I’ve honestly never thought I’d take the time to write a good review for a dentist’s office, but I really have to share how awesome this place is. I’m going to be a walking advertisement for them now. Let me just list the reasons you should make them your dental office: 1. Kind and Upbeat staff-from the initial phone call to the end of my appointment, I was treated like a friend. With care and understanding. 2. NO JUDGEMENT, only great advice for how to care best for your teeth 3. I had ZERO wait time 4. Saturday appointments (perfect for working mamas!) 5. Super clean and relaxing environment– they were playing awesome New Orleans music the entirety of my visit and I looked down over Canal Blvd. 6. They are up front about how much your insurance will cover and always try to make your dental work affordable! Can’t say enough. Just come see for yourself

Let me start by saying the service and support I receive from the Mid-City Smiles is amazing! The staff is always very professional, nice, and follows up. Dr. Anderson squeezed me in his schedule for an emergency root canal which had me very uncomfortable with pain. After the procedure I was immediately relieved of pain and his team made sure to follow up. I’m very happy with the service, procedure, and pain management I received. Thank you.

Just moved here a year ago and needed a good dentist with my annual cleaning this place delivered today! From making sure that my mouth was numb due to hot and cold sensitivity to the rapid detailed teeth cleaning and professionalism this office exhibited. Before I left I made an appointment for my daughter and she’s actually excited to go! Highly recommend the dental hygienist and Dentist in this office. Well done

I trust the Mid City Smiles staff with the care of my family of four! They are an awesome family dentistry with quality customer service and level of care. My brother in law even attends the same office to upkeep and maintain his braces! Genesis, the receptionist, is awesome and always provides quality customer service with a friendly smile.

Dr. Anderson and his staff are excellent! The entire staff is wonderful, and he is so patient, friendly and kind at each visit. Dr. Anderson takes the time to educate patients thoroughly about treatments and discuss your concerns and options best for you. My smile is often complimented and others cannot tell I have a veneer at the front. I definitely recommend this office to everyone searching for a genuine dentist with high quality skills.

Just moved to New Orleans a couple of months ago and needed to find a new dentist. Mid-City Smiles had the best rating on Yelp so I figured I’d get an appointment there. I called on a Monday and they asked if they could fit me in that Wednesday! I’ve never been able to book an appointment that fast! Their location is great and they have a convenient parking lot. The building layout is a little confusing and I ended up having to back track after finding out I was on the third floor. I got there early to fill out paperwork but they were ready for me early too. My hygienist, Sarah, was so kind and gave her honest opinion when I asked for it. The x-rays were quick and they use a high pressure water pick instead of the metal scraper. Sarah worked really quickly and painlessly. The dentist was nice and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. The fluoride treatment was brushed on so it was quick and painless. Mid-City Smiles has kind staff and technology that makes the cleaning quick and painless. I had my cleaning finished in 45 minutes. See you in 6 months!

I wanted to really get a feel for this office before I wrote a review. I admit, I get extremely nervous when I go to the dentist, but I felt very much at ease here. I came because of so many great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. As long as I am in New Orleans, this will be my dentist’s office. You’re immediately greeted as you arrive and check in. Because this place is so busy, unless you are going for your first visit, I wouldn’t make a big effort to be super early. On your first visit, there is paperwork to complete. Once called in, you’re taken to a station, seated, and we did x-rays my first time. My hygienist was extremely nice, there was really good music playing, so I was at ease. The cleaning was quick, and then Dr. Anderson came in to take a look. So friendly, went over my x-rays with me to tell me what I might need moving forward, and even touched up a couple of spots. We planned future appointments, and when I asked about the possibility of Invisalign for me, Dr. Anderson gave me immediate feedback and provided notes to the front desk for a quote. They itemized how much would be due and at what appointment, and the plan for the process is 6-8 months faster than what I was expecting. This place is constantly busy, which might feel intimidating, but I really think it is because they get such a high demand. I did have to book two months ahead for the dates I wanted, but they can still squeeze you in if there is something serious going on. I’ve already referred two colleagues, and they are now spreading the news as well. This place is worth trying!

I recommend Mid-City Smiles: professional, pleasant, clean, efficient, great staff, cool music, excellent location with parking. Dr. Anderson and Sarah exceeded my expectations as a first timer. Merci!
