I’m was visiting from California and my crown came off due to a bad decision to eat some taffy. On top of that, my company just got new insurance and I didn’t even have a card or id number yet. After calling around looking for the soonest appt. that takes my insurance, I was directed to Mid Rivers Dental Group, and was told to ask for Dr. Dustin. I called and got in quickly and even got an appointment with the dentist I requested. There were no issues with my insurance, they actually called in advance and got all of the information they needed for my claim. The Dental Assistant was really great…I don’t remember her name but she was friendly and positive and very helpful. The dentist was the same…he spoke with me about the crown coming off, inspected it to make sure there were no issues, and then put it back on properly. I was so grateful! It was a quick and easy appt. and I am very grateful for that!

I am more than satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth and I am extremely picky about my smile. The work I had done was on my front two teeth that were cracked. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions and were more than willing to work with me when I was not satisfied with the first caps. Not only were they willing to work with me but did it with a FANTASTIC attitude. Everyone from the office staff, dental hygienist, the doctor and everyone in between were more than pleasant. I will be going back for any future work or check ups. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had a pretty big dental emergency and they were able to get me in quick as a new patient. Like many people, I am terrified of going to the dentist. I think anyone could tell I was nervous. Everyone was very friendly and helped relax my nerves a lot. Unlike my previous dentist, they took the time to explain what I had going on and discussed the best treatment plan.

I have been a patient at Mid Rivers Dental Group – St. Peters for along time. Since the beginning, they have been a wonderful group. They are always friendly and kind to me whenever I have a visit. Once my husband brought my daughter who was young at the time, and he even commented how patient and considerate they were to her when she came in with a cavity. Now my whole family are members at Mid Rivers Dental Group – St. Peters. I would not go anywhere else. Recently I have been seeing Kristen my hygienist. She is wonderful. She is always kind and friendly. She is always a delight to see when I come into the office. The dentist is not a place that I enjoy, but the staff at Mid Rivers Dental Group – St. Peters are the best!!!!!!

Mid Rivers Dental Group was Great! From the time I was checked in to the time I walked out the door everyone was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They explained everything they were going to do from the X-rays to when the Doctor came in to check my teeth after my cleaning! The office was bright, welcoming and very clean! The amount of Professionalism the entire staff had was very refreshing and made from an extremely pleasant experience! I have definitely found my new dentist!

I started at another area dentist when we first moved here, and was told I needed a root canal and several fillings. I’ve never had any major issues and decided to get a second opinion and ended up here. Dr. Dustin gave me one filling and we are watching the other spots. No root canal or any other fillings! I appreciated his conservative approach so much, and now my husband and our young children are patients here as well. Don’t let the tooth outside fool you, this office is updated and sophisticated with all the latest equipment. We love Mid Rivers Dental and all their staff!

Let me first start by saying I am VERY about my dental health, and will not accept mediocrity! With that said; I have been going to Mid Rivers Dental Group since before Dr. Simpson took over the office. In the years since, I have witnessed the superb transformation of the office renovations, (which are warn and inviting) addition of state-of-the-art equipment, and fabulous new office staff. I have been treated by Dr. Simpson, and during my most recent visit met Dr. Mimi, both of whom I can say are stellar dentist’s and people! From the moment I walk in and am greeted by Ellen’s sweetly familiar face and welcoming personality, to having my very thorough hygienist, Clara, (who is delightful!) clean my teeth, to then making my next 6 month appointment with Leslie; I can truly say this is a professional, top-notch dental organization!

I hate the dentist. Everyone does. The staff at mid-rivers dental group may have just pulled off the impossible!… Making going to the dentist a comfortable experience. How? By kicking ass. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave… with a clean smile and optimistic outlook. This can only happen because the staff is as genuine as they come. Over many years, They have done a lot of phenomenal work on my teeth. Recently, most the work has been done by Dr. Simpson. He is awesome, open and highly skilled. His staff echoes this sentiment. The hygenists are warm, welcoming, and skilled individuals who truly understand your plight. The billing/receptionist staff are equally on point. You can go to the dentist or you can GO to the dentist. Do yourself and your smile a favor and go to mid rivers….

I have gone to only one dental office since i was taken there by my mother as a young child. Since i moved out to O’Fallon, MO. Now at 54 i started going to Mid Rivers Dental and could not be happier with the service they provide. The staff is very friendly and the dentist are great and all know what they are doing. My 6 year old twins love it here. One of them had to have some extractions. He had no anxiety or fear about it. While there, they were so great with him and talked him through everything. He did great and still has no anxiety or issues with the dentist. In the car going home he kept telling me how much he “loves the ladies in the office and Dr. Mimi is so pretty and the best in the whole wide world.” Needless to say, I would highly recommend this office!
