always on time for my appointment. He has eased my anxiety over getting shots for fillings as I can be a nervous wreck when I’ve had to get a shot. He is gentle and takes his time to ensure that I’m as comfortable as possible.  Bonus that there is always parking and you don’t have to pay for it, as they will validate for you. None of my other doctors do that and it’s appreciated

Dana M. from Pasadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

I recently started coming to Dr. Yung after a long period of not having a regular dentist. After moving to the area from West LA, I found Dr. Yung to have some of the most favorable reviews for dentists in Pasadena. Unfortunately, his offices only take PPO insurance so I had to wait the year out and switch over to PPO at the open enrollment period. It took awhile to get started, but now I’m happy to say I’ve finally found a dentist. Dr. Yung is very personable and called to welcome me as a new patient before I came in for my initial appointment. During the first appointment, he sits down with you and goes over the details of the x-rays and gives your chompers a thorough initial evaluation. As a new patient, I felt he really wanted to make sure you understood and even explained some of the dental terminology in layman’s terms. I did not feel rushed or hurried like I have with other dentists. My biggest hurray is with Mary, the hygienist. I’ll spare you the gory details but in a nutshell, it was awhile since I had a thorough cleaning and she really took the time to show me (embarrassingly) proper flossing techniques. (Gross I know, but apparently but improper flossing is something many people are guilty of)! So far Dr. Yung’s offices have been very professional and the people here go out of their way to educate you so your future visits to the dentist can be quick and eas

Peter K. from Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr. Yung is a true professional. However, what makes him different from others is that he has an elegance and awareness when working. That may sound silly when writing about a dentist, but it is true. You can tell he cares and catches every detail. He is aware what we are going through as we sit in the chair. He checks in and makes sure that we are not only getting the best work, but also where we are in the process and what is happening inside our mouths. I find that refreshing. I trust him with my entire family. My wife had invisalign…went great. My daughter (10) has had multiple cleanings and check-ups…no problems and no FEAR to go see Dr. Yung. I cannot say enough about him, the staff and the office. A true gem in Pasadena…or anywhere for that matter

David H. from San Gabriel, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr. Yung and his staff are wonderful.  They are friendly and professional.  Appointments run on time with minimal waiting.  The actual procedures are effective and dare I say painless.  The best part is that their billing is straight forward and clear.  There is no attempt to upsell you on procedures or “sealants” while you’re sitting in the chair.  All bills are itemized and clear — and affordable(speaking as one with no dental insurance).  Thanks Dr. Yung for your great care for my teeth. 🙂

Still faithfully coming here. This office still has nice people, there is very little turnover, so I get to see Kristy & Norma (front desk), Jason (my hygienist), and Dr. Yung practically every time. I really like places where there is familiarity. I am always recognized when I go in. No one likes getting a filling or teeth scraping, but at Dr. Yung’s office I feel better about it. They also take my insurance, so that’s a huge plus. This is the only dentist office I have ever liked. I probably have better teeth than ever, because I actually will go get my checkups!

Adrian D. from Central LA, Los Angeles, CA (Source: Yelp)

When I first got there I met Norma, the manager, she was great and made sure their assistants took good care of me. Everyone was super professional and nice, they gave me the best service I could have had, and cleaned my teeth like no other place has… I highly recommend. Even living far away was totally worth the hours I spent in traffic to get there… My teeth are looking great and it even feels different after they cleaned

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yung this morning and I had an outstanding experience. Every single staff member was kind and friendly. I was greeted upon arrival by Kristy.  She had called me yesterday to confirm my appointment.  Ceci the Dental Assistant took my x-rays and was also very nice. She gave me a cute welcome gift with a travel mug and toothbrush.  Too cute and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. April the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth after x-rays and was also very gentle. I would say it was my most seamless and painless dental cleaning procedure. After my cleaning, it was time to meet Dr. Yung. He’s young, brilliant with excellent chair -side manners. Is that even a term?! Not sure. But he made me feel comfortable.  After a routine exam and a thorough review of my x-rays it seems like he might have determined my teeth are A-Ok.  Lastly, upon leaving the dental office, Norma, the office manager, escorted me out. It was nice to meet her since I had initially spoken to her when I called the office to make an appointment. She gave me her business card with her contact information to follow up with her with some information. Needless to say, I left the office with a radiant smile. I don’t want to forget to mention my chair was a massage chair! How cool is that?! Parking is available in the lot directly behind the Arcade Lane building which houses Dr. Yung’s dentistry practice. The lot is accessible via Green street and the more noticable business in the building is Los Portales Mexican Restaurant.  I parked at 8:30am and there was no parking attendant in the vicinity. But when I left at around 10am a parking attendant was setting up her booth. I told her I was a patient of Dr. Yung’s and she told me with a smile I was okay to leave. I’ll be back in 6 months for my next routine cleaning with April, the best hygienist in Pasadena. My search for a local and awesome dentist is over

Liberty G. from Altadena, CA (Source: Yelp)

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Yung’s office for several years now, and we have had stellar experiences at every visit. Like other reviewers, dental work/cleanings are not our favorite activity but Dr. Yung and his highly qualified staff are sensitive, super nice, thorough, and personable. They all do a tremendous job of putting us at ease and making us feel comfortable.  This is the first office we’ve been to, since moving to LA in 2001, that feels like a true neighborhood office–other offices seemed full of salespeople pushing assorted procedures and taking little time to properly clean and focus on the necessary work. That is not the case in Dr. Yung’s office. The cleanings are thorough and professional. This summer I had veneers replaced. It was a long overdue procedure (in my mind) and one I had been putting off. Dr. Yung did an outstanding job of creating my new veneers beautifully. They were flexible and accommodating with my schedule (around vacations/plans) while also working with me to make it an efficient and as painless a process as possible.  Dr. Yung is meticulous and ensured that I was happy with the final result and I am!! Thank you Dr. Yung!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Yung and his staff. I was referred to them by a friend– I moved from TN and knew no one in Los Angeles, much less a dentist. I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at a dentist office! Going to see Dr. Yung was one of those “ok, I’m supposed to be in LA” moments. Dr. Yung is so thorough, nice, and really walks you through everything. Norma (works at the front desk) is an absolute doll. I really can’t even begin to say how great and nice everyone is!! I actually like going to the dentist now. Great location in Pasadena as well. My husband also goes to Dr. Yung– and our whole sales office goes, too! Dr. Yung and his staff sent our sales office a goody basket of pastries, etc. just to thank us all for the referrals, etc. They aren’t kidding when they say Best Dentist in Pasadena– you will LOVE them!

I am a retired Pasadena dentist,  who had an emergency problem and called Kristi first thing Monday morning. They got me in at 3 PM and my emergency was much more complicated than I anticipated. He took 2 hours of his busy schedule to remedy the problem. I cannot recommend him enough. He had the latest equipment, materials and techniques. The procedures were totally painless and he was able to save my tooth. He truly is the best….and so is his entire staff
