Hello Mid Valley family, so I’ve been going here for a few years now and my dentist is Dr Terry Lau, have you ever been to the dentist where it’s just not a family, dirty, long wait times and just don’t get your teeth super clean? Well Mid Valley Dental is the best place that’s ever happen to me, they all are super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Dr Lau by far is so gentle but yet he gets the job done and will walk you through everything he is doing. I would honestly hands down recommend this spot with him. He is not only my dentist but my friend and now my family will be joining the family. I’m proud of this spot clean fast and very much a perfect spot if your in the valley! I don’t know about you but when I find a good health care provider I recommend them to everyone! Definitely should get 10 stars!! Also the front staff are polite and funny. Thanks Dr Lau…! Your the best.!

I have had a wonderful experience over at Mid-valley dental. From the second I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiles. The whole team is knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I wish I had found them sooner.

Dr. Lau is a brilliant dentist-he is sweet and kind and is totally educated on all the latest dental procedures. His work is done efficiently and I have had 4 implants done by him. No problems whatsoever! He is very smart and has a team of dedicated professionals working with him. I highly recommend Dr. Lau-my whole family goes to him and we are very happy with his work.

I’ve been going to Dr. Lau for over a year for my dental issues. I have many, and he has always been so careful and thorough when it comes to working on my teeth without making me feel badly about them. I’ve always felt taken care of during every visit, and he takes the time to explain more about the procedures needed, what’s possible, what’s recommended, etc. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to trust dentists after my previous experiences with unnecessary or botched work, but Dr. Lau is the only dentist who has been able to help me manage my tooth pain effectively for the long term. He is professional and courteous, but also pleasant to talk to. Like most dental work, it is expensive without insurance, but billing has been flexible and patient. The results are worth it, though. There is a discount membership available through Aetna that Midvalley accepts as long as you designate Dr. Lau as your dentist (call ahead of time of course). The facility is always clean and smells nice, technicians and assistants are considerate and comforting, and the staff members are always pleasant and patient. I can’t recommend them enough!

Mid-Valley Dental Care Rocks! Both the doctors are caring and want to make sure that your smile as well as your overall health is outstanding. Our whole family has been patients for years and we’ve never had the experience of anything less than perfectly clean, warm and friendly staff and an painless experience. I never hesitate to refer my family and friends. I would encourage anyone to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Drs Lau are experienced and trained in just about all dental specialties to take care of whatever you need – from cleanings to orthodontics. I am a 55 year young women, who has been afraid of dentists all my life. From the consultation, they made me feel like a family, who cares about your well being and comfort. The nurses are very pleasant and friendly. The doctor is such a gentle person, with incredible bedside manner. I am not a number to them, I am a person with needs, that they are willing to go to any extend to fill it. I am recommending them to everyone I know and giving them 5 + stars.

I have had an extensive amount of work done by Dr. Terry Lau. He has always taken very good care of me and it’s rare that I need to take any medication after I leave the office. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. His expertise and continuing education to keep up to date with the latest technology and procedures makes a visit to his office as painless as realisticly possible. I can’t think of a better place to have all my dental needs taken care of.

My family has been under the care of the Drs. Lau for decades. They are the best dentists we’ve ever been to! I can’t imagine getting better care anywhere else. My wife has had implants with bone repair, my daughters have had braces and Invisalign and I have had delicate dental and gum work that has reversed developing problems. I am impressed with their state-of-the-art procedures, their effort to avoid discomfort, their clear and patient explanation of procedures, and their genuine care for their patients. The front office is cheerful and efficient. They are clear about billing arrangements. I recommend Mid-Valley Dental Care without reservation….I regularly recommend them to everyone I know!

Dr. Casey Lau was recommended to me from a co-worker when I was looking to have implants done. He has been extremely informative in explaining the process of having an implant from beginning to end. Dr. Lau made me feel very comfortable as I started the process, and I felt there was the highest quality of knowledge , computer information , staff and dental work done for me to know I was receiving the very best around! I can’t recommend Dr. Lau and his office enough, they are simply the best!

Once again, I could not help but say that I have now given Dr. Terry Lau the title of “Tooth Angel”. Having been in severe pain, the office was kind enough to get me in right away. To have my first root canal was really scary, but Dr. Lau was kind, gentle, and very thorough in his work. Ever grateful for his expertise and the sweetest staff imaginable.
