I can’t say enough positive about Dr Ausmer and his over the top, amazing team. Every time I I set foot into Midwest Smiles, I feel like I just arrived at home! Everyone is so personable and warm that I feel like staying there all day. How many times does THAT happen at a DENTIST office? I absolutely love Midwest smile family dentistry !!from the very first day I’ve had an appointment with them they have always been very very professional they treated me like family, they greet me by name when I walked in the door every time. Me personally I had a lot of problems bad and broken teeth they need to be extracted and feel and they were honest with me about the steps that I had to take to move forward with getting the work I need done and once I got all the work done . When it came down to discussing replacement teeth they were honest with me and not just trying to sell me anything to just get a penny out of me I absolutely love this dentist office and I would really recommend it to anyone.

I have a TREMENDOUS fear of dentists. Always have! I went to Midwest Smiles/Dr. Ausmer because a friend (Who also is afraid) recommended. Have had an extraction and a filling and a cleaning and have not suffered at all. I actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time in my life. If you are afraid of the dentist or know someone who is, tell them Midwest Smiles and Dr. Ausmer is the place to go. The whole team is very welcoming and TERRIFIC!

I gave this practice 5 stars because of the friendliness of the front desk ladies, DR. Ausmer and my last hygienist Yonnie. Today 11/14/19 was my third time and I was there a week before for regular cleaning but I wasn’t satisfied. On coming back, hygienist Yonnie did exactly what I needed, doing her cleaning while explaining and guiding me through the upkeep was above and beyond. I was about to change my location but Dr. Ausmer and Yonnie made me feel like that was my home.. I’m here to stay, thank you Yonnie.

Dr. Ausmer is the only dentist I trust! When I lived in California multiple dentists told me I needed extensive work and I would always send my records to Dr. Ausmer who would review it even though I wasn’t his patient, he truly cares about and wants the best for his patients! Turns out, these other dental offices were just wanting my money and I was spared having expensive and painful dental care thanks to Dr. Ausmer! He is not in network with my insurance company and I am HAPPILY paying out of pocket to be able to continue to be his patient.

This was my first time being serviced by a dentist in STL. A friend recommended Dr. Ausmer to me and had nothing but positive words about him and his office staff. My appointment was pleasant! I received the best cleaning of my life!! The atmosphere was soothing. What impressed me most is the state of the art equipment and programs that were utilized during my appointment. The dental hygienist utilized a talk to text system when identifying the health of my gums. Easy, simple and quick!
