Back at the dentist today and what a great experience. This office is the absolute best around. Lesley, Yanely, Liz and everyone I interact with on my visits are exceptional people who always make me feel welcome and appreciated. Today I met a new team member Robert and he’s just as great. I also had a deep cleaning today and got to meet the Hygienist Vanessa, which is what prompted me to leave this review. Vanessa is so good at her job and has an incredibly kind demeanor. She explained the way gums and bacteria interact in way that I’ve never really understood before. She did an amazing job with my cleaning and I honestly look forward to the next time. It feels great to care for your teeth and even better when you have a team of specialists that are on this level. It’s no wonder why Dr. Michelsen takes such pride in her practice and staff. This dentist office is stellar! And thank you Dr. Michelsen, you are the absolute best dentist around!

I had been going to Dr. Michelsen since last 7 years from other offices in orange county to the current office in city of Orange. The first thing I liked the office that is super clean and very modern look, secondly her staff is genuinely nice and very sweet. When you meet Dr. Michelsen she is even super nice. She meets you with smile on her face. I normally go there for regular cleaning, deep cleaning and minor dental issues. Once I went there for major root canal surgery and tooth extraction where I was even more impressed and very satisfied. Looks like to me she is very intelligent, sharp and very careful dentist for her younger and aged patients. She also follow up regularly.

Great dentist. I had like 15 cavities and got them all filled here. Did one side of my mouth in a day and I am going back to do the other side tomorrow. Super friendly receptionist and staff. They let me watch Netflix on their TV because dentists can give me anxiety sometimes, and Dr. Michelsen herself even paid for a Lyft for me to get home, as I didn’t have any way to get back. Being a college student it’s easy to lose grip on dental hygiene, but I’m hoping to move forward and get myself fixed up with the help of my new dentist. Absolutely great place.

I came here to get a normal cleaning, re-fill my fillings, and to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The first impression is of the clerical employees and both are very kind. Dr. Michelsen replaced my fillings and she was very gentle/personable. She also made a great effort to make my teeth bite exactly how it was before which I GREATLY appreciated. My wisdom teeth extraction was done my Dr. Tram. I honestly don’t know what it should feel like BUT I do know that my roots were hooked and close to nerves due to waiting too long to pull them (I am 27) yet everything went very well. Dr. Michelsen did follow up and she was extremely patient and informative. I freaked out over what I thought was an infection and, same day, she checked out my gums and explained the healing process of new gum tissue. Her reassurance definitely eased my mind. Overall, I really appreciate this place and would recommend it to anyone that gets freaked out over a trip to the dentist.

I am so happy and impressed with this office. I had a deep cleaning and Eddie was so gentle and friendly while he was working on me. Dr Michelsen was so amazing, explained what I needed in detail and was so gentle. I had my teeth whitened and Maria the assistant was wonderful. She explained everything to me in detail. The results are amazing. I love my new smile. My next move is to straighten my teeth with clear correct. I finally found my dental office. Thank you Dr. and wonderful staff.

My first visit to Michelsen was fo a crown consult. The telephone and front desk experience was clear and concise and friendly. I had a chance to work with Dawn, the assistant before seeing Dr. Michelsen. Both were extemely professional and they gave me the ” bad news ” in the best possible manner. Overall, my interaction was very good. I’m hopeful that they can solve my challenges.

Dr. Michelson is a god send !! I came to her extremely worried about my gums, as I have been experiencing quite a lot of bone loss. My gums are eroding away, even to having one of my teeth moving. She was super kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask her. Not only did she do a diligent job with my deep cleaning, she gave Me great advice on how to improve my gums. I decided to give her advice a try. 3 weeks later and my gums have turned pink and look super healthy! She also found a solution for that slightly moving tooth. Today, she helped me with my huge cavity. She was gentle and it didn’t feel like I was dreading being on the chair. Thank you so much Dr. Michelson!! I would rate her a 10/10!

I have been coming to this office on and off for about 7 years. I moved away from the area for little bit, but as soon as I moved back, I made my 6 month appointment here. Everyone in the office is always SO friendly and makes going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. They are always willing to discuss options and are not pushy at all. 🙂

This is a very friendly office and the staff makes you feel very comfortable . They explain what your options and give you complete details on your procedure . I highly recommend this dental office for your dental work . This is my 6 visit here and I plan on staying with this dentist for future dental work This dentist really cares about her clients I was shocked when I received a call from her asking how I was feeling after my procedure the next day I highly recommend Michelsen Dental

Michelsen Dental is a very well run dental practice. They really treat you very well, giving you great individualized care and making you feel apart of their family. They also have a great front office that give you up-front costs and work with you and insurance companies to come up with good payment plans and options. Dr. Michelsen and her team have helped me with cleanings, cavity fillings, and even Invisalign teeth alignment. I highly recommend.

Had a great first dental visit with Dr Michelson…I’m only 3 yrs old but my dental girl played with me and showed me all the cool stuff she gets to use..she put water in my mouth and used a funny tube that made my lips stick together and my lips made fish lips ..it was funny..My teeth were super shiny and smooth when I made my tongue go across them..I didn’t cry or act scared once..then I got to see the real Dr Michaelson and we counted my teeth and she said my teeth were perfect ..No cavities!!..but the Best part…I got to go to the treasure chest and get a toy..oh and we took pictures together..what a day..great dentist, staff , no tears and a toy!!..the best!!..I’m gonna tell all my friends and mommy’s friends to come to Dr Michaelsons office !!you should come see her and maybe you can get a toy too!!Shes the best dentist ever!!
